Brianna was very patient & loving with him in her home. She kept us updated with picture. We appreciated the great communication. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for in home care for their furry babies.”

About: I’ve been cat sitting since middle school, so I’m very comfortable with daily care routines like feeding, playtime, and litter box cleaning. I’m attentive to each cat’s needs and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away.
“McKenna was great! She showed up on time, twice a day to take care of my boys. She managed to feed my older, grumpy cat his medications (which he hates) with no issues. I would absolutely book her again.”

“Ashley came to the rescue last minute for a week of sitting twice a day. She made us feel very comfortable upon our meet-and-greet and reassured us through pictures that our two kitty cats were doing great. I have a diabetic cat who requires insulin who she took such great care of. If you have high anxiety about any of your animals who require special attention, Ashley can and will handle it. We especially loved the numerous pictures she provided, her open and constant communication, and her kindness to bring in a delivery we received. To top it off, she notified us of one of our cats upset bellies and even cleaned up his throw up. It is hard to leave your babies with someone new, but not Ashley, she rocked!”
“We are grateful to know that Alisha is available to provide care when we are away. We actually planned our last away day around her availability. So great to not have to worry about our dogs when we are away.”

“Molly was so great again for a second time watching my cat. I appreciate her care and attention, making sure my cat ate and had playtime while I was away. Having Molly as our cat sitter gives me such peace of mind while traveling for work and seeing her updates are highlights of my day while away.”

“Kelsey did a great job of looking after our two kitties. She came to meet us and the cats ahead of time and then did everything that we asked of her while we were gone. Thanks, Kelsey! I would recommend her highly.”

“Zoie checked in on my 2 kitties for feedings, litter box maintenance and play time while I was out of town for 5 days. She let me know when she was in her way and provided feedback and pictures of them. I felt peace of mind knowing they were being well cared for. I would definitely book her again!”

“Stacy did a great job taking care of our cat, Artemis. She provided many photos of him and we could tell he was being well taken care of - even when we came back, I think he missed her! We will definitely rebook if we need a cat sitter again.”
“Emma did a great job with our pets. Our two dogs have some special needs and Emma did a great job accommodating us! Rocket needs to be carried and Quill needs a little patience as he’s slow with his commands (He’s a nervous guy). She demonstrated care, attentiveness, and was prompt. As a bonus she gave out cats some love while I was out. I’ll gladly trust my pets to her again. Thanks Emma!”

“Rosalyn has been taking care of our 4 mos old puppy 4 days/week! He loves Rosalyn, her dog and kids so much that he does not want to leave when he is picked up! He literally cries in the car ride home. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our pup Rosalyn!”

“Tanaisa was amazing! I had a last minute need for some doggy daycare and she took my dogs for the whole day without hesitation. They looked like they had a great day. I’d gladly book her again!”

“Tashi is doing well! Looks forward to going to doggie daycare with Brianna. Today, he tried to sneak out to the car when I left! He loves being around the kids and other dogs. Thank you for taking great care of him!”

“So appreciate the responsive care that Dana and Mark provide to Sully! Sully has been able to ease into interacting with new humans and other pups; it’s been good for him and so great for me!”

“Shell is Amazing! She stayed with our very anxious 1 year old golden retriever for a couple of days. Our vet had strongly advised us to not leave her at a boarding kennel because she is terrified of other dogs. Shell did an excellent job from start to finish. She visited us at our home to meet us and Cedar in advance in order to understand our pup's personality and needs. Shell also brought her own well-regulated dog along with her for part of the time that she house-sat, to help our dog start learning that dogs can be safe and fun to be around. Shell used creative techniques to help Cedar eat (she cooked eggs and provided bone broth) because Cedar does not eat much when she is anxious. She provided opportunities prior to the house sitting job for Cedar to interact with her and her own dog to help reduce Cedar’s stress while we were gone. Shell reinforced the training techniques we are working on. She took pictures of Cedar interacting with her dog and sent them to us. She even coordinated with our adult daughter so that Cedar could visit with a trusted family member for some of the time. Cedar was happy to see us when we got home, but we could tell she had a good time and had made a doggy friend that she feels confident and safe around! I feel lucky to have someone like Shell to leave my very anxious dog with. She is passionate about dogs and their welfare and is skilled at taking care of their needs. It gave me peace of mind when I was gone to know my dog was safe, well cared for and her needs were being met in the best possible way.”

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

“Tina was fantastic with my 6 month old puppy, Luna. My dog is very shy and timid when meeting new people and in new environments. Tina was very understanding and knowledgeable on Luna’s temperament. Tina knew exactly what to do to make Luna feel more comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely use Tina again. Thank you Tina!”

“I used Araceli's day care for my boy! She had a few other pups in her care for him to play with (which was exactly what I was hoping for). He returned to me tail wagging and went right to sleep when we got home 😁”

“Maryorie was friendly and great with communication. It was my first rover experience and it was nice to get a picture update after drop off and report about how he did at the end of the day. I appreciate how she did a meet and greet before hand to ensure my dog and her dogs would get along and so that we could get to know her. Looking forward to booking with her again!”

About: I've grown up around all different kinds of animals my whole life. From birds and geckos to dogs and cats, I've always been fascinated by all their different personalities and unique biological aspects. The past year I've began dog-sitting on and off and I've always made sure to take care of all their needs no matter how specific or general. I make sure to prioritize that they're properly taken care of and feel safe and comfortable around me. With my interest in biology I also appreciate them from a scientific perspective and try to apply what I've learnt in school about animal biology and behavior whenever needed. I'm currently off of school for the summer and have a pretty free schedule. There's certain things I also prioritize doing like meeting with communities I'm apart of, but I'm still able to free up my schedule whenever I'm needed elsewhere. During the school months my schedule is a bit more strict around the afternoons but I'm still willing to work on weekdays if it lines up with my schedule. Currently I'm self employed too so I'm able to do my other job on my own time which is very flexible. I currently take care of my cat and 3 dogs which are all properly fed twice a day. I like to play with them whenever they're up for it and I even take my cat for walks everyday since he loves being outside. I'll always respect whatever your schedule/routine is for your animals and make sure they're well fed and happy.
“Our girls had a fun time on their walk! Tanaisa is friendly and clearly great with dogs — all smiles on their Rover report card/picture! Clear communication with updates made coordinating their walk easy. Literally going right back on to rebook more walks!!!”

“Kelsey is a gem! We were very hesitant to go through Rover and choose a complete stranger, but our experience with Rover and Kelsey couldn't have been any better. Kelsey is extremely reliable, my pups love her, and she is prompt in responding to questions, requests, and messages. She does walks for our pups on a weekly basis and has also done an overnight for us. She is our go-to gal. We would be lost without her help! Thanks for your continued help Kelsey!!!”
About: Hi! I’m a dedicated pet sitter who understands that every dog has unique needs, energy levels, and routines, and I take that seriously. I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since my teens, with experience across small and large breeds, senior dogs, and pets who require medication. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs with more complex needs, including epilepsy, and I prioritize calm, attentive handling to keep them safe and supported. What sets me apart is that I don’t just “watch” dogs, I focus on structured, engaging care that helps them feel balanced and happy while you’re away, whether its walks tailored to their energy level, mental enrichment and engagement during visits, consistent routines to support behavior, or lots of affection and attention. I’m very active and love being outdoors, so I’m happy to include longer walks, hikes, or more engaging outings if that’s something your dog enjoys. I can also do dog park visits if requested. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and can provide reliable, consistent care throughout the day. I can also send regular updates and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel completely at ease. I treat every pet like my own (I have 3 dogs!), with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. I’d love to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for you and your pet! *Starting June 2026, I will not be taking any clients who need me to sleep overnight at their home. I am able to house sit any time during the day and stay with your pet as long or as little as needed, however, if you need me more than one day at a time, I will leave your place at night and return in the morning.* I work from home, so I am willing and able to give your pet the attention it needs. I am used to taking care of pets so the routine comes easy for me. My work schedule is fairly flexible as well, making it easy for me to adapt to whatever schedule you may need for your pet. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent experience for every pet. In your home, I follow all care instructions closely, so your pet stays comfortable and on their normal schedule. I stay aware on walks, avoid unsafe situations, and adjust care based on your dog’s energy level, temperament, and any medical needs. I also keep your home clean and secure so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
“Hiring Krystal has been the best money I have ever spent. Gracie is happier, calmer, and more settled at the end of each week, and the difference in her overall quality of life is undeniable. Krystal is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly cares deeply about the dogs she works with. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and worked at a vet clinic for several years~ I can administer medications & perform CPR, which I recently renewed my certification in. Senior animals hold a particulary soft spot in my heart, and I'm always delighted to help out creatures with special needs (young or old). As a former professional housecleaner, I also have experience going into clients' homes and understand how to utilize your space to do my job, while also respecting your privacy & home. If pet care can be considered a hobby, it's definitely mine, which may explain why I have 4 dogs.. I ensure they live carefree, tail-wagging lives and I would love to spoil your pet(s) too! My schedule tends to be full, but manageable, as I try to help as many people in the community as one person can; often, I can spin a little bit of magic to make a request work. I firmly believe in flexibility for others as I appreciate it in return and this helps to keep my schedule accommodating. I believe dogs deserve the absolute best in life and as such, mine live a life of luxury with high quality meals, lots of playtime, and minimal rules. That being said, I respect that not everyone has the same rules and allowances for their pets~ regardless of mine, I promise to put yours first when caring for your creatures.

I can care for just about any animal in any health. I will treat your animals as if they are my own, give them each special love and attention. I can medicate if prescribed, can do any activity level with them. You name what your pet needs and I can do it! I’m happy to keep you connected to your pet while you’re away and give frequent updates if desired. I have worked with nearly all breeds, temperaments, anxieties, illnesses, ages, medical conditions under current veterinary care, personalities, quarks, and behaviors. You and your pets trust is my number one objective, love and play is second! I will take care of any needed plants/garbage/recycling while you’re away, as needed. I have an old boy black lab. He is extremely calm and reserved. He’s friendly with other animals and just walks away if he is annoyed. I also have an adopted a German Shorthair Pointer, 3 years old. He is a ball of fun and has a personality out of this world. He has brought a lot of joy into our home. Your pets well-being is as important as my own pets. I strive to stick to routines and schedules to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I love to snuggle and they’re always welcome in the bed or on the couch. That is if you allow! I also respect crate training and can stick to strict schedules if needed (Note: Rover has me add my personal animals to my profile. This does not mean that they would ever come with me to a stay or drop-in visit/walk. It’s is just for you to get to know me more) Cancellations happen, if you let me know within reason I am happy to work with you. Though, I do present with a cancellation fee due to being burned in the past with long term reservations cancelled within 24 hours. I am happy to work with you if you communicate. I recently started working from home (11/2024). I am very flexible with all sorts of availability now. Not many restrictions. I live in the heart of Ridgefield. I am able to travel as far as La Center, Salmon Creek or Vancouver. Woodland inquiries are encouraged, although depending on distance, I may not service your address. (Please don’t hesitate to ask questions) I find that your pets are more comfortable at your home but am willing to bring them to mine. Drop in visits seem to be the most comfortable as it can even be strange for them having someone new stay in their home
“We have been rebooking dog walks with Zoie for the past month because our pup loves her! I really appreciate how Zoie is flexible and available even when I schedule last minute. Zoie sends photos of our pup and lets me know when she’s with her. We will continue to depend on Zoie for dog walks!”

About: I've loved all sorts of animals since I can remember. I was the girl who brought stray dogs and cats home to be loved and cared for. I currently have a senior chihuahua and a orange cat called Keiko. I've always had dogs and cats while raising my kids, big and small. At this time, I am not working outside of the home. I would like to make petsitting, dog walking, animal care, my fulltime job. I volunteer once a week for two hours for furry friends. I also dog walk for one senior who has two dachschunds. I have a fenced yard. I make sure they always have water and excercise. I try to be as attentive to their needs as possible.
“Our doggie loves his walks with Sarah! He recognizes her car, and actually watches for her when he thinks the time is right. She's punctual and friendly, and an obvious dog lover.”

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals since I was young for friends, family and neighbors. Trusting me to walk, feed and even bathe their pets. I'm a vet assistant with hands-on experience in small animals, but have experience with farm animals to! I am confident handling pets of all sizes, temperaments and needs, and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I currently work twice a week 10 hours day, the best days for me to help out would be Wednesday-Sunday. I sometimes work shorter days on Saturdays and could stop by after to feed/walk/exercise your pet. I love getting outside and love having doggy company to join me! I'm willing to stop by twice a day to feed/clean for kitties. And I can always hang out with your dog (or dogs) for the day if you just need someone to keep them company while you are busy! I practice "fear free handling" meaning I always take the gentlest approach to any situation. An example would be if your pet needs to be crated but doesn't enjoy it, I use treats and always leave enough time to slowly work them into it. If I am ever leaving the house for an hour or two I make sure your pets are set up! Freshly pottied, not hungry/thirsty, access to toys and treats (if allowed) and with jazz music for them! I know every pet is different and has their own special quirks and I am more than willing to accomodate for them. I am very careful and responsible with other peoples pets and property.
About: I have always had a dog since I was a kid, when I was a teenager I used to walk dogs around my neighborhood. I also volunteered for an animal rescue. Now, I work for an animal urgent care and have experience with both dogs and cats, as well as own my own dog and cat. I'm currently working full time, so for boarding your pet may be alone while I'm at work unless they are kennel trained they can go to work with me. I will be taking them on walks before and after work. I work 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I have one dog who is young and loves to play all day! I can kennel your pet if needed, as well as my own. I have fenced land for the dogs to run and play.

“Our dog Gus stayed with Tony and had an absolute blast! Tony was amazing about sending daily pictures and videos, which made us feel so comfortable while we were away. Gus looked so happy and well cared for the entire time. We could tell he was having the best time! We’ll definitely be booking with Tony again — highly recommend!”

“Our Shepherd mix was right at home with Hailey and her family. He got 24/7 care, family love and attention. Hailey was easy to communicate with and worked with our special food mix that needed to be refrigerated. Great property to roam in the yard and lots of area to run and play. We will definitely bring our dog back.”

“We love Debbie!! She is always dependable and takes great care of our dog. She also was so communicative and flexible when travel threw us curve balls and made sure we were able to reconnect with our dog after a long day.”

“Claire and Jason are awesome! They are great at communicating, and send pictures often! They played with Denver and took him on walks and hikes and made sure to give him lots of cuddles. They also have children who gave him so much attention. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Brianna took care of Ruger, our golden doodle for 4 days. This was Ruger’s first time being away from our family. Ruger was pretty nervous being away our home. Brianna was very patient & loving with him in her home. She kept us updated with picture. We appreciated the great communication. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for in home care for their furry babies.”

“My dog Bailey had a great time with Elaine and her menagerie. Lots of walks and many other dogs to play with. Elaine kept me updated on Bailey’s status and activities every day, including photos, which brought me peace of mind while I was traveling. Very convenient to Portland Airport, so I will definitely board here again next time I’m flying out of PDX.”

“A great experience for our dog Nado. Jenny was very kind and welcoming. We rescued our dog over a year ago and he had been traumatized, we were nervous how he’d handle being apart. Jenny and her family made him feel more than welcome and he behaved very well and had a great time! Definitely recommend.”

“This is the first time we have boarded with Steve and the fact that Joey did not want to come home is a great sign. He seemed to have a good time, will definitely book again. Thank you Steve!”

“Our cat and dog were left in good hands with Leah and Chris. We got daily feedback and pictures. We could tell our dog got the exercise he needed and daily activities. In the past when we picked up our cat at sitters he comes to us ready to come home, but this time he just laid there looking at us in the other room, ignoring us when we called him to come. You can tell our animals were well taken care of and were happy.”

“Kathy and Dean are exceptional sitters! They were attentive when one of my dogs needed extra care and kept me informed on any changes. And they were very understanding when I was late for pickup due to a delayed flight. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Colleen was great! Very accommodating with scheduling, sent updates during the stay, and my guy looked like he had a great time when I picked him up. Highly recommended!”

“Todd was exceptional in taking care of our Ava! He made sure she was comfortable in his home prior to the booking and answered any questions we had promptly. He is very communicative as well and provided us plenty of pictures and updates while we were away. We're very thankful for Todd and would recommend him to anyone seeking pet-boarding services.”

“I would definitely have our dog stay with Maryorie again! She sent pictures and videos everyday which was great to see how much fun our dog was having. I would absolutely recommend her to dog sit!!!”

“Having someone I trust to look after my dog when I go to do human-only things means so much to me. I know that Luna is well taken care of and loved by Jennifer’s whole family. The communication is great and I love the photos and updates she sends. Sometimes I wonder if it’s really me, or my dog who goes on vacation…”

“Melissa is great with dogs! I could tell my dog trusted her right away and was wagging her tail as I left. Melissa kept me up to date and was really helpful in modifying the stay when my schedule changed. You can tell Melissa cares about dogs and makes sure they are well cared for.”
