“Thank you so much for taking care of the boys while we were in Albuquerque for the day. I wish you were closer so we had a reliable sitter in Denver. The pictures helped us through out the day know that the boys were safe and having fun too! Look us up if you're ever in Colorado. Ve”

“Kayla and Matthew are literally the best! Always sending updates and I just love how much love they give piper! She’s always a happy girl coming and going from there. 11/10 recommend them.”

“Oh how grateful we are to Jody's excellent and sensitive care and support! Our pup had started to have so much anxiety and we were feeling desperate about what to do! “In all my years of using dog sitters, no one has come close to Peter in terms of the care and love my dog received from him. Peter sent the best pictures throughout the day, and I was jealous of how much fun they were having. , He really did treat Bug like his own dog. I think my dog almost likes him better than me.”

“My first time here on Rover and we had a great experience. Thank you so much! I’m so happy I found Leslie & James. The dogs were in great hands and I felt reassured they will be cared for from the get go.”

“Laura R. (a/k/a Namine) and her boyfriend, Ruben L., have started their own doggy daycare and dog boarding business, detailed on www.apaw2love.com. Laura and Ruben tag-team around their respective work schedules and, like many new business owners, are eager to please. They watched my new puppy on several different occasions. On each visit, I found them to be dependable, kind and attentive. Laura even trimmed my puppy's nails! More importantly, my puppy has always been excited to return and reluctant to leave.”

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. As the founder of a nonprofit rescue, I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to introverted senior cats, and I truly believe every animal deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. I specialize in shy, quirky, or high-needs pets—those who might take a little extra patience (and maybe a snack bribe or two) to warm up. The photos you see here? They’re a mix of foster pets, my personal pets, and beloved dog-sitting clients. If your pet has ever been described as “a little dramatic,” “selectively friendly,” or “too smart for their own good,” we’ll get along just fine. My approach is gentle, flexible, and grounded in experience—and lots of treats. I tailor my care to each pet’s needs and personality, whether they’re a wild child or a cuddle bug. My goal is for your furry family member to feel right at home—even when they’re not. Someone is home most of the day, so your pets will have plenty of companionship. We’re only ever away for a max of four hours at a time—perfect for pets who need extra snuggles or supervision. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love making new pals. I can easily crate your pup if needed or keep them separated if they prefer their own space. My home is pet-proofed, cozy, and always full of love (and treats).

“Marcelle was great with my dog. She was accommodating to Koda Bear who doesn't like cats. She invited me in to see where he would be staying and he had a great time with her. ❤️”

About: Hello! I am very experienced in any and all dog needs. I work from home, can provide enriching walks, and also have a huge fenced in back yard. I live with one very well trained and friendly dog of my own and am passionate about giving dogs amazing experiences! I work from home, so I can spend as much time with your pup as you'd like! Typically, I leave my house for the gym once a day. I take care of every dog like they are my own. I have one well-trained and friendly pup of my own that yours can play with while they are here! There is a large and safe area for them to run around outside, as well as be cared for inside. No rooms or surfaces are off limits for pets, aside from sleeping in my bed.

“Always amazing! Punnarai is caring and attentive. My pup is excited to be dropped off and (sadly for me) tentative to leave the fun environment she creates for him while he’s there. Definitely recommend.”
