About: I’m new to the rover app but, I’m not new to taking care of fur babies! While growing up we always had pets. When I left for college I got a puppy because of how much I missed my pups at home. I potty trained him all on my own while also juggling being a student athlete. About: I have a degree in Animal Science and have hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals—not just dogs and cats. I regularly house sit for families with dogs, cats, horses, pigs, ducks, cows, and chickens, so I’m very comfortable managing different care routines and environments. I have experience with puppies, including basic training, leash walking, crate routines, and positive reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may need medications, mobility support, or extra patience and attention. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to following each owner’s instructions closely. Above all, I genuinely love animals of all kinds and care for every pet as if they were my own. I’m currently in school, which gives me flexibility throughout the day between classes on the days I’m on campus. I also work from home the majority of the time, allowing me to be present for pets during the day rather than just stopping by briefly. Because of this schedule, I’m able to accommodate regular potty breaks, walks, feedings, medications, and check-ins and adjust my routine to match each pet’s needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I intentionally plan my days around the animals I’m caring for. I truly enjoy spending time with the animals I care for.
