About: I have been around many different kinds of animals growing up. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and other small rodents and reptiles. I’m currently working another job full time in the afternoons but I am happy and eager to accept any visits from the early morning until 12:30pm. Overnight visits are also available if I am able to have at least a weeks notice, thank you! As your pet sitter it’s my goal to make sure your pets as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I would love to know their routines and personalities so I can care for them as best as possible!

About: I have grown up around working dogs helping my mom with care and training. I am comfortable with all dogs big and small, young and old. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and can administer medications, I even have experience with catheters if needed. I can assist with agility and obedience training for enrichment and set up activities to keep your pup stimulated. I have two years of experience volunteering at the Kalamazoo Nature Center in animal care so I can even provide care to snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. I work at a horse farm in hickory corners from 8 am till 12pm Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Any time outside of that I’m most likely free. I have started charging a ¢.30/mile rate when daily mileage round trip exceeds 40 miles. I follow the owners routine and requests to a t to ensure their fur babies are as comfortable as possible while their parents are away.

About: Most of my experience has been from pets of family and friends. I have the upmost respect for animals and love to interact with them as they allow. I have some experiences with special care like food preparation and giving medications, just give some instructions and count on it being done. In my younger years I’ve had experience with caring for birds, although it’s been some time since then, I am fully capable. Hugs and pets are part of my services but only if your animal allows. Currently, I have a flexible schedule and my calendar is typically up to date. I do have an elderly cat which needs special care everyday but i can typically move things around easily. I have 1 cat who need medication 2x a day and has a special diet. I am very flexible with pet care and can do most things that your pet needs.

About: I am currently working at a doggy daycare in Kalamazoo and I have worked at a couple other dog daycare/boarding centers in the past. I love dedicating my time to help these dogs be comfortable, safe, happy and enriched. Some of my tasks at these daycares include: Maintaining a safe and clean environment, reading dogs body language and ensuring they stay comfortable and safe, managing a pack of up to 60+ dogs, basic training, basic grooming, administer medication, and more! I grew up in Indiana with multiple different pets such as cats, guinea pigs, fish, and dogs. I am now in Portage with 2 German Shepherds, continuing my passion of working with dogs and would love to help families and pets meet their needs. I am currently working part time at a dog daycare in the mornings and am usually off around 12. I have a 3 month old daughter that may need to come with during walks and stop ins. I am also free on weekends. I will respect all of the clients and dogs boundaries. Read over any rules and keep in contact with the owner. I focus on making sure we stay safe and happy. I will double check gates and yards to make sure there isnt a possibility of escaping. Double check that all tasks are done properly and on time. About: Dogs and cats and lizards, oh my! I’ve done it all. For the first 18 years of my life I’ve had experience walking dogs, house sitting, and raising my own pets. Then I began working at a summer camp where I was partially responsible for taking care of our reptile family - crested geckos, bearded dragons, and ball pythons and were just some of the cuties I got to take care of. Since then I have taken care and owned cats, dogs, and lizards of my own and on the side have house sat and loved many family and friends pets while they’re gone. I even have experience with some medical administration such as insulin shots to a feisty cat and pills to the dog I currently own. I can’t wait to get acquainted with your family member :) My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most any time a pet needs taken care of, including during the work day and weekends. I have three dogs, one cat and a crested gecko currently who are all very loved and spoiled by myself, my husband and our almost two year old. We’ve taught all the dogs recall, leash training and how to be gentle around young children. Our cat is an old man with feline herpes, one of our dogs needs daily oral medication and the juvenile gecko gets extra attention as he continues growing.

I have a chain link enclosure with a high quality dog igloo, and I can easily crate your dog if needed, as well! While my yard is not fenced, I am home much of the time and am able to take your fur baby on long walks and playtime.

About: I am a huge animal lover who grew up with cats, dogs, horses, “pocket pets”, and reptiles. I am currently working as a vet tech at a veterinary clinic and have dedicated my life to animals. I have fostered over 500 cats and dogs that were homeless and at risk of euthanasia, and I have dogs of my own. Rosco and Rory are my Golden Retrievers. They love everyone and everything, every new pup they meet is an opportunity to make a new best friend! They welcome our boarding pups with open paws ❤️ I understand how stressful it can be to leave your precious fur babies in the care of another individual, and I am hoping to make that less stressful for you! I can guarantee your animal will love our walks and time together, and I am always happy to send updates and a report on how each visit goes to put your mind at ease! Plus we live on three acres, one of which is fully fenced in which is a lot of fun for the pups to run in! We also love going to hikes and walks on trails and love to take our boarding pups along if the owner approves of walks and hikes. I pay close attention to detail, follow instructions well, and your animals well-being is of the utmost importance to me. I live on three acres. One acre is fully fenced in and I have two friendly pups that love other dogs that will help keep yours company! We do not leave dogs outside unattended and we do not leave dogs that are unfamiliar with each other loose together when someone is not monitoring them. Therefore, I do prefer that dogs are crate trained if they are coming to board in my home. When I board a dog, I am at home for majority of the time they are with me (as I feel the benefit of Rover is that your pets are in a home setting not a kennel). However, if I need to run to the grocery store, etc. I must be able to safely crate any dog. We go for daily walks and hikes as well, and love to play fetch! For house sitting, I do not offer constant care. I can offer a midday drop in on the days that I am off, a dinner visit, and then am there 10-12+ hours overnight. I have visits for other clients throughout the day and pets at home that does not allow for constant care. Rest assured, your pets will receive a lot of love and attention. I have a fully fenced secure yard on an acre of land. Dogs are not left outside unattended ever. We take safety very seriously and animals in my care are treated as my own. I do require all dogs be up to date on vaccinations and prescription flea/tick prevention at least a month prior to boarding. I require proof of these vet records prior to boarding. This is for the safety of your pet, current boarding pets, and future boarding pets. Thank you for understanding! We do have a cat in the home and are able to keep them separate from your dogs if needed. However, this is a bit more difficult during extremely busy times of the year (such as major holidays since they are a bit more hectic).

About: I’ve been taking care of pups and cats since I was around 14 years old! Since then, I’ve had multiple repeated clients and have gained so much experience over the years. I’ve worked with small dogs, larger dogs, and multiple breeds of cats! I know that I can provide the right care and plenty of love for your pet when you’re away. I don’t work more than 9 hours a day and I have multiple breaks in between to stop by and care for my clients’ pets. For dog boarding, I have a house which has a big area for running and/or potty breaks. I also don’t mind if the dog/cat sleeps in the bed with me! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I currently work part-time in Richland and I work no more than 9 hours a day. I’m allotted multiple breaks during those shifts. I’m also able to request days off fairly easily to adhere to pet sitting needs. Currently, I only care for my cat, Bugs. I take care of his hygiene and play with him constantly. He’s always doing something with me when I’m around. He’s never bored! I will always keep an eye on your pet to ensure their safety. About: I love animals! I will play with them, feed and water them, and take them for walks. I love to train animals like to sit and shake. I can give baths to them and wash them and I can also get rid of fleas for them. I'm available Tuesday-Thursday anytime unless I have an appointment. I only have a dog and a cat and they're both spayed and neutered, my dog is very playful and has been great around other dogs and my cat likes to sleep a lot so she won't be any bother to your animals. About: I have worked at the Humane Society of South Central Michigan for 8 months now and absolutely love working with the dogs and cats there. I have also pet sitted on occasion for a family friend that has 3 dogs and 3 cats. I also have been asked by a friend to check in on her dog and let her go potty outside and give her some loving. I also worked at Camp Wakonda in the nature center so I have experience working with not just dogs and cats, but other pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, a snake, bearded dragon, and a hedgehog. I work part time at the Humane Society. My hrs vary depending on how my boss makes the schedule for each week. I usually work Sundays 8 to 3. Sometimes Mondays 8 to 3 if in the dog area, and 8 to noon if the cat area. Tuesday through Friday I work 8 to noon and sometimes a day or two of the week I have the afternoon shift noon to 5. I don't own any animals of my own right now, but I have cared for animals at work and for friends when they need a pet sitter. When I care for any animal I will not neglect them. I will play with them if they want attention. I will groom them if they need it. I will feed and water them if given instructions to do so. I will give them lots of loving.
