About: I have taken care of cats for many years; usually when I horse-sit for pet owners they have barn cats and house cats that I care for alongside them. I’ve had one cat in my household growing up, a rescue named Pancakes, but she passed away from cancer last year. However, that did give me a lot of experience with administering oral medications. I have given medicine to elderly and sick cats I’ve pet-sat for friends before as well.

Fully fenced in yard to play fetch in and run around I’m currently a stay at home dog dad so they will never be left alone, always ready to take outside and let play with toys. About: I have worked at the Humane Society of South Central Michigan for 8 months now and absolutely love working with the dogs and cats there. I have also pet sitted on occasion for a family friend that has 3 dogs and 3 cats. I also have been asked by a friend to check in on her dog and let her go potty outside and give her some loving. I also worked at Camp Wakonda in the nature center so I have experience working with not just dogs and cats, but other pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, a snake, bearded dragon, and a hedgehog. I work part time at the Humane Society. My hrs vary depending on how my boss makes the schedule for each week. I usually work Sundays 8 to 3. Sometimes Mondays 8 to 3 if in the dog area, and 8 to noon if the cat area. Tuesday through Friday I work 8 to noon and sometimes a day or two of the week I have the afternoon shift noon to 5. I don't own any animals of my own right now, but I have cared for animals at work and for friends when they need a pet sitter. When I care for any animal I will not neglect them. About: I am working on some pretty amazing updates. Additional outdoor yards are in the works, as well as a perimeter fence around the home property! I have also added Tracki to my collars. Tracki runs on global GPS (satellite feedback) and not cellular feedback, giving that extra security for your pups with no interruption in tracking! Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. I also provide optional training for dogs. I have five years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a high volume multi-species setting. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. Your pups will have access to multiple sections of my home, a fenced play yard, and walks over 120 acres of farm fields and streamed woods! I currently have full availability outside of school drop-off in the mornings and flexible pick-ups in the afternoon. I spend my free time caring for my own animals and attending online classes and seminars! I have a knack for social cues and when and how to approach. Discipline is and will always be reinforcement based. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand any dog can be reactive in the right setting, so meet and greets are a must! About: I had taken care of dogs of every kind since I was very young. I have relied on me to walked, feed and bathe their pets. I had also trained 2 dogs with some of the sign language as well to teach the animals to sit and stay with the American sign language. My friends and family have relied on me to take their dogs to the dog park, the beach and go on the morning hike. Just really take care of their animals with the love, respect and support for those need my help for them to enjoy their time or a getaway! I'm currently working from home on my own flexible schedule! I do have a lot of time in between working virtually and I can do my job anywhere! So if I take the dogs to the park or go on a walk, I could work on my phone to reply my emails, messages etc. I do have the good balance of taking a break from work to spend the time with the animals to give them my attention and cuddles and go on a walks or adventures! First thing first is to care the animals with respect, love and comfort to be in your home. If I was at your house, I am that person that will follow your wishes and expectations of how you would want me to care for your animals. I do clean up after myself when I am at your house and to keep it tidy clean as you like it to be. I also like to step outside with the dogs/cats to keep my eyes on them or even just being outside with them and play with their toys to give them my joyful attention. I love to have the transparency communication with the owners as well. I will always ask the owner before assuming or trying things out. I love to meet the animals before starting the whole process to feel it out how the energy goes for us and for your animals too. About: I have had dogs my whole life and they bring me so much joy. I’ve had experience with dogs of all ages and sizes and I’ve found that I enjoy them all. I’ve had experience with training, potty training and have helped family and friends with dog walking. I currently go to school online so I am home most of the day. I have an older dog of my own so I am used to a routine of being able to be home to let me dog outside and take him for walks at least once a day. I have a fenced in backyard so that your dog can be outside as much as they like. I also have a dog that absolutely loves other animals. My son is a big fan of helping out with animals and we both enjoy snuggling up with our dog at the end of the day. I do allow dogs on furniture and in all rooms of my house, however I will respect if this is something you do not wish your dog to do.

About: I grew up on and farm and I’ve had animals my whole life. I believe animals make the best company. As of right now I only have a grand puppy. I recently lost my mini schnauzer she was 17 so I may be adding a new member to our family soon. I would like to spend sometime with your animals and spoil them. About: I’ve been around animals since I was born. I’ve had a lot of experience with dogs, and I love to be around them. My favorite thing to do is to be with animals. I have my own Siberian Husky that I will need to drop in on occasionally I do work and have a dog of my own. But other then work and doctors appointments I am pretty free other than that. I love all animals and love getting new experiences. I would feed the pets, let them out every few hours. Keep them company, play with them take them for walks, anything that would be needed.

I won’t be taking care of animals at my house (due to my own pets), but I would possibly be up for overnight house-sitting once I’ve built a trusting relationship with a client and their animals. I’ve had experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments and can administer medicine orally and topically. I’ll give your pets so much love and remind them of how cute they are constantly. I am working Monday through Friday from 8-5. Don’t let that stop you from messaging me as I’m sure we can figure something out. :) I enjoy taking the dogs on walks! It is a great way to get energy out and the snuggles are always the absolute best afterwards ! I love utilizing toys/puzzles that encourage using their brain and nose as well! I work full time Monday-Friday usually from 8am to 5pm. My job is quite flexible though so I’m more than willing to work something out with you! I am big on body language. Animals don’t have a voice to communicate with us so I am always making sure the dog/cat is comfortable and doesn’t feel like their boundaries are being pressed/crossed! We can’t have fun if your pet doesn’t trust me so the first day is usually a lot of positive reinforcement and play to prove I’m a safe person!

As soon as I moved out I got two cats, later on I met my now husband who had two dogs, growing our family. I have a 5 year old Catahoula Hound mix that I adopted from the SPCA! When I house sit he does need to come with me. He has never had issues with other dogs or cats. I am a medical assistant during the week for Bronson and would love to spend time with animals on the weekends or after work playing or going for walks.
