With one of our boys being a rescue I always worry that he will think we aren’t coming back. Anne put every worry I could have had completely at ease from long before we ever dropped them off. She is amazing at communication and making sure you and your dogs feel comfortable. She sent pictures and updates throughout their stay which made being away so much easier and relaxing. This was the first time I used Rover, Alicia was great! I went on vacation and had to leave my senior Lab mix Sugiebear behind for the first time. She is 12 yrs old and has some health issues. Alicia's home is very neat and was accommodating to my Sugiebear 's needs. Alicia took great care of her and sent me pics and updates everyday. I also had car trouble coming home which caused me to be late picking Sugiebear up, Alicia was very understanding.
