About: I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes and will be sure to make your pup feel at home! I work from home and can give lots of attention. I also have a large open yard for play, enclosed kennel space as well, and a small dog for added socialization. I work from home and my own dog stays with me throughout the day. I do regular bathroom breaks, have access to water, and when the weather is nice get out for frequent walks. I have a shaded outdoor kennel should the weather be nice enough for my dog to have some extra outdoor time or use the screened in porch. Lots of options for your pup to get all they need. Your pet will follow the same schedule as my pup based on the time your pet is with me. Morning bathroom break, feeding (if applicable), time with me while I work, regular bathroom breaks during the day, end of work day feeding (if applicable), bathroom break before bedtime, and crated overnight. During nice weather I like to get in 2-3 walks; morning, lunch, and evening. This schedule can be modified based on your pets needs.

Dogs in my care should be able to be left home alone for 1-2 hours -- can be crated or uncrated if not destructive. I have a Furbo pet camera so your dog is never out of my sight. I have an unfenced yard with private walking trail and a nice deck for dogs who like to sun bathe. Any dogs who need to be kept on a leash, that's no problem.

About: I am available to walk/do drop ins/some house sitting &/or overnight stays & cat sitting/drop ins anytime in the Shandaken, NY area. I have many years experience with animals, three grown kids & I am an avid animal rescue supporter including having my own rescue animal. I work part time on my own schedule so my availability is flexible & I can work with you & your needs! I am not able to provide in home care due to my Rescue dog being touchy with other animals, especially dogs but am available anytime for walks/drop ins, cat care, etc.... I will not be providing care in my home but I clean Rental homes for a living & will keep the same aspects in mind while being in your home/s, I will always be respectful of your space & your animals while providing the best care possible & will always leave your home the same as I found it. We have a fully fenced in yard, live on 15 acres and have both crates and kennel runs for pups who prefer not to be as social or for in heat or intact dogs. We do have a toddler who is dog savvy and our pack of pups who love to play and entertain. We have a three floor house so plenty of room for those persnickety pups who’d like their space. When we travel to your home we learn their space and their routine to make the best experience!
