My Fitzy had recently undergone neutering so this was especially sensitive circumstance, but they were wonderful with him. I love the idea of him having the accessibility of someone to talk to him and love on him a little bit after this procedure to keep him as comfortable as possible versus a typical boarding situation. They sent tons of pictures and followed his care instructions to a "T". I will definitely be using them in the future. Fitz even gave a few kisses of approval.
