“This was my first time leaving my dog alone for multiple nights and I was very nervous, but Stephanie put my mind at ease immediately. From her photos she sent of her visits with Marcy, I knew Marcy was in great hands and so happy! Stephanie was super professional, always right on time and great at communicating. Will be using her again for any future trips!”

“Jose did an amazing job with Marley! I was able to leave an entire week without having to worry once. Was always on time and walked my dog to the park every time. Marley loved Jose, so much so Marley was playing fetch with sticks which I’ve never seen him do! Jose also took amazing pictures at every check in”

“Miranda was a fantastic sitter for my 8 month year old cat! Miranda was extremely communicative in preparation & during her visits. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has deep care for pet sitting. She made, what’s often considered a stressful process, a seamless one. “Katrina is a mature, responsible person who quickly earned our trust. Leaving our fur babies in the care of someone else is no small decision. We feel totally confident in her sensitivity to our older dog and our new rescue dog who is still adjusting. Highly recommend!”

About: I have been taking care of my neighbors, family, friends, and my own dog/pets for 10 years including walks, feeding, watching, and helping train. I have experience with puppies and older dogs as well as injured or sick dogs. I am currently in a local college for health care. I am free all day Saturday-Monday and after 3 Tuesday-Friday. I have transportation and can drive a reasonable distance. I would follow any rules you have set for your dog (ex. food allowed, walking requirements, type of leash/collar for walks, and if they need to be crated or not) I would be able and willing to provide any medical care needed as long as I am shown how to correctly.

“Debra did an excellent job of taking care of our animals and ensuring their needs were met. She did a great job of actively communicating and sending pictures as well.”

“It was a last-minute request towards the end of the night, but Glenmary made it happen regardless! I'm so glad to have found someone willing to go the extra mile for a furball that isn't theirs. It takes an extraordinary, empathetic person to do what they do. Thank you so much!”

“Natasha did a great job with our kitties! This was our first time using the Rover app and we were a little nervous about it, but Natasha sent us updates that put us at the ease (including letting us know when we had packages delivered) and we came home to happy kitties. We will definitely reach out to her the next time we need a sitter.”

“Barbara was attentive to my dog’s needs, patient with his anxiety, and definitely caring. Doors were left locked and instructions were followed, which is highly appreciated.”

“We were first time rover users for our cat Selene. Amanda was very kind and patient with us as I was all over the place with our trip. Our kitty hid each time she visited but was fed, watered and her box scooped! We will certainly book again the next time we have a trip planned! 😁”

About: I've been involved in dog rescue for over 20 years and often board former foster pups. I give a lot of attention and soft play to minimize the stress of their owners being away. I recently completed a 220 hour veterinary assistant certification. I have a flexible work schedule Monday-Friday which allows me to leave midday for walks, feedings, etc. Weekends are typically wide open. I am available for sunrise and sunset walks at the local golf course or in your neighborhood. I am off for the summers and all school holidays. Pets in my home enjoy lots of exercise and soft play--fetch, tug of war, etc. Dogs that prefer to stay home will have a minimum of 3 visits per day for feeding, exercise and play. For golf course walks, I offer free pickup within two miles of the route from my house to the course.

“Having Elena check in on our new puppy made my husband and I feel so much better when we both had to work on the same day. Her communication is excellent and I know our girl was well cared for!”

About: I will care for your dogs with ease and I will always be on time and reliable! I will give your pup the special care and attention that he or she needs. I have over 14 years of experience caring for canines and felines. Working with the needs of your dog is my top priority. I am in Albany, NY. I have a flexible schedule and I can prioritize taking care of your furry friend! I can drop by for a food and play session with your cat, or bring your dog on a 60 minute walk, and feed your dog (if needed). Pets I take care of are in the pet parent's home, rather than my own home. If there are certain routines and things you would like to share with me about best practices in your home, please let me know.

About: I grew up always having a dog. I know how special they can be and the attention they deserve. I'm always happy to help pups get the best care possible. I have many free days to devote to pets. I am available on short notice and always happy to help out to make things easier on your animals. I have experience with dogs that roam the house as well as crate training. I also know how to handle an invisible fence versus a solid one as well as leads.
