“I did not want to board my cats anymore as they are older and the whole process is quite traumatic for them. From wrangling them into carriers, driving them to the vet, getting full rounds of vaccinations for 2 mature house cats, sitting in crates for a week surrounded by unfamiliar noises, smells and sights and then bringing them home again, boarding is terrifying for them and expensive for me. I am so glad I found Liz for home visits. The cats are home in their safe space and I know they’re fed and watered. They’re both shy around strangers but Liz was able to lure Darby out from her hiding spot under the bed for some purrs and treats. I highly recommend her expertise and will use her services again in the future.”

About: I've been around all sorts of animals since I was a child, firstly with pet birds of my own, then volunteering at a farm for a number of years. About: I’ve only pet sat a sweet puppy named Forty for a day in my home. She was my first dog sitting experience and the experience was so rewarding that I decided to come back for more. Although I don’t have as much experience as the next person, I decided to try my luck with Rocer and hopefully the great pet community on here will help me learn a lot more! I currently work overnight hours so I have plenty time during the day to cater to our little animals needs. Most of the activities and feedings needed to help them grow, from my understanding, happen during the day and I would be glad to be apart of that. I have a fenced yard with more than enough space for physical activity and my neighborhood is pet and pedestrian friendly for frequent outdoor activity. I also own a car with ample space for transportation if need be.

About: I am a huge animal lover! I was a camp counselor at a daycare/boarding facility where dogs interacted and played together all day. I supervised up to 30+ dogs daily, and I have had hands-on experience with little and big dogs. I fed, cleaned, bathed, and administered medications that don't involve needles. I also have a lot of hands-on experience with cats and fish. I'm a huge animal lover, and I love children as well. I am not able to watch pets in my home, because of the pets I already have. However, I would be 100% willing to stay in your home to care for your beloved family member, or make visits. :)! I'm currently working as a 7th-grade English teacher in the Rockland County area from 9:00-3:40. I'm lucky enough to have awesome work hours that allow me to take care of pets as needed! Currently I can't watch other animals in my home because I have two cats of my own and a new puppy! All 3 of my animals are spoiled rotten! They have so many toys, tons of playtime, and the best of the best quality food and treats! I love my animals like my children, I even had a puppy shower for my new puppy!
