“Kim delivers it again. Its not easy to handle someone’s dog for 2 consecutive weeks, but Kim went above and beyond in taking care of our Ruby. She kept sending us the pictures and videos throughout while we were traveling internationally. Because of network issues, we suggested her to communicate through Whatsapp and she was totally comfortable with it. The best part about this boarding was Kim’s ability to handle our pup’s medical attention. During the 2nd week, Ruby got really bad diarrhea, but Kim handled the situation like a true professional. She not only kept us in the loop, but also nurtured Ruby when she needed it most. She called the emergency clinic, bathed her and collected Ruby’s medication from our vet. I would give more than 5 stars if available. She is an amazing pet sitter.”
