About: I've taken care of family dogs, both large and small, since around age twelve. In high school I also cared for a bird, as well as part of my adulthood. In early adulthood I worked for three years as a professional dog handler and dog walker for a company in New York City. I am accustomed to reading dogs body language and keeping them safe and feeling secure. I've lived with cats in more recent years and have consistently been hired to cat sit for neighbors. I am comfortable with elder pets, administering medications, and helping anxious pets feel more comfortable at home and out in the world. I also have some experience with smaller mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, domestic rats) as well as some farm animals. I am a full-time grad student, so my schedule is much more flexible than a 9-5 worker. That said, at the moment I can only take care of pets who can be alone for at least four hours at a time during the week because of my class schedule (weekends I'm more flexible). You can depend on me to safely enter and exit your home with care for security and cleanliness, and I'd always touch base with you for any concerns. I'm also disabled by long-COVID and take many COVID mitigations (still masking), so I'd be safer for immunocompromised clients. For drop-in visits and popping into your home for a dog walk, I will be masked. For pet sitting overnight, I'm always happy to take a COVID test—just let me know!

About: Due to my active and flexible lifestyle, I am very capable of walking a wide range of dogs from small to large and lazy to hyper. My Australian Shepherd (Covid puppy) does a great job of reminding me to take her on 2-3 walks a day, give her special cuddles and tug on her rope daily. She’s a very smart and trained girl, but just like me, she needs exercise or she’ll get the zoomies! I currently work from home and have good breaks throughout the day, as well as, a flexible schedule giving me the ability to leave my desk and go for a walk or check in on a pup or cat. In my experience walking and taking care of other pets, I’ve been very communicative with what the owner requests. For example, I’ve had opportunities where I’ve had to be very careful about opening the front door because the dog may run out of the house. I’ve also been in positions where I double and triple check if the dog I’m walking is in their harness/leash correctly because they are masterminds when it comes to escaping. If the client is specific with their pet’s needs, I try my best to follow their directions to a tee.

About: I grew up with a family dog and was always involved in feeding and walks. As an adult I've watched and checked on dogs for several family members and friends. I am available for feedings and walks and happy to work on any training or commands with your pets! I have experience with all dog sizes. This is currently my full-time job so I have a wide range of availability! I will also be in Columbus for most of the summer so I'm happy to help during any summer vacation plans! I am very respectful of any house rules while dog sitting. I have watched dogs that cannot be alone in yards or need to be crated while alone or during the night. I will do everything I need to make sure the dog is comfortable while I watch them and to respect your home.

About: i’ve had dogs and cats my whole life growing up. Assisted at numerous animal shelters. I’ve had my own dog for three years. She’s very well taken care of. I’ve watched numerous friends and families animals throughout my childhood and adulthood. I’m very competent and confident in my skills with animal caretaking. currently, I’m in the transition of graduate school to my first role as a physician assistant. I have a lot of flexibility in upcoming months to take care of animals and this is something I would like to do not only for my own enjoyment, but for a side income. I’m available pretty much anytime throughout the week, I just need a heads up. I am willing to care for your pets however you see and feel as needed. My personal dog is crate trained and potty trained. She spends most of her day outside of the crate. She’s very well trained both on and off leash. I am happy to accommodate, however you need for your animals.

About: From rescuing a three-legged friend to hosting large scale dog park events, I have experience caring for pets of all ages and abilities! I am passionate about animals getting exercise and engaging play time. ** I work second shift so I am available through the week when most people are at work! I am free most mornings until 1pm everyday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I do not work so I have more flexibility on those days I treat pets as an extension of myself! I like to have ample space that is cozy as well as activities to keep myself entertained and happy, I believe every pet is entitled to these same privileges. About: I started pet sitting when I was around 13 with my next-door neighbor’s dog Shiloh. I grew up with her and had played with her before so she was a great starting point for me! Since then, I have watched family/friends pets whenever they were sick or went out of town and have been doing so for years, throughout high school. My freshman year of college, my roommate has a service dog in training, and I’ve learned even more about dog training and dog care in general from him. I’m in my 3rd year at OSU studying English and Psychology, so I try to fit pet care into my weekly schedule. I have availability most days, however the times may change from day to day depending on my classes and extracurricular schedules. I have a pet cat that I have to leave at home with my parents when I leave for school, so I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet without you for any amount of time. I’m very open to owner’s routines and hope to care for your pets in the way you would care for them yourself!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, so caring for them is second nature. I trained a puppy starting in 2020, so I’m experienced with the energy and patience young dogs need. I truly love spending time with animals, whether it’s going on walks, playing with toys, or giving a cat some cozy lap time and affection. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m currently a student at Ohio state, but I am available every weekend (Fri-Sun) and can be flexible to take care of pets during the week if needed. I do not currently have a pet with me while attending school, so all my attention can be on your pet! I will also be in Columbus all summer, but will be gone the month of May.
