I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality, needs, and routine. I know that every animal is different, and I want to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I currently work as a teacher from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM during the week, so my weekends are the perfect time for me to dedicate extra attention and love to your pets! I’m an animal lover and have two cats, one dog and 3 goats of my own who I care for every morning/night. When I get home, I make sure my pets get the attention they need, including taking my dog for a walk right away. I’m used to building pet care into my daily routine and understand how important consistency is for animals. On weekends, I have more flexibility to spend quality time with your pets, whether that means going for walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply keeping them company. I’m committed to following your pet’s normal routine and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time and play. I also have a friendly dog and two friendly cats! I understand that every animal has different needs and comfort levels, and I would always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being. I would make sure pets are supervised, have access to fresh water, and receive plenty of attention and care. I also understand that not every pet is comfortable around other animals, so I would always take introductions slowly and keep pets separated when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

About: Hello! My name is Patricia and I have been caring for pets for over twenty years. I had my own pup for 10 blissful years and he was my world, therefore I passionately understand the importance of proper care for the four-legged members of your family. Having no children or pets of my own allows me to focus 100% of my time on your pets, curating customized experiences, based on their individual needs. I am professional, reliable and have additional references to provide, if desired! I am a very active individual, usually covering 15 miles per day. I am centrally located in Spokane, and am willing to travel to you! About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing. At the moment I am pursuing schooling for dog training so I have open availability I usually ask for a days notice but it never hurts to ask. I have had experience with larger dogs (German shepherds, Great Pyerenese, Pitbulls and Saint Bernards) as well as small dogs (Chihuahua's, Shih Tzu and Dachshunds). I also provide baths and nail trimming when asked. I enjoy running too so if your looking to get your dog in shape! If your pets coming to my house they must be crate trained (for when I sleep) and friendly with other dogs.

About: I have a deep love and appreciation for my fuzzy little friends and all that they have taught me. I have learned everything I can to support my own pets and maybe even yours! I know how to perform CPR on both cats and dogs. I am comfortable following care plans for senior pets. Trained to provide subcutaneous fluids to kitties. I am currently available Monday - Thursday, barring the occasional appointments. I work long hours over the weekends so I am unfortunately not available at all Friday - Sunday I am a big believer in routine, as I know my fur babies definitely have and prefer theirs. I am happy to stick as close to their normal routine as possible.

About: My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.

About: Hello! My name is Emma Brown and I work in the outdoor field hoping to work with wildlife in the future. I have always had dogs in my household growing up. Ever since I was young, I made it my job to teach my dogs tricks, make sure they don’t get into trouble, and give them the best home. At one point, my childhood dog had a litter of 11 chocolate lab puppies. I helped to raise them up all the way until they left for their new homes. I also watched other people’s dogs growing up. I have always made it my priority to understand each pet owners request and stick to that schedule. Prioritizing each dog’s safety and health has always been my biggest strength as well. This is what I love to do and I can’t wait to get to know your pets! I’m currently in between jobs right now and will have a lot of time to be with your pets. Depending on what you ask, I can take out your pets on walks, to be let out, or to just be around however long you may ask for. Just let me know what schedule you’d like me to fit into. I unfortunately can’t house your dog in my home. I can pet and house sit to make sure to keep their schedule as normal as possible. I always try my best to prioritize their safety and health, so only giving them their own food and treats is how I do so. I don’t feed my own pets my extra food scraps so don’t worry about that. Once you let me know of their schedule, I’ll follow it to the best of my ability. I would also love to know their mannerisms and quirks so I can best approach them and their care.

About: I have owned and loved on numerous dogs my entire life. I can never remember a time when I didn't have a tail waggin', face lickin', life long companion. No special skills here, just a heart that overflows for all dogs. I am a newly retired school district worker. My true passion has always been in taking care of animals. I don't really travel and what a better way to spend my days I have a huge fenced yard and a walking trail right behind my house that I use on a regular basis. Your furry friend will be allowed to roam wherever and sleeping on the furniture will never be a problem.

About: I’ve been dog sitting and walking for over 6 years now for close family and friends and have multiple family’s pets I care for weekly. I’d like to say all animals love me and I’ve never met one that I don’t form a connection with. I just graduated from EWU with my elementary education degree, I am not teaching full time yet so I would love to fit you into my schedule :) I have my own dog, and do very good with keeping schedules.
