About: I grew up on a mini farm surrounded by animals — from lizards and hermit crabs to dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets of all ages and needs, from anxious puppies and kittens to senior dogs with health or mobility challenges, as well as cats with special needs. About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs on a farm, apartment, townhouse, etc. I have experience with many different personalities, energy levels, and breed needs I currently have two dogs of my own, a great pyrenees and a golden retriever. I’ve also worked at a veterinary clinic as a vet tech, gaining additional experiences with animal care, health needs, and proper handling. I beleive no dog should be judged by their breed or put under a general label. I focus on their body language and individual personalities, while still addressing breed needs. I currently am working 32-40 hours a week that gives me a certain level of flexibility to match your schedule. I receive my schedule every Saturday, two weeks posted at a time. I will give full transparency if there are any schedule conflicts. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, they’re your family! My goal is to always make sure both you and your pet few safe, supported, and at ease while you’re away. I do my best to follow your pet’s routing exactly the way you do at home, adjusting to whatever care instructions you prefer. I am also more than happy to provide updates as often as you’d life, whether that’s daily or hourly check-ins, photos, or videos so you can see how your pet is doing. I pay close attention to your pet’s behavior, health, and surroundings, making sure they’re safe and comfortable both inside the home and in outdoor spaces. About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
