“Susan & John are fantastic, they took great care of Oliver. He loved playing with Emily and all her toys. We’ll definitely be back for more doggie play dates!! Thankful for Sue being so flexible with late notice and timing.”

“Goldie had a great stay at Ashley's home! Ashley was very communicative and sent us lots of photos of Goldie. I didn't feel like I needed to worry about Goldie while she was there. I highly recommend Ashley and would definitely use her again!!”

“We left our two older dogs with Joseph, worrying that a regular kennel may not be a good idea (they’re about 14). Even with occasional anxiety, both dogs appeared to acclimate well. Joseph sent daily updates with photos, which was great since we always worry about how they handle being away. Joseph was flexible about pickup and drop off, and was always great with communication. We absolutely feel comfortable leaving our two old boys with him again in the future.”
“Cara is the best dog sitter. Our Goldendoodle loved her stay so much, which I could tell by the daily pictures sent and communication from Cara. We look forward to more visits when/if we travel in the future!”

“Jie and her family were amazing dog hosts. She sent us daily updates and videos and was an incredible communicator. This was the first time we’ve left our furry children with someone and could not have been happier. We were so relaxed knowing they were in great hands and will recommend her and this service to all the pet owners we know!”

“Enzo can be a shy guy and a little nervous but Lauren did everything to make him feel comfortable including checking in with me, which I truly appreciate. He came home happy and tired and we would use Lauren again!”

“Hannah was great! This was our first time leaving our dog, Taco, with her, and it was for 5 days. We were of course nervous leaving him with someone new for so long, but as soon as we walked through her door, we were reassured he was going to be in great care! She kept us updated with photos throughout, and it was clear he was treated like part of the family during that time. Taco is excited to visit again!”

“Michele was the perfect host for our goldendoodle while we were in the area for graduation weekend. Based on the photos she sent me, he appeared to enjoy looking at the wildlife out her windows, going for walks with her dog and stretching out on her sofa. Michele was very flexible about drop off and pickup times as well. A great experience for everyone!”

“Jodie was absolutely amazing with my dog over Memorial Day weekend! She went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and well cared for. She kept me updated with great communication throughout the stay and sent lots of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog had an absolute blast with her, and it was clear she was in great hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter!”

“Heather was very quick to respond when I was looking for a dog sitter. She is very responsive and always kept me updated! My dog had a little upset stomach and she did give him some pumpkin puree :) I would definitely rebook with Heather and highly recommend!!”

“Megan was great! She was very good at communicating and checked in with us with any questions she had. She sent pictures everyday! Thank you for taking such great care of Gracie while we were away.”

“Lucia is amazing! My 13 yr year old has so much anxiety and has never been away from home. I always had someone come to the house. Lucia comforted Bella and Luna played outside in her big fenced in yard with her. Got pictures daily and Bella had a great stay. Thank you Lucia for taking such care of my Bella.”

“Faustine did an incredible job watching our high energy Aussie she made sure to send lots of cute pictures and updates and she certainly kept up with our fast paced boy! I highly recommend her for your Future trips and vacations to watch your dog!”

Many sitters in NH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
