I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: From the first moments I could remember, I have always been around and caring for dogs and cats. I'm also a professional equine bodyworker, with medical experience that is easily translated over to our smaller, 4-legged friends. I take a gentle and intuitive approach with animals, focusing on positive reinforcement. I will care for your pets as if they were my own. I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. If staying at your home, I will never be gone for more than 8 hrs at a time. Weekends are usually no issue to schedule around either While staying at your home, I stick to the routine you have developed with your pets to make it as stress-free as possible. I recognize the importance of structure with dogs and cats, and losing that while their humans are away can be a big stressor. I will do my best to act as an extension of you while you are away to ensure the most personalized care.

About: I’ve had no less than two dogs around the house from childhood, and have experience with dogs of all sizes- jack russell to english mastiff! Growing up, we fostered dogs often, volunteering with Operation Delta Dog to aid service dog training for veterans. It’s always great to meet a new friend! As a part time worker with flexible hours, I have plenty of free time for walks and check-ins whenever necessary for you and your pup! I find that each dog and each owner is unique! I think it is important to respect the wishes of each owner- after all, you know your dog best!

I do currently work outside the home but my schedule is flexible so I can accommodate weekday / weekend stays to suit your needs. My fur baby, Chance, gets along well with other dogs. I constantly monitor activity & they are never left alone. My home is in the country with alot of space to run & play. About: I understand that the worst part of your day is leaving your dog. I absolutely love dogs and will guarantee that your dog will feel safe and happy at home when he/she is with me. I am the one amongst all of my friends that watch their dogs or simply take them out for a hike because they don’t have the time or energy. I have watched dogs from malamutes to Yorkies, and I’m a very active person that loved to exercise my late dog (as of March this year) with hikes to get his energy out! However, if a walk is all he needs or lots of attention at home I am happy to do that. I am a physical therapist and have just completed my canine rehab certification to work with animals and have also recently lost my Aussie of 10 years but not ready to have another, missing my dog interactions! I’m currently working PRN around western NY- I definitely have availability at nights for the long walks they may need and daytime hours are variable according to my work schedule, just ask ! I have availability to a fenced in yard, my apartment would require stairs however. I take frequent walks and can accommodate to your dogs schedule.

I currently have a pretty open schedule, and am able to accommodate for most schedules. I do not have availability for boarding services, but can do pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting. I have worked at a pet store so I have lots of knowledge on different types of animals and the care they need. I’m currently working part-time. About: I’ve been working with dogs for over 15 years. I am currently a full-time dog trainer and own my own business working in behavioral matters. I have seen almost every breed shape and size come through my doors and all are treated equally. It’s very important are puppies get the proper exercise and enrichment throughout the day, so you can come home to a more relaxed, calm pup! I am currently working full-time, but Wednesdays are wide open and I will be opening more days as the future unfolds. I will be looking to fully transition to Monday through Friday possibly even weekends to assist those in need in my area. I currently offer services where I come to your home. Or I walk your dog. About: **About me** Hello! My name is Mariah, I am a sophomore in college pursing a Veterinary degree! I have always loved working with animals and have grown up around them all my life. I have such a strong passion for animals of any kind which is why I am pursing a career in it! If you are at work or have an event that prevents you from being there to take care of your pet, I am able to come and help you out! **About my neighborhood** I live in Jefferson City. There are some nice trails by me and the Cherokee Dam! There is also Panther Creek State Park that has beautiful trails for walking and getting energy out! There is plenty of open land around that pets will love! **What to expect** I love playing with and showing animals how special they are which I am confident they will enjoy as well! I enjoy going for runs and long walks which they will too! The lake near me is one of the best spots to play and walk. **Special rules or requests** I am open to any size, and breed of dog, cat, etc. I do not have a preference on sizes of dogs. I also am not bothered by breeds of dogs, I truly believe that every dog is just as good as the next and the most misunderstood breeds of dogs are the most loving.

About: I’ve had pets before and I also have done pet sitting for many years now. I know how to take care of them, show them love and affection, and also make sure they stick to their routines and habits. My hubby and I work part time and we’re so excited to take care of your little (or big) furry kid!
