The fully fenced outdoor area is awesome, we live on an apartment so his outside time is limited , so having the opportunity to play freely outside was so cute to see. Claudia makes sure to send videos and photos which made us happy and relaxed to know he was in great hands.”

You could tell that she truly loves fur babies. While we were away out of the country, Starla communicated with us regularly. “We had to find boarding on short notice and were lucky that Tammy was available that weekend to board our elderly dog. We were hesitant about leaving our dog with a stranger (we normally board her with our vet), but Tammy gave us a good impression, and we were glad we chose her. She was very polite and professional, and she sent us pictures of our dog relaxing with her kids or going out for a walk, which made us feel more comfortable about leaving our dog for the weekend. We were disappointed to learn that our dog had had some accidents in the house, but Tammy handled it without complaints, was very patient, and never had an unkind word to say about her. Overall, a very good first experience using Rover, and we would definitely consider boarding with Tammy again in the future.”
