“Our cat has some anxiety due to health issues. I have boarded him in the past, and he refuses to eat. I thought I would try rover with a daily drop in visit. The cat did great and ate everyday and was much happier being in his own environment. Stephanie kept us updated on the visits and the cat did great. About: Hey there my name is Danielle, I have taken care of dogs of all ages ranging from puppies going through their first heat to senior dogs with lack of abilities. Growing up I had all sorts of pets in my home and enjoyed sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. Also one of my first jobs was at a dog boarding and day care facility. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and just want to keep them happy and healthy and have a fun time. I am new to the area and do not have a set schedule yet. I am free during most week days during typical working hours. I love the outdoors so any chance to get some sunshine. I have a fenced backyard, and my dog is friendly. I do not leave dogs unattended outside because I want to be sure they won't try to escape the yard or dig holes. When in a client's home I am sure to read all instructions given prior to my drop in. I make sure that the their pet is given my full attention during my time there. If I have any questions I am not afraid to ask. I will also send updates and photos if requested.

I grew up helping on a farm until I was 12 and began working for a dog groomer at 14 which i stopped around 16, gaining valuable experience in animal care. While I don’t have a fenced yard due to Hurricane Helene, I’m happy to walk your pet using your preferred method. If your pet has access to a fenced yard, I’ll keep a watchful eye to ensure they’re happy and safe while they run around. I prioritize their well-being, making sure they get the exercise, play, and attention they need, whether it's on a walk or in the yard.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life since as long as I can remember! I have experience with small dogs all the way up to extra large dogs. I also have experience with cats, farm animals, small animals and birds! I’m currently a stay at home mom, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available daily for boarding or pet sitting! I do have kids home but care will be provided by me, kids are upstairs which is baby gated ❤️ Pets are a huge apart of my life. About: I love all animals. I have experience working as an animal control officer and an animal advocate in a shelter. I enjoy spending as much time with furry friends as possible. I have two dogs of my own and understand how much pets mean to a family. I'll treat your pets as my own. I promise to take good care of your loved ones and spoil them endlessly with love. I am available for dog walks, dog sitting, and dog drop ins. I am more than happy to watch large breed dogs and dogs that get the unfortunate label as "aggressive breed" dogs, as I own a German Shepherd and a Great Dane myself. I also have experience working with other animals as well (cats, bunnies, hamsters, horses, you name it!) I am currently available full time, as I have a WFH job with flexible hours. I prefer at least a week notice for longer stays, to make sure proper arrangements are made. Of course emergencies do pop up and I will do my best to be available for last minute emergency care. I have a fenced in dog run that provides sunlight, shaded areas, a pool during the summer, and a nice cot for sunbathing. I can also crate your furry friend if that is what they prefer.

I specialize in in-home, long-duration pet care for those who travel frequently or face unexpected last minute challenges. While in your home, your fur-babies and I will keep to the scheduled walks you desire and give them loving attention. Let me be your go-to sitter!!! I'm currently studying music therapy and take my harp with me to practice while I'm house and pet-sitting. It is another way of providing comfort to your fur babies. I greet them with a smile and an uplifted voice. I do not reach for their heads. I find their happy spot for rubbing and try to give them the love they want or the playtime they want several times a day. I am in school so a lot of my time will be spent in homework and harp practice. I keep to the schedule you write down and set my alarms to ensure their schedules are kept.

I have knowledge of basic pet care, animal body language, first aid, and such. I have pet sat for clients with dogs, cats, birds (including chickens), reptiles, fish, turtles, and horses. I follow directions well, and I am insured. If you would like to see proof of insurance, please let me know and I can provide it. I can also send references your way. I do work full-time, but I can easily fit in drop-in visits and walks in the mornings and evenings or during my lunch break. The only service I can't provide is 24/7 in-house care.
