About: I currently signed up with Rover.com and want to make my home open to caring for your "fur babies" while you are out on a business trip or having a fun vacation and not have to worry about your "fur baby". I have two dogs of my own, both males, one is purebred german shepherd and the other is our rescue who's shepherd/lab mix. We also have our almost 13 yo cat at home and two busy "human" boys (ages 4 & 1). I work part time in Rochester but live in Zumbrota, MN; my husband works full time in Red Wing. Hope to hear from you soon and can't wait to meet your "fur babies"! I've always been a avid animal lover but had an intense love for dogs of any size. Currently own two 85+ German shepherd (purebred) and a German Shepherd/lab--have trained them both and also trained my families' golden retriever who just recently passed away. We also have a male cat and two Guinea pigs. I've trained dogs, watched family and friend dogs, used to even run with our family golden retriever when she was still with us. I got her trained also almost to be a therapy dog, but then she got sick and passed away. I'm very comfortable with any breed of dog, big or small. I am willing to come to your house to let the dog (s) out multiple times a day if needed or even just a one time thing occasionally if needed. I'm very flexible. I will though occasionally bring my two young boys with, so would prefer kid friendly pets. I'm also available for checking on any cats you have as well, I own a cat of my own. I do work part-time in the evenings as well at my job in Rochester so it'd be worked around that.

I also have days with significantly more availability and can accommodate overnight and weekend care depending on my schedule. I keep my Rover calendar updated so I only accept bookings when I know I can give your pet the time and attention they need. I take being trusted with someone else’s pet and home seriously. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medications or other care instructions you provide. I’m also big on communication and will send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.
