“Absolutely could not be happier or more grateful for Margarita and her family. The whole process was super easy and after the meet and greet I left feeling 100% confident that bubba would be in great hands. Then traveling back home from Sioux Falls, we get hammered by blizzard conditions. The last 20 miles before finally giving up, I could barely see the lines on the road, let alone any cars in front of me. So we pulled off and checked in to a hotel. Thankfully Margarita was SUPER understanding and reassuring. I was in a bit of a panic worrying about this and that, and the fact that Loki didn't have to be one of those worries was a huge relief. When we finally made it back the next day I could tell he wasn't super thrilled about leaving, which is always what you want to see. (And with that massive yard, I can't blame him!) Will definitely be "boarding" with her and her family again in the future! Super communicative with updates and photos to put our minds at ease.”

“I gave Tyler 5 stars, for a couple of reasons: he was easy to work with as I set up a 10-day boarding for two dogs, a 3-year-old and a 9-year-old. That's a long stretch, I realize. And the dogs initially seemed fine when we picked them up. I did find it curious, however, that the dog food I left had barely been used. And he had lost a package of glucosamine-chondroitin I'd left for the 9-year-old. After my first take that the dogs looked okay and were happy to see me, I realized how thin the 9-year-old had become: bony back and hips. She had lost quite a bit of weight, 10 pounds? These are goldens. After eating one meal the 9-year-old stopped eating for two days, until I found a food she couldn't resist. Is this on Tyler? All I can say is I wonder, and we would likely not use him again. We never did see inside his house, which is very nice on the outside, by the way, with a nice yard, so it's hard to know how he handles boarding. He did not know the older dog's name when we picked them up. My take is he handled the business end very competently, but I'm not sure how diligent he was in taking care of the dogs. The 3-year-old came home fine.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life. From a young age I’ve helped family and neighbors take care of their pets. I currently have a black German Shepard puppy, a 10 year old Alaskan Malamute, and an orange American Shorthair cat all of which are girls. I’m currently working part time in the evenings Monday through Thursday so I’ll have plenty of time for taking care of your fur babies! I don’t work Friday through Sunday which leaves my weekends open! I’m very attentive to my animals and I’ll be the same with your animals. About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. So whether it be house sitting with the animals or simply doing some walking or activities, I don't mind and will enjoy my time with them. Its something I enjoy as one of my hobbies. They love animals and do really well with them. I have a busy schedule during the week, but looking to help out on the weekends when I can. My kids enjoy the extra company. My backyard is fenced in. I ensure they are taken outside for bathroom breaks before coming inside, maintain a consistent feeding schedule, and always make sure they have fresh food and water. We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. About: i have watched animals my whole like and i love to be around them. i have many families that continue to trust me with their pets and i love them. i enjoy being around animals so much and always have a great time playing with them. i also love taking them for walks because it helps us both! im currently working part time and only have one in school class so i have a lot of free time whenever you need it. i also can make things work and move things around if needed. i am very good with animals and will be able to make sure they go to the bathroom and get plenty of water food and exercise.
About: I have grown up my whole life around animals. When I was younger, I had smaller animals like hamsters and rats. In high school, my dad did get an English bulldog and he was my best friend! When we first brought him home, I took him to training and I loved every second of it! I would watch him almost every weekend for my parents. My sister also had a dog, her and I worked opposite schedules so I would take care of him during the day. I also took him through training as a puppy. So if you have a puppy and want them to learn a thing or two I can help! I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats with my boyfriend. So I really understand how much your fur baby’s mean to you as I have some at home! I am working part time and looking for something to do with my other time! I’m available all day Wednesdays, Fridays after 2pm and just about every weekend! Something that I live by is treating others animals like your own! I am also very big on respect. Letting me into your home to take care of your fur baby’s means a lot to me. I love to just hang out with furry friends or go play outside, which ever you need from me I will do! I really would like to make sure you and your animals can trust me! Whether you have cameras in your home or need a check in hourly, I’m willing to do whatever you need to trust me in your home. Having that trust bond can really make or break a sitter! Besides trust I also value on making sure your animal is safe.
About: Pets have always been part of my life, from a yellow lab and a guinea pig in my early years to the toy havapoo and fish I have today. I've been a cat volunteer with Paws and Claws Humane Society since June, 2024 and I really enjoy spending time with the cats there. I also have some experience dog sitting for family and friends. I'm currently working part-time and my schedule varies by week. I work 4-7 hours a day and around 20 a week so I'll have time to take care of your pets! I care for pets in my client’s home by following their normal routine as closely as possible, keeping their space clean and secure, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their family is away. About: I have always had dogs in my life. From a black lab hunting dog, to an elderly chihuahua, and a puppy Siberian husky! I currently have two cats (mama & kitty) that I rescued from a foster home. Pets are the best!! I’m a retired US Air Force officer, so I have a lot of flexibility. I enjoy walking and taking my grand-dogs to the dog park. I’m home a lot because I’m retired from the military, so I have a ton of flexibility. So, I can spend a lot of time with your pet.

“Absolutely could not be happier or more grateful for Margarita and her family. The whole process was super easy and after the meet and greet I left feeling 100% confident that bubba would be in great hands. Then traveling back home from Sioux Falls, we get hammered by blizzard conditions. The last 20 miles before finally giving up, I could barely see the lines on the road, let alone any cars in front of me. So we pulled off and checked in to a hotel. Thankfully Margarita was SUPER understanding and reassuring. I was in a bit of a panic worrying about this and that, and the fact that Loki didn't have to be one of those worries was a huge relief. When we finally made it back the next day I could tell he wasn't super thrilled about leaving, which is always what you want to see. (And with that massive yard, I can't blame him!) Will definitely be "boarding" with her and her family again in the future! Super communicative with updates and photos to put our minds at ease.”

“I gave Tyler 5 stars, for a couple of reasons: he was easy to work with as I set up a 10-day boarding for two dogs, a 3-year-old and a 9-year-old. That's a long stretch, I realize. And the dogs initially seemed fine when we picked them up. I did find it curious, however, that the dog food I left had barely been used. And he had lost a package of glucosamine-chondroitin I'd left for the 9-year-old. After my first take that the dogs looked okay and were happy to see me, I realized how thin the 9-year-old had become: bony back and hips. She had lost quite a bit of weight, 10 pounds? These are goldens. After eating one meal the 9-year-old stopped eating for two days, until I found a food she couldn't resist. Is this on Tyler? All I can say is I wonder, and we would likely not use him again. We never did see inside his house, which is very nice on the outside, by the way, with a nice yard, so it's hard to know how he handles boarding. He did not know the older dog's name when we picked them up. My take is he handled the business end very competently, but I'm not sure how diligent he was in taking care of the dogs. The 3-year-old came home fine.”

About: I’m a caring person who loves dogs and grew up with a lab. I have experience with taking care of friends puppies and senior dogs. I love to play hard with them so they can sleep good for you! I can walk dogs before I go to work and, take them out immediately when I get back home. I will also make sure they are being fed at the right times. I’m happy to transport pets and have them stay at my apartment for up to a week. I will provide long walks with them on leash and follow procedures at a client’s home. Making sure that the pet is comfortable is a top priority for me.
“Alisha took great care of Cooper and Collins over the last week! The dogs got a lot of time at the local dog park and had some down time too (hanging out at home with her sweet dog). They got some extra treats and chews. Alisha sent pics of the dogs throughout the week, and they always looked so happy! It definitely makes a difference when you know your dogs are well taken care of…I think they had just as much fun on their “vacation” as we did on ours! I would rebook with Alisha without reservation for future care needs! She was also located in a great spot for us (could drop them off easily on our way to the cities/up north).”
