“Nicole was wonderful! Loved seeing pictures of Winnie, Hankie and Mabel during her visits, and it was great to hear about how they were doing while we were away. I would recommend Nicole. :)”

“We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care of our kitties! Our two aging fur babies are a bit more challenging due to their health needs, but Rhianna went above and beyond to make sure they took their meds on time and were comfortable the entire time we were away. She was attentive, patient, and caring, even when one of our kitties was playing hide-and-seek. Not only did she ensure their medication routine was followed, but she also sent us regular updates with pictures, so we always knew how they were doing. It was such a relief knowing they were in such capable hands. Highly recommend Rhianna for anyone looking for a compassionate and reliable cat sitter! We'll definitely be booking again. Thank you so much!”

About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember! As a teenager, I started volunteering at Misty Pines Dog Park Co., gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds and personalities. Later, I shadowed a professional trainer at Sandy Hill Kennels, where I helped with puppy training classes and learned a lot about dog behavior. When I turned 16, I officially joined the Sandy Hill team as a staff member, caring for dogs of all kinds. Now I'm 23, and have the privilege of working from home. I've always had a dog in my life, and right now, I share my home with two—Tucker, my 11-year-old rough collie who looks just like Lassie, and Ginger, my 6-year-old rescue hound mix who fully embraces the lazy hound stereotype! Since I work from home, I get to spend my days with them, giving them lots of love and attention. I’d be honored to care for your pet and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away! I work from home during the week (9-5), so I’m always around to give plenty of attention to the pets in my care. Whether it’s potty breaks, playtime, or just some extra belly rubs, they’ll never feel lonely. I’m also free on weekends, so I have plenty of flexibility to fit your pet’s needs. My home has a 4ft high, fenced-in yard, giving dogs plenty of space to play safely. However, I do live near active train tracks, so if your pet is sensitive to train horns, it may be best for me to care for them in your home. The sound is loud when you're standing outside as the trains pass by, but inside, it’s much quieter since our house is brick. My dogs don’t pay any mind to the train horn, though, so if yours are less sensitive, they’ll be just fine! At night, my two dogs sleep in their crates in my office, and I have spare crates if your pup prefers a cozy setup near me. Of course, I’ll always follow whatever sleeping arrangements make them the most comfortable! During the day, my dogs are happy to keep your pup company, and they love having new friends around. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home!

“Gwynn has been so helpful with the pups since I went back to work. Now she is loved by my kitties too! She’s timely, communicates well, checks all their needs and spoils them with attention.”

“Rachel is amazing!!! She’s been pet sitting for us for a little over a year now, and we will definitely continue booking with her in the future. Rachel is reliable, caring, and goes above and beyond for our pets.”

About: I think dogs are good people. My dogs are family members. Our dogs passed away a little more than a year ago so we are dog sitting for family and friends. My granddaughter suggested checking out Rover and applying to dog sit. We had friends from church go on a 3 week trip and watched their golden doodle. Most gentle dog ever. I can use them for reference if needed. I consider dogs a family member. Always watching a dogs body english to make sure they are comfortable and safe. Currently retired. When dog sitting I usually take them outside once an hour. We walk routinely and when dog sitting we bring them with us. We have two walking routes. A one mile walk through our small neighborhood or go to a park close by and walk by a river. Also used to giving dogs their medication when necessary. The last dog we took care of for 3 weeks needed daily arthritis meds. Pet care to me is as natural as breathing. Always checking their water and food. When dog sitting I never let the dog off the leash. My Aussie, when he was alive, was trained to not leave the yard so a leash was not necessary. But with family dogs and friends dogs I always put a leash on. Our home is dog safe. We do not use pesticides or other harmful chemicals. Even during winter I use pet friendly ice melters for the sidewalk when necessary. As far as trust I have 40 plus years experience with dogs and friends and family trust their dogs with me. Each dog that was with me always selected their own safe spot. We kept a healthy routine of exercise and rest. I watch the dog’s body English for hints of needing rest or exercise. During the day and evening it is not uncommon for me to take them outside every hour. We use water from our water filter. If I will not drink water from the faucet then I believe nether should my dog. My dogs have their own bed. When my Aussie was alive he preferred to nap under a big plant in the living room. Our house is air conditioned for a safe relaxing atmosphere. Dogs cannot get to the trash can. No treats there.

All while caring for my own personal pets like rabbits, fish, dogs, cats and horses. I am passionate about animals and strive to provide the upmost care. About: I have always loved animals since I was a kid. Once I was 12 I started bathing and grooming dogs, which then lead me to watch animals overnight. The longest I have taken care of pets was a two week long period. I am very responsible, timely, and have a dog of my own. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, and even some training experience as well. I am currently a part time worker, and full time college student with mostly online classes. I am available to do mostly everyday of the week as long as I am known in advance. I believe animals will treat us just as we treat them or better. My dog is my best friend (we even have matching pjs). I understand the deep love people have for their pets and I respect and plan to love and care for their pets just as much. I am gentle, patient, and understand animal language very well.

“Brook-lynn is great to Max. He's always so excited after a stop in visit with her. She communicates well and always sends me photos. I'd high recommend letting her take care of your fur baby!”

“Denny and his wife Bonnie are some of the most caring and loving people you will ever meet—both to animals and people! When we decided to take a three-week trip out West this summer, we knew we couldn’t take our aging goldendoodle Olive with us because she cannot handle long car rides or getting in-and-out of our vehicle. We didn’t want to leave Olive at a kennel for three weeks where she would receive very little attention. Denny and Bonnie offered the chance for her to be loved and cared for in their own home. Although at first I was concerned that the separation would be hard on our dog, I shouldn’t have worried because Denny and Bonnie showered Olive with love and attention. We received daily updates on how Olive was doing in addition to photos of her on walks or getting belly rubs. They also made sure Olive took her medication daily, and when her food ran low, they even took care of getting her more. If you are looking for a pet sitter that you can confidently entrust your pet to, look no further than Denny and Bonnie. Your dog will thank you!”
