“Chuck did a great job house sitting for two weeks with our two older cats. Our cats need extra care; they are 15 years old, finicky eaters, and one needs insulin shots twice a day (for diabetes) and a pain pill once a day (for arthritis). Chuck took great care of, and quickly bonded with, both of them. He also took great care of our home. All while sending us frequent updates and pictures. When we got home our cats were calm and happy--proof that Chuck had given them lots of loving attention, managed to get them to eat regularly, and ably handled the medical needs of our more ailing kitty. We highly recommend Chuck as a conscientious pet sitter.”

About: I worked at a doggy day care for a year and I own two dogs of my own. One of my dogs is a pit bull and the other is a Bernese Mountain dog, I also have to cats as well!! The house was left clean and tidy; linens and towels were washed which was an unexpected gift! She and Stanley got along well and he appreciated the daily walks! I was the owner of a lab mix, a mini dachshund, many Dalmatians, and multiple cats. I’m comfortable with any animal usually, you could call me Pocahontas. I have many years of experience with all aspects of training puppies, including some doggie sign language for commands. I have connections and great resources to parks/areas to play outside and walk. I am available for any pet care needs. I have knowledge of taking care of animals with medical needs from assisting with walking, changing, medications, etc. could do some minor grooming but not certified. About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I grew up with several different animals and have always loved being around them and taking care of them! At a very young age I really wanted to work with animals and that same passion of working with them is still the same today! As of right now, my schedule varies! I could be working any shift from 6:30-2:30, 7:30-4:30, 9:15-5:15, or 12:15-5:15. I am a new mom who is trying to make ends meet but working still isn’t helping because daycare is so expensive! I am really trying to pet sit part time or even full time! My weekends and holidays are always open except for the occasional family trips in the summer! I do not have a fenced in yard at my home so that means that your fur babies will be kept on a leash when taking them outside. Your fur babies will also be kept company by 2 friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats! I also have to crate one of my dogs so I can easily crate dogs if needed!

About: I am always the first to be called when a friend needs doggy daycare or house sitting with dogs, cats, and often other animals. I’ve fostered and found homes for rescues internationally and domestically. I’ve worked for a doggy daycare where I was responsible for 50-70 dogs with a crew of 2-4 people. I also spent a few months off and on taking care of 10-22 huskies while part of the herd were sled racing. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and enjoy seeing all of their unique personalities. I’ve loved animals since I was small. We always had cats when I was little, as well as ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, my turtle boy China B, parakeets, and a Senegal parrot foster. I was surprised with a rescue dog when I was 10, Hemingway. It was an amazing experience and I helped train Hemmy to be a service dog for my grandmother who was visually impaired. Winter rates are now $250/day for basic overnights, includes 3 pets. Will adjust include extra rates accordingly to animals and household needs. I’m self employed and have the flexibility to set my daily schedule around your animals needs and regular routine. Lots of scritches, play time and love are part of my commitment to your pets. I am available for short and long walks (depending on your animals needs and ability), playtime, companionship, love and affection, meals and snacks as well as monitoring medication if needed.
