“There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe Joanne. She is extremely wonderful, compassionate, and truly the best of the best! Her love for all furbabies is outstanding. Our Nala is a "skittish cat" to begin with and hides all the time so we told Joanne you probably won't see her but we really do have a cat ?. She took the time to sing to her, look for her and truly cared for her every need. She sent us her report every day with a picture of food dishes, a fake cat pillow and finally she caught her. Through her wit and " shenanigans" lol she was able to get a picture of Nala. We laughed for hours and it made us feel so at ease and we knew Nala had met her match. I highly recommend Joanne and as I said before... She is the best of the best!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life from small to big, Terriars, Rottweilers, German Shepard, etc. I currently have a yellow lab named Rory. I have experience with all age dogs from puppies and elderly dog. I currently work full time 8-4:30 on weekday so I would be willing to come early morning, late afternoons, or nights. I am free anytime on weekends. I have an overly friendly Labrador at home who is very well trained. He goes on a walk at least once a day if not more but absolutely loves his big side yard where he gets to sunbathe! He has his spot on the couch where he naps most of the day away.

About: I have grown up around dogs since I was young. I know how to act around them and how they each have their own unique personalities! I will give your dog the treatment they deserve. Doing all the duties you may be too busy to do, and adding a sprinkle of love to it.🫶🏻 I am currently a college student at Marywood, so I will be doing this in my free time or whenever I can!! Also doing some work study as well. If I pet-sat I would ensure that I gave the animal the attention they needed while also giving them space as well. I am very good with reading dogs and cats body language. I’d also make sure they were fed of course and walked every hour or as needed!! If I were to petsit a cat then cleaning out the litter box. :)

“Nate took good care of my 2 senior cats while I was away on vacation. He did daily drop in visits, litter box, fed/watered, gave 1 daily medication, and spent time with them. He also sent pics and gave me updates. My house was clean when I got home. Nate was prompt to respond on the site, we met in advance at a public eatery to get to know each other, and he came to my house after to meet my cats and get a basic run down on their needs. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and my cats took an instant liking to him. I would highly recommend him to others and will hire him again in the future! About: I have grown up with lots of dogs from small to large! I own a dog myself and two bunnies! Most of my experience is with dogs but I’m a fan of all animals! Willing to care for any needs you require. I am a stay at home Mom that works part time evenings at wal-mart! I have available weekends and daytime hours! I can make evenings available if needed! I have a car of my own to get to your pet whenever needed! I do not do any in house care. I am willing to do all of your needs at your home! Walks, feedings, cuddles, playing, etc!

About: I've been surrounded by animals all my life living in the country. I spent my childhood riding horses and had a home full of Great Danes, pugs, and cats. I have currently for the past five years taken care of many dogs / cats surrounding Nay Aug Park, Scranton area, Clark Summit, and Lake Ariel. I own an Arabian horse, five ducks and two cats near Moscow PA on ten acres in the countryside. I promise to love your animals just like my own and so look forward to giving them a lovely time while you are away. I make sure to take care of each pet as their owner wishes knowing that each pet and home is different. I always stick to a client's schedule knowing that animals are very routine based.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I was the little kid that visited the neighbors just to see their dogs. I have dog sat on many occasions. I am very detail oriented and love abiding by schedules. I do not mind the size of the dog either. The more dogs you have the better. I will gladly meet the dog(s) beforehand to see if they are comfortable with me. Other pets are also welcome too! The most animals I have watched at one time was three dogs and one cat. I am not opposed to light cleaning for the animals when necessary. Any routines you have for feeding or walking will always be followed. If you have any questions please ask me. About: I currently have a dog and have had both dogs and cats my whole life. I love walking and animals so I figured this would be great second job. I am willing to discuss any arrangement that works for you and both of our animals. I am currently working part time and have time to drop in for walks, water plants, etc. Evening shift is better for me . Weekends anytime. My schedule varies. If you work 3 to 11 weekdays I am a perfect fit. I will care for your pet in your home. If walks are needed that is fine. If just outside play.. that will be fine. I am flexible

About: I’ve been a dog owner for 8 years, but a dog lover my whole life. Growing up without a dog, it was my dream to one day not only own a dog, but to care and love for all animals. As soon as my husband and I bought our own place to live, we knew adding a dog to our family would be first on our list. We now have 2 sweet, high energy labrador retrievers. Our yellow one, named Copper, was born in 2016 and our black one, named Buddy, was born the following year. We have had both dogs since they were about 7 weeks old. I also have experience in care of small dogs too. My parents have had 2 shih-tzus since 2012 & 2013 and I’ve occasionally cared for them, more so when I was in college. (But I see and play with them on a regular basis) I have some small farm animals in our backyard. I have had 2 Nigerian dwarf goats since 2022 and chickens since 2024. I currently am a stay at home mom of two little ones, but I work part time during the week 2 days. My schedule is flexible, but I’m mostly open on the weekends Friday afternoon through Monday night. I will care for your pets the same way I care for my pets, with lots of love and lots of attention. In my home, our dogs sleep on the bed with us, lay on the couch with us, get lots of snuggles and lots of play time outside.

About: I’ve had numerous dog and house sitting jobs since I was a teenager. Mostly when owners were away on vacation. So I was responsible for every aspect of dog care, from meals and walks to cuddles and play time! I lived in a very close knit neighborhood so my neighbors and their dogs were to me extended family. So I treated them as I would my own. I have a senior dog now who’s 14 and a 3 year old beagle, so I’m kept on my toes, and understand the extra love that comes with a senior dog. I work from home and have an online shop, so my schedule is extremely flexible. Weekdays I can drop by, feed, walk, and visit almost anytime from morning until about 5. I’m an early morning person so that wouldn’t deter me from coming by. I don’t offer in home care in my home at the moment. I do crate my younger dog at times so I’m familiar with that. I have a safe and sheltered environment for my dogs at all times.

About: I have experience in taking care of all types of animals, like equines, exotics, and even the little kangaroo that’s in my profile picture. I love animals, and I have been caring about them ever since I was little. That is why I am in college to become a veterinarian :) I’m currently in school, but the free time when I’m not volunteering at the veterinary clinic or working at my job, I am always caring for my animals. I would love to keep an animal in their environment as to not further stress them out. I can stay overnight, or drop in, depending on what is needed of me.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for about 9 years now, and care for each of them as if they were my own (I have one dog and one cat, Harlan and Rajah!). Family and friends have trusted me to care for, feed, walk, and play with their pets. They know their animals are in good hands with me. I’m at stay-at-home cat & dog mom, so I’m available to walk your pup anytime during the day! And if it’s a drop-in visit you need (dogs or cats), I’m here for that, too! I understand the importance of routine for our furry friends. I always make sure to provide a sense of safety with the dogs and cats, helping them to establish trust with me. I respect the rules of the house, and follow all pet instructions.
