“I just moved to Pennsylvania from New York a few weeks ago and my 14 year old pup Sammy had been struggling to adjust. I soon needed care for him as I was scheduled to have surgery. Additionally, I was reluctant to leave him with a boarder for fear he would be caged and unhappy. Jahada was well recommended by a family friend, so I booked her. Upon Sammy's new vet's recommendation, I took Sammy to meet Jahada ahead of tine to ensure his comfort. Well, my fears were unfounded. Sammy took to Jahada immediately and made hinself at home. When it was time for his 4 day stay, Sammy went to Jahada easily and didn't look back. Jahada sent me daily pictures of Sammy and provided written updates. She gave him his medications each day and ensured he was well fed and loved. Sammy even made friends with another senior dog. When I picked Sammy up, he was delighted to see me. I could tell he had a good time with Jahada, as he was playful, full of energy, and slept very well when it was his bedtime. I am so happy my dog was in good hands with Jahada and will be making plans to bring him back for more doggy care in February when I take out of town travel.”

From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly professional—but what truly blew us away was everything that happened *after* we booked her for what was supposed to be just a single day. Due to unexpected circumstances on our end, that one day turned into three… and she handled it with nothing but grace, flexibility, and genuine care. Not once did she make us feel like it was an inconvenience. In fact, she reassured us the entire time and treated our dog like her own. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell our dog was not only well cared for, but truly happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who connects so naturally with animals, but she absolutely does. And then—when we thought we couldn’t possibly be more impressed—she somehow raised the bar even higher. About: Growing up in the countryside in France, I have had pets since I was a little child. From dogs, and cats, to bunnies, turtles, chickens, and goldfish, I have taken care of different kinds of animals throughout my life. And I love it! Having animals around brings joy in my life but also in the life of my husband and my children. My husband had even more pets than me. I could almost say that he was born in a manger with animals around ;) He had many dogs, cats, sheep, and even a parrot growing up. At one point, when he was a teenager he had about 10 dogs, and 5 cats. Since we got married we have moved a lot. While living in St Maarten we had 2 cats and a turtle, and when we moved to Guyana, we had 4 dogs (without counting taking care of the 8 dogs and 1 cat from my husband's parents house). We also trained our dogs to sit and wait before eating. Our children love pets and are very caring. We came back to the US a few years ago and we have been around pets frequently from our friends house. We would love to have a dog and a cat but we like to go away as a family from time to time, and therefore we decided that we would care for other people's animals. I am a work-at-home and homeschooling mom, and my husband has his own marketing company with plenty of flexibility. We are therefore available to accommodate pets at our home for a few days to several weeks. We also have plenty of yard space to walk dogs, and a good space in our house so that any pet can find comfort. I am very flexible. I am home most of the time and my husband has a flexible schedule as well. We can accommodate pets for a few days to several weeks. We are also open to going to people's places and checking on their pets, feeding them, and walking them if needed. We usually do pet boarding which means that people bring their pets by us, but we have also done pet sitting and have gone to other people's places to care for their pets. Due to our experience and our love for animals, it is so natural for us to care for them by playing with them, feeding them at appropriate times, cleaning them if needed, hugging them if they are comfortable, even giving medication if needed, and making sure they are safe and happy overall.

I’ve worked in a dog grooming shop before so I’ve been around every breed of dog and have an idea of each one’s temperament . I work from 9am-4pm a majority of the time . “I just moved to Pennsylvania from New York a few weeks ago and my 14 year old pup Sammy had been struggling to adjust. I soon needed care for him as I was scheduled to have surgery. Additionally, I was reluctant to leave him with a boarder for fear he would be caged and unhappy. Jahada was well recommended by a family friend, so I booked her. Upon Sammy's new vet's recommendation, I took Sammy to meet Jahada ahead of tine to ensure his comfort. Well, my fears were unfounded. Sammy took to Jahada immediately and made hinself at home. When it was time for his 4 day stay, Sammy went to Jahada easily and didn't look back. Jahada sent me daily pictures of Sammy and provided written updates. She gave him his medications each day and ensured he was well fed and loved. Sammy even made friends with another senior dog. When I picked Sammy up, he was delighted to see me. I could tell he had a good time with Jahada, as he was playful, full of energy, and slept very well when it was his bedtime. I am so happy my dog was in good hands with Jahada and will be making plans to bring him back for more doggy care in February when I take out of town travel.”

From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly professional—but what truly blew us away was everything that happened *after* we booked her for what was supposed to be just a single day. Due to unexpected circumstances on our end, that one day turned into three… and she handled it with nothing but grace, flexibility, and genuine care. Not once did she make us feel like it was an inconvenience. In fact, she reassured us the entire time and treated our dog like her own. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell our dog was not only well cared for, but truly happy and comfortable. About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I am currently working from home full-time! So there is always someone around to take care of your pet! My husband and I mostly like to relax and unwind at home with the occasional dinner date or movie, but are flexible and will be upfront with owners if their pet’s needs cannot be met! When pets are in my home, I always take note of the their state of wellness, looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the environment to ensure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) are out of reach. While we do not have a fenced in backyard we do have a lunge line that will allow your pet to enjoy running around in the backyard but provides a limit so pets do not go near the back alley road! I make sure pets have access to water at all times. I am able to administer medications easily whether it is as simple as pill pockets or even injections. We also have two dogs of our own as well as a cat! Geordi is a 10 year old Australian Cattle dog who is energetic but respects other pets space, Thor is a 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves other playmates, and Wynnona is that our 4 year old cat who tends to mind her own business!
