About: We are in a senior community that only allows up to medium dogs. We have had dogs for over 20 years but currently don't have a dog of our own and love to have dog guests. We would love to have sleepovers to get our fix of licks and wags! Your fur baby would have run of our house (furniture included) and will be walked multiple times a day. I work Monday through Friday, but my husband is home all day. Other than occasional trips to the store or out to eat, our fur guests are not left home alone. We only take one family at a time, up to two dogs. We would love to be grandparents to your fur children! My husband is home all day and loves having a dog companion to share his day. Walks around the neighborhood and watching TV are a typical day. All dogs in the community must be leashed and everyone is courteous. If your dog would is shy or anxious, we can walk in our backyard. If outgoing, we can visit the neighbors.

About: Taking care of fur babies has been a passion of mine since a very young age. I used to pretend to be the neighborhood dog trainer at the age of like 7! I’m no dog trainer, but I’m definitely able to love and care for your fur babies like they deserve. I work a full time job, however the hours are pretty flexible. I’m typically off Fridays and Saturday's, so I’m available anytime. Sunday-Thursday it varies but I’m typically available in the morning to 4pm :) I have 3 cats and 1 dog who I love very far much. I’m a great communicator and will keep in contact and provide pictures through out the experience. If your pet is happy, then I am too!

About: Hi everyone! I have grown up with both cats and dogs my entire life. In fact, at my childhood home, we had seven cats at one time- even though my dad is allergic! Since moving to Winter Haven, I have missed having a furry friend around and well, that’s why I am on Rover! I currently work full time but not a traditional 9-5 because I am a pilot- which means I am only not home when I am flying! If I am unable to fulfill a request because of my travel schedule, I will be sure to let you know I am unavailable. At my home, I do not have a fenced in yard but it is a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads. My roommates currently have one dog and one cat but if your pet doesn’t get along with other animals, I can keep them separate. Just let me know!

About: I have had a boxer and a bullmastiff, but I have experience working with yellow labs, golden retrievers, as well smaller dogs. I also had a cat that I cared for and help take care of my roommates cat when I am away at school. In high school I took a course that taught me how to properly care for and handle chinchillas, rats, gerbils, ferrets, rabbits, and other small pets. I have watched my sister’s, cousin’s, and aunt’s dogs on several occasions and would be happy to work on different tricks and skills with puppies and kittens. My top priority will be making sure your pet is safe and entertained! I am a substitute teacher and am going to have a lot of extra time on my hands when school gets out at the end of May. I don’t have a pet myself and would love to help make pet care easier for people who need it! I love spending time with animals and will happily play fetch or tug of war for as long as your dog is would like, or any game your pet loves.

About: Besides having owned pets, I have worked with 2 shelters to foster long stay animals. I also enjoy watching McCann and Zak George dog training videos. My friends often ask me to care for their feline and canine babies while they are on vacation. I have experienced the peace of mind of leaving my pets with a great caregiver, and so I appreciate how important it is to provide you with this confidence. During the week, I am primarily available in the evenings between 5-8 pm. On weekends, early morning between 6-9 am, mid to late afternoons and evenings between 1-3 pm, and 7-8 pm are good times. First of all, I'll ask about your pet care rountine and preferences. This way I can stick to your pets typical routine as much as possible. Then I will feed and exercse according to your stipulations. Of course, I will engage your pet with play, belly rubs and ear stratches according to their liking.

About: I been always a pet owner since I was a kid and now as grown adult. I love all my fur babies. My heart is big and I love animals as my kids are also. They were taught by an early age to treat all our pets with kindness and respect. And never rough with them. I want to put that out there because I have a toddler and a baby at home with teenagers. I have a big loving family. And all the animals in my house are their brothers and sisters and my babies. I’m a stay at home mom and I have the time to take care of them by feeding them and taking them out either for a walk or potty time. So I will love your pet babies as my own. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m available anytime for potty breaks, walks and Feeding time and playtime and don’t forget belly rubs lol My babies have enough room to play and sleep lol and my house stays cool all day. My pet babies are never left outside with out me being there to watch them. Or long since the weather is hot and humid. Water is always available for my babies when they come in from outside

About: I have been a veterinary technician for 3+ years and counting. We have had pets in our home since I can remember. I have grown up with the love and loyalty that our pets provide and is something that I cherish. I started pet sitting for coworkers and clients for about 2 years now. I love helping fellow pet owners with caring for their pets in a time of need. My favorite thing is gaining trust from pet owners and ensuring that owners have peace of mind when it comes to being away from their pets. Having the medical background that I do also helps to ensure that your senior babies are being taken care of properly. Pets are family. I am currently a full time veterinary technician and work all days (8am-6pm) except Tuesdays, every other Saturdays (only from 8am- 12pm), and Sundays. With my full time schedule, I make sure that a pets needs come first. I will only pet sit for pets that I can guarantee my utmost care. I house sit a lot as well so this is helpful with my full time job. I tend to pet sit close to my job so if I have to leave in the middle of the day to take a dog out, I definitely can. I make sure to follow all written or printed instructions to a T. I also make sure to stay in close contact with owners (not too close to ruin your vacation) to ensure that they are still at peace of mind throughout their time away. I also love to send photos of their pets while they’re gone so they’re not missing out on too much :)

About: I’m young, energized and pet crazy! I’m working on my AA right now to be an ultrasound technician so, I can do that while I’m in school to be a veterinarian. I’m excited to expand my experience with pets. I lived in a house with 9 dogs, 2 cats, 1 guinea pig, 1 hamster, 3 pet mice, 4 cockatiels, several fish and a pet snake. If I can handle all of them then, I can most certainly handle your little ones! I’ve had pit bulls mainly and I currently have a 2 year old Austrailian shepherd named Maximus and one ferret name Blue. I love a good zoo. I can handle a lot and I can be very persistent.
