About: I have been a Petco certified dog trainer since I was 18 and have dog/house sat many times since! I treat your dog like family and your home with respect! I am flexible! I am available Mondays and Thursdays all day. Saturdays I get off work at 2:00pm I work 9-5 during the rest of the days of the week. But I always need an excuse to use PTO so watching your fur baby won’t be problem! I just need a two week notice Quality time will be spent with your fur baby to make sure they keep busy. Plenty of playtime and mental stimulation. I love using puzzle toys, snuffles and other things to get a dogs mind working!

“Mikayla was great! She is our next door neighbor and was able to meet up beforehand to meet the girls before walking them around lunchtime the following days. Very respectful and responsible!”

About: I have taken care of various sorts of pets including hamsters, dogs, cats, fishes and birds. I absolutely love animals! I have been involved in animal rescue and foster work. I love taking care of them. I own a Persian cat and four fishes, I look after them like they are my own kids. I have plenty of experience when it comes to taking care of cats, dogs, birds, and fishes. Your pet will feel at home when staying with me, I will make sure to love them like my own and play with them and look after them sincerely.

About: I am a firm believer that our pets are our family, and each individual pet deserves individual care, respect and love! I am meticulous with details and ensure that a beloved pet’s routine is kept as consistent as possible under my care. I’ve owned cats since I was 8yrs old, and also had hermit crabs, Leopard geckos, and tarantulas. My family never had space for a dog, so I walked and played with my neighbors dogs while growing up. Once I reached my 20s, I’ve volunteered for years at no-kill shelters back in TN, trained on how to clean, socialize and care for dogs. I have just moved to Northern Illinois and wasn’t able to transfer my job up here. So I want to make my job caring for your family! I am available Saturday - Wednesday. I am very detail oriented and respect every pet owner’s instructions and wishes to the letter. Pets deserve consistency with their established routines! In the absence of instructions or an emergency, I have years of hands-on pet care to fall back on and use reliable judgement so your pet will always receive the best care possible.

About: First of all, I absolutely love dogs. I love all animals, really! I have experience with dogs having grown up with one. While I only have a cat at home, I find myself always checking out dog videos online and I frequently jump at the opportunity to dog sit for friends and family. I am more than willing to help in any way I can. I will play with your dogs and make sure they are walked and taken care of. I do work a full time job from 8am-5pm M-F but I would be happy to help with anything outside of these hours. My coworkers and family would tell you that I am extremely respectful and a very hard worker. I am dedicated to everything I do, and I strive to make sure my job is done correctly. I love to laugh and am a people person. I cant wait to meet your pups and meet you! I hope to see you soon!

About: I specialize in puppy training, senior pet care, and administering medications—providing loving, patient, and reliable attention tailored to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve had all sizes of dogs growing up and love them all! I’m currently working part time, and I have enough flexibility to fit your pets need in my schedule! Your pet means a lot to me even if it’s just a walk a day. I take my dogs out at least eight times a day on a leash. I take them for a walk twice a day. My cats are fed once a day and their litter is changed every other day.

“Appreciate you watching Kodi as usual! I know he loved your visits!”

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, I provide loving, reliable care. I’m trusted by my community and passionate about pets. Having a dog of my own, I understand their unique needs, from playful puppies to senior companions, ensuring your pet feels safe and at home. I’m currently out of school for the summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for daytime visits, walks, and overnight stays whenever needed. I offer dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits, all with a flexible summer schedule. I also have a friendly dog who may be a great playmate for yours, depending on their comfort level. I’m committed to making sure your dog feels safe, loved, and has fun while you’re away.

About: From the beginning, my wife and I have shared a love for pets, especially dogs. I formed a home where our first child was a furry, four-legged friend. This beloved first canine child strengthened my love and taught me profound parenting skills, and I have passed that legacy on to our two teenage children and our three-year-old son. I formed a home where the love for our dogs is genuine and sincere. That's why caring for your puppies is my responsibility, and I take it very seriously. I have extensive experience caring for all types of dogs, breeds, and ages, and we carefully study their different and unique personalities and needs. I treat them with love and respect. From the moment your dog enters our home, he/she becomes another member of my family. Rest assured that he'll share unique and memorable spaces with each member of my family and will be a part of my family routine without exception. My home is a loving, personalized, safe, and warm home for your dog. Depending on your needs, I accommodate and strive to make our four-legged friend feel at home with us.

“Super friendly and came to meet our dogs before our first drop in. Was able to handle our 4 pups plus some feeding and medicine. Will definitely be doing this again”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life I’ve had both cats and dogs. Just trying to make some extra money while in school. I used to dog sit for family, friends, and neighbors. I am home for the summer after finishing up my last semester of college. Looking for something to do while I’m taking the summer off. I am willing to work around schedules and make times work. I will always be keeping an eye on your animal making sure to give them my 100% attention all times and keeping them busy. Either by playing outside or going for walks.

About: We are animal lovers who would love to have your dog or cat stay overnight, for a weekend or a week! We currently have three dogs and 4 cats. We also have various foster dogs at any given time. Some are a little shy but they are all socialized and well behaved. We prefer to take the dogs on a walk when meeting but the interaction is entirely dependent on you and your dogs comfort level since you know your best friend best. We have a fenced in backyard perfect for running and playing. We try to walk the dogs several times a week. Although we have a crate, we don't use it unless your dog is not house broken or if your furry friend needs some alone time while eating. Come on by for a "bark, sniff and greet". We have plenty of doggie beds and cat perches so that your furry friend will feel right at home. We treat all dogs like family so you have no worries while on vacation! I work from home part time so I am available to take care of your furry friends. My personal dogs love other dogs and are very eager to greet new dogs. I have a fenced in yard that backs up to a creek. My neighbors on one side have chickens and on the other side the neighbor has a dog.

“Isabella did a wonderful job! I felt so comfortable while I was away. She took so many pictures of the kitty and made sure he was comfortable and happy!”

About: I've been volunteering at pet shelters since I was 15. I'm a retired military veteran who just loves dogs. When taking care of your dog I can take them out on runs or on long walks depending on your request. If your dog prefers to cuddle on the couch that could easily be arranged too! Growing up I had three dogs and know how they are important members of the family. They hold a special place in our hearts and I will give them the utmost respect, love and care while taking care of them. I will do my very best to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of, so well that they will be barking to have me come back! Also if you choose me to dog sit expect lots of dog pictures! I love doing photoshoots! I'm going to school part time so I have a very flexible schedule when it comes to drop in visits or walking! For home stays please let me know early in advance! With walks I'm aware and will physically check the temperatures of sidewalks to ensure the safety of your dog's paws. I'm also always on the lookout for broken glass or trash that might cut their paws. If requested I also don't mind taking dogs to local trails for a nature walk!

I adopted 2 retired research beagles who required a lot of patience and love while they learn their new lease on life. Alyssa made sure to snuggle, walk and play with them and they absolutely love her. She also sent pictures and videos of all their cuddle times and walks. I would recommend her highly. If you are looking for a pup lover she’s your girl.”
