About: Although I have never officially pet-sat, I have grown up with pets my entire life, giving me firsthand experience in caring for and understanding animals. I am comfortable feeding, playing with, and providing affection to pets, ensuring they feel safe and happy. My deep love for animals makes me attentive, patient, and dedicated to their well-being. Through years of personal experience, I have developed a strong understanding of pet behavior, needs, and care, making me a responsible and compassionate caretaker for any furry friend. Pet care can easily fit into my weekly schedule, as I have Mondays and Tuesdays completely free, allowing ample time for pet sitting, walks, or check-ins. Additionally, I finish work around 3-4 PM on other days, leaving my evenings open for pet care responsibilities. With no other events or commitments, I have the flexibility to dedicate time to feeding, playing, walking, and ensuring pets receive the attention and care they need. My schedule allows me to be reliable and consistent in providing quality pet care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved by following their routine as closely as possible. I will provide fresh food and water, take dogs for walks or playtime, clean up after them, and give them plenty of attention and affection. I will also monitor their behavior and well-being, ensuring they are happy and healthy. If needed, I can administer basic care instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both the pet and the owner.

About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.

About: Recovery adopted a senior rescue and looking to share the love. Have had pets since birth and love them unconditionally. Grew up with a variety of breeds and ages. I'm currently not working and have a very flexible schedule along with reliable transportation. Available to stay in your home and am a responsible and reliable caregiver. I do have a yard but would prefer to sit with your pet in his/her home environment to ensure the most comfort as possible. Can't wait to love your furry friend.

About: I’ve cared for house animals my whole life. From geckos to guinea pigs growing up, to mostly dogs as an adult. I’ve had my dog, Theodore, through every stage of his life so far. We’ve tackled potty training, crate training, and some obedience training. I love getting to know new pet friends and can’t wait for the opportunity to meet yours! Pet care is an automatic part of my life. I work within a 10 minute drive from home, so I am able to check in on my pets as frequently as they need! I have the world’s best chihuahua named Theodore at home. He loves other dogs, but also doesn’t mind being in his own space if your pet needs space, so boarding in my home can be all together or separately if the dogs prefer their own space. I have a large, unfenced yard for on-leash exploring, but I’m also a short drive away from a large off-leash dog park if your pet friend needs more exercise. My home has minimal stairs and lots of comfy surfaces to lounge on.

About: I've grown up with dogs and have taken care of them since I was in high school. I'm currently a graduate student studying Clinical Psychology at UA and have open availability to dog sit or walk/care for your fur baby! I do have a small (16lb.) King Charles Cavalier in my home. She is sweet and gets along well with other dogs! I have open availability, as I'm a graduate student at the University of Alabama ! I only have research tasks to complete so my schedule is wide open. I live in a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that has a deck. The local dog park in Tuscaloosa is approximately five minutes away as well!

About: For the past fifteen years, I’ve been a pet sitter for my siblings and friends when they’re away or need someone to take care of their furry friends. I also love taking my own dogs for walks whenever I have a chance. I firmly believe that dogs need just as much social interaction as humans do. I’ve even taken care of senior pets who needed daily medicine and special diets. I think it’s really important to get to know a pet’s needs so you can give them the best care possible. I take my dogs for a walk every day, and I would be thrilled to include additional walks with your dog. I am also available to house and pet sit in your home, ensuring your furry friend feels comfortable and secure. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I enjoy sending updates with photos to the owner, especially when they're out of town, as I understand the worry that can arise while you're away from your pet. About: I’ve owned any animal and am very passionate about what I do I work at an animal shelter no dog is to big or to small. Im usually off at 5 pm on weekdays but currently on leave for a short while so my schedule is pretty open for about a month. I will not be able to sit in my own home due to my animals not being aclimated towards other fur babies but I am happy to come and sit

I have a flexible schedule that allows me the freedom to help take care of other animals. I should not have a problem having time to help with your pets needs. About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician who loves pets of all species and sizes! I have 4 years of experience in the veterinary field with 2 years of veterinary technician schooling. I have had a dog since I was around 4 or 5 and ever since then I have loved animals beyond measure! I have pet sat for multiple people in my area. I can accurately feed, medicate, walk, bathe, bandage, recognize signs of emergency, perform CPR (in only the most extreme cases), etc for any pet needed I will soon be home a lot more often. While I do have to take care of my pets at home, I will be free most days through the week and I can do overnights on occasion. I am not comfortable bringing other pets into my home to meet my animals due to them being easily stressed. I will happily walk, spend the day with, snuggle your pets in your home or in public.
