About: Compassionate care from a Vet assistant ! My name is Emily, I have 8 years in animal care, medical, and grooming. I am currently still employed in veterinary medicine, but looking to have some extra pet loving on the side! I am currently working full time with 1 hour lunch breaks and free evenings. I will be available daily on weekends and I am open to building a schedule that works best for you and your furry companion I do not currently have a fenced in yard, I am able to leash walk and live in a quiet neighborhood where I walk my dogs daily. I can better keep your pet in their routine out of the home they are comfortable in!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I’ve never had life without multiple dogs in my life. We’ve also had cats that I also took care of from when I was about 18. I am a true animal lover and would absolutely love taking care of other people’s fur babies with the utmost love. I currently have a flexible work schedule, so I’m easily able to work both jobs in my schedule. I’ve had pets my whole life: dogs, cats, a bunny, and a duck. My 3 dogs are friendly with other dogs and are treated like kings and a queen. ASI would treat everyone’s pet like they were my own. I have a fenced yard which also includes a fenced in outside kennel area within my yard. I also have a large dog crate inside my home.

About: I have been in the anima care field for more than 10 years. I have personal experience in boarding, medical, and training as I have worked in a professional boarding facility that specialized in enrichment programs. I also have worked in vet clinics as an assistant for 7 years. I own a training business that specializes in obedience, puppy manners, and gun-dog training using force free and positive reinforcement methods. I make sure to offer structure and enrichment during your pups stay. I’m currently self employed and work from home. I make sure to follow the schedule of the owners as close as possible and make sure to offer daily structure and enrichment during the pets stay. I personally keep your pet in their own personal space to help them feel safe and comfortable. During potty times if they are comfortable they can interact with my personal dogs individually or altogether depending on their needs. While staying in my home they are kept on leash for any outside time to keep them safe as I don’t have a fenced in yard. Depending on the needs within a clients own home I will meet the current schedule and structure within the home.

“So happy we found Megan through the Rover app! We have 3 dachshunds that can be quite a handful. These dogs are spoiled rotten and well established members of our family. To say they are high maintenance is understatement! We never had the ability to travel, as the dogs health and welfare always took precedence. We finally took the leap and was able to pre interview Megan on a meet and greet. She showed up exactly on time and met our babies. Needless to say, dachshunds aren't easily impressed. They are fiercely loyal and territorial and a bit snooty. After quelling the initial barking session, Megan sat on the floor and the dogs were instantly attracted to her. We were able to go on our trip feeling our dogs were in good hands and well cared for. Megan fulfilled all her visits and job duties above and beyond what was contracted. Her check ins with us were right on time. She spent extra time on her own playing with the dogs. When we came back, it was amazing to see how well they took to Megan. They didn't want her to leave! Most importantly, our dogs were not stressed because they were able to stay in their own home, tended to by a trustworthy caring individual. Megan YOU ROCK!”

Over the years, I’ve helped care for ducks, horses, hamsters, rabbits, dogs, and more on a daily basis. About: I have a rescue pup named Maui ❤️ We got her from a family because they couldn’t take care of her when she was 3 months old. I loveeeee animals and they will be in the best care when they are with me!! We will go for walks and play together the whole time! There is also a dog park down the street we can go to and let out some energy. Toys can be provided if necessary. If you would like for your pup to stay the night with me they will have Maui to play with and get tons of lovins so if they like to cuddle that’s a plus!!!!! Prefer text because I can’t always answer my phone. But call/text option available. I have no problem picking up and dropping off your babies! We have plenty of time to play and love on your fur babies. Someone will always be with them when they are staying at the Duhon residence. We have 5 dogs who will play and keep your pup entertained. I have 5 friendly fur babies to keep your pet company. We take LOTS of naps 💤 and play hard 🦴 If your pet is more comfortable being in a crate, I am able to accommodate that as well.

About: I have raised dogs all my life. Currently my family has a large home on 5 acres. We have two, large dogs, a cat, and chickens. I am available for drop ins and boarding. I am available for feeding and/or caring for farm animals as well! I also have experience with rabbits, ferrets, and bearded dragons. If needed I can give shots and oral medication as I do have experience with this as well. I hope to see you and your pet soon! My husband and I both currently work full-time, both of us are home by 5 pm each day. My day schedule is flexible and allows me time to do drop ins when needed. When home we spend a lot of time outside. We do not have a fenced in yard, but have no problem with walking on a leash if needed. We live on 5 acres of land that allows plenty of room to run and play. If needed I can crate your pet as needed.

“Nicole responded quickly to our last minute request the next day. We forgot to leave the right key out, so she contacted us via email. Once we directed her where to find our hidden key, she made another trip back so she could let our dogs out. She was great with our two min pins, they were happy to see her when she stopped by the next day to meet us as we didn’t have time before her first visit. Nicole is friendly, responsible, and takes her assignment seriously. We will definitely contact her again in the future if she is available.”

About: I am active and love to be active with a canine. I moved back to Louisiana from Hawaii in 2021. I have been an active Rover sitter in Honolulu since 2018. I love dogs and enjoy when they visit my home. My sweet Bear passed away last year so opening my home to care for other fur babies is extra special. I would really like to share the love I have to give with your dog/s. Also, I know dogs miss their owners and get lonely when their loved ones are away. I enjoy being able to keep your dog/s company and make sure they have all of their needs met; love, attention, treats, activities, etc. I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals (wild and domestic). I have owned dogs, cats, cows, horses, rabbits, chickens, sheep, goats, pigs, guinea pigs, hamsters, skunk, fish, turtles, sugar gliders, and prairie dogs.
