Leaving our dogs is always anxiety inducing because we want to make sure they are loved the way we love them, Kaylee was able to work with us even when we needed to change up the reservation a little bit due to changes with our plans. She loved our dogs like they were her own and they were so happy at the end of the stay that we immediately knew anytime we are looking for someone to watch our dogs, Kaylee will be our first call. We were in a pinch from out of state and she responded immediately, was willing to do a meet prior to ensure it was all ok and coordinated with multiple people in my family for drop offs and pick ups throughout the long weekend. She sent pics consistently with context and updates and you could see how at home our sweet Geti girl became after settling in. She really observed Geti to ensure she was as comfortable as possible and gave her all the cuddles. Geti was able to go freely in and outside and relax by the window. We would recommend Jenna to anyone needing some pup sitting or care!”

When our travel was delayed, Angelita was flexible with our drop off time - and pick up time. The outdoor space is perfect for pets and there were a few other puppies for Lucky to play with! Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Vintage home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Vintage.

You and your Vintage sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
