“Superb experience in all aspects. Initial inquities, booking process and all communications were expedient and clear. This was the first time boarding for our 7 month old puppy (song with his 4 year old "sister". Alexandra having experience with Great Danes was so very helpful and made our fur babies feel welcomed and loved. They especially enjoyed time with the girls! Unfortunately (for the sitters) the weather was rainy throughout, but Alexandra and daily were up to the challenges of wet pups with muddy paws. In addition, the younger one's night separation anxiety required some medication and thoughtful handling, all of which was accommodated and communicated with ease. The dogs were extremely well cared for and loved, and we received regular updates. Simply put, we couldn't be happier and will definitely use their services again whether for short or week long needs in the future. We recommend them with absolute highest praise and confidence!”

“Ashley, Kyle and family welcomed Teddy and us and made all of us feel comfortable. Teddy noticed us leaving but didn't fuss much as he had a couple of children to play with. It was only a two night booking, but we were happy to receive a pic of him enjoying himself on Saturday. Pickup went smooth. Teddy and all his belongings were packed and waiting for us. Ashley gave a little report of his stay, encluding his eating and potty breaks. If we are back in the Lancaster area again, we'll be looking for Ashley & Kyle on Rover. “Tim and his family took absolutely wonderful care of Togo! 🐶 Togo can be a bit of a trouble eater, but Tim and his family were incredibly patient and really went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate Togo for a couple of extra hours at the last minute without any hesitation. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
