Katya is a sweet, competent and a fantastic communicator. I felt at ease leaving Mila for a couple nights with Katya in my home. Though she doesn’t dog sit at other people’s homes she made an exception since we had met Katya prior to this. Katya was reliable, very moving and focused on Mila and communicated consistently, sent me many updates, photos and videos. Ashley was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend her enough! She took amazing care of our two pups, was incredibly communicative, sent us so many pictures, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled the day we were supposed to return, and Ashley was so accommodating about extending their stay. She took so much stress off of us in an already stressful moment, and we are incredibly grateful. If you book with Ashley, you can feel confident that you’ll come home to very happy, well loved, and cared for pets. :)
Lexus stayed at our house for several days to keep an eye on our cat to make sure his urinary blockage didn’t come back. I was nervous about leaving my kitties with someone new, but Lexus did a great job giving them their medicine and was a very calming presence with them!
Melanie took amazing care of our pup, Harlow, while we were away! She went above and beyond to make sure Harlow was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Harlow is very attached to us, so it meant so much that Melanie was able to make her feel comfortable and at ease while we were gone. She even took her on a hike! Melanie was also a great communicator and so easy to work with. She sent us lots of updates and photos throughout our stay, which gave us such peace of mind. We came home to a clean house and a very happy dog! We couldn’t recommend Melanie more and would absolutely have her watch Harlow again!
I am new to Rover and was really skeptical to try something like this but Sheila changed my view. She gave us peace of mind while on vacation. She constantly sent an update with pictures and videos. She is very accommodating and flexible. She even cleaned our house. I am so happy because we finally found someone we can trust to take care of our Bruno while we are away. Sara & Erin sent messages and pictures each day multiple times a day to let us know the pups were doing well. They went above and beyond and stripped our bedsheets and ran our Roomba. Our boys seemed very content and we are glad we have them booked for another vacation!
Elle was great with our puppy, Luna. Our sweet girl gets a little anxious meeting new people, but Elle was great at helping get Luna warmed up to her pretty quickly. Elle kept me updated throughout the whole time we were gone, and we recommend her services to other people looking for help!
