About: Animals have been a true passion of mine for my entire life. I have been in the Animal Care Industry for close to a decade now and have been a licensed Pet Stylist since 2015. Additionally, I had the luxury of growing up on a family farm, which provided me the opportunity to learn about the proper care & handling of a wide variety of different animal species. My soul dog passed away 5/21/25, so caring for your fur babies brings me lots of happiness and comfort. I love being able to care for and dote on them like I did for my boy 🧡 I am available every day of the week, including all holidays. Drop in visits I am available between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. About: I have experience with dogs of all ages and size. I also have pet sat for cats, fish, goats (I have experience milking and bottle feeding!) ponies, mini pigs, chickens and ducks. I am self employed so if notified in the morning I can accommodate easily same day. (Weather permitted. As heat plays a huge roll right now.) I take into account owner's and pet's needs when sitting or walking. Pets have their routines and I want them to feel as comfortable as possible while they're in my care.

“Tausha is the first Rover pet sitter I have used. My two dogs are both medically fragile, with one taking 3 different meds, daily. My prior pet sitters have either been family members or a a neighborhood pet sitter who knows my dogs. I was going out of town for six days and the scheduled pet sitter had a family emergency. So, I asked Tausha if she would feel comfortable stepping into the role... and she accepted. Taking care of my dogs means following a medication chart, and a fairly specific task list. For example, one dog must be fed by hand, using a baby syringe. Additionally, my dogs are small, and it is Winter, so they don't get "let outside" to pee or poop. This means I use high-quality pee pads, which is an extra step for keeping the dogs' room clean and sanitary. Tausha visited my dogs three times each day: breakfast, dinner, and the last visit just for a "night" tuck in to make sure they would be okay until the morning, clean up any poop or change the potty pad. Tausha was not intimidated by the complexity of my dogs' care and did a great job. If you consider she had never taken care of them, especially for an extended number of days, she did a stellar job. Would not hesitate to use her again.”

About: I am an animal lover and always have been. I grew up with both dogs and cats and love both equally. My schedule is extremely flexible and I don’t mind commuting to take care of your fur baby! I have a lot of compassion for animals and take extra care to give them both physical and emotional attention. I love being outdoors and will make sure that your pup is getting plenty of exercise. I am currently a student with a flexible schedule during the week. I am available in the mornings, late afternoons, and evenings for any service you may need. Weekends and Holidays available as well. When caring for your pets while you are away I will first and foremost make sure that they feel comfortable with me. I have excellent attention to detail so I will be able to follow any care instructions including special accommodations for your fur baby. I love spending time with animals, they will be getting plenty of attention to distract them from missing you!

About: I am a 30 year old veterinary assistant with 14 years of experience in the veterinary field.I am able to administer medications and help with any at home medical treatments (ear cleanings, nail trims, subcutaneous fluids, injections, insulin, anal gland expressions, bathing, grooming ...etc.). I also love educating pet owners on vaccines, flea and parasite preventative, overall well-care and dietary needs of your pet! Would love to get to know your your fur baby and give you the best care for your four-legged family member. Currently a stay-at-home mom working on schooling to achieve my tech license and real estate license. I have open availability most days of the week and some weekends. I have 3 dogs of my own and 1 cat that have a large 2.5 acre property to run and play on. I also have chickens that free-range the property.

About: I have owned pets my whole life and I have experience caring for them since I was 13-14 years old. I have experience with pets of all ages. My availability relies heavily on the bus schedules so please keep this in mind. If I can make it there and back on the bus or with a caregiver (I'm disabled), I can do it. On some weekends or weeks during school breaks, my 10 year old will need to come with me sometimes when I don't have anyone to watch him. He knows how to behave safely with animals. I will not leave your pets unattended or in forbidden areas and I am ON TOP of giving any necessary medications, feeding, or any other time-sensitive tasks. I will take your dog on walks every single day and I will provide the appropriate amount of attention to your pet including during play sessions.

About: I am self-employed and after having experienced very few people available to care for my pups, I decided to be someone who can do that for others. I LOVE dogs (and will even take cats). I love to run with them and play with them and give them a lot of attention. I have a big house with 3 Vizslas, a Pomeranian and two cats. They are all very sweet and goofy. Two pets are rescues and the Vizslas are show pups. I have fostered and rescued for years and I also understand high maintenance pets. I am meticulous and will care for your pets as I do my own family. They are our fur-babies! I can administer medication and adhere to strict guidelines. I work from home the majority of the time, but have two days per week at the office (afternoons). My own dogs are never crated more than 3 hours, and most often less. I will spoil your fur baby, love on them and work on their training. My yard is fenced, but they will always be supervised. I will take them out on leashes for walks down oye country road, throw a ball, play with the hose. I exercise even in snow, so I am not avoidant of adverse weather conditions. I do require flea medication as my dogs do not have any fleas. Vaccinations need to be up-to-date and provided.

“Rikki watched our fur babies, Cash and Josie last week and did an amazing job! She sent us pictures every day, which really helped us get through until we got home, since we missed them so very much. She really seemed to care about them and did a great job in making them feel comfortable and safe while we were away. She didn't get to see very much of Josie, our cat, as she isn't really into hanging out with people. But Cash, our dog, absolutely loved her and I'm sure he looked forward to her coming and playing with him every day. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitting and will be using her in the future when we take our next trip away from home.”

About: I have taken care of pets, cats and dogs for over 25 years with utter joy. I lost my most sweetest dog last year to old age and I’m ready to get my dog fix and walk with them again. I have had 6 dogs in my life and 7 cats. I have lived in Bend for 25+ years and know most of the good trails to take dogs walking on. I like to take 15-60 min walks in nature or in town or neighborhoods with your pup I’m able to walk two dogs at a time. My last dog Maple was an Aussie very athletic and super friendly and lived for 17 yrs, she had a long healthy and happy life. Life is good with a pet!! My schedule is open after 2pm M-Th Fri-Sun open schedule. Routine is great for pets as they rely on you for their needs. I work from home. I am open to sit your dogs at your place or mine. I have a fenced backyard to wander safely and to play catch with.

About: Welcome to my profile! I’m a wildlife biologist and all around animal lover. As I can’t currently have pets of my own, I love every opportunity I can get to care for yours. I grew up with two cats, five dogs, and a house full of birds and plants. I’ve been caring for animals since I could walk and regularly do to this day. I will work to fill your animals extra needs whether that be mental stimulation, cuddles on the couch, or some physical activity. I’m happy to assist with medication, feeding, grooming, and cleaning as well. I love taking pups for long walks or runs- I’ve even taken long-standing pups under my care skiing and biking!
