About: I worked in the veterinary field for 10+ years and petsmart for 7 years. I am a certified dog trainer in basic obedience and desensitization for veterinary visits. I can provide basic vet care for at home pets. I am the to go person for answering questions and helping out. Did I mention I just love animals? I am availible most of the time, unless I am already booked. I do work relief on occasion as an assistant for short shifts. I also do freelance art at home! When I'm not working I'm mostly a squishmallow, cuddly couch potato. Perfect for your furry little friends. We will have a daily routine focused around food, potty, play, and sleep. I won't lie, I'm a late riser, perfect for snuggling fur friends. For walks, drop-ins, and stays, I am willing to offer short walks(15-20min) a few times a day for potty breaks, and extra cuddles if desired. For in-home sitting, pets will be able to free play with in-home pets, plus access to large fenced yard. For all bookings, practical training may be given as nessesary for structure during that time. Plenty of toys and treats will be given (with your permission of course.) Please consider I have a friendly dog I may keep with me if you want an overnight stay. The dog is good with most dogs and likes cats. Otherwise, I'm happy to hang out during the day for a while and do drop-ins. Please be aware there may be extra charges for additional or expanded services as well as frequent or difficult services

About: Hello! I have previously built a small dog sitting clientele in the city of Columbia between the years of 2017-2019. In 2019 I moved to STL and worked through Rover for about two more years until I got a full time job. Currently dipping my toes back into pet care! Although I am in St. Louis I am willing to travel to areas including, but not limited to; St. Charles, Wentzville, O'Fallon, etc. My set days off are Sunday and Monday. I do still currently have a fulltime job, so for the time being I will only be able to do drop in visits and walks. I am comfortable working with either dogs or cats. I have a 4 year old orange cat that I rescued at just 2 weeks old, so I have experience working with very small kittens as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I work about 30 hours a week, but will not let this effect how I care for your pet! My days off are always Sunday and Monday, and I am available at anytime either of those days, as well as most evenings and certain mornings. I unfortunately cannot offer services in my own home, but I am more than willing to provide pet watching in the clients home. I am able to do drop in visits, feedings, hair brushes, playtime, walks or whatever your pet needs while you're at work or just out for the day.

About: I have been taking care of sweet, precious pups since I was 7 years old when my mom surprised me and my brother with a basset hound puppy after school. Her name was Roxanne. A couple years later, we rescued a 6-year-old basset hound, Brandi, and a few years later, we rescued a 1-year-old beagle mix, Misty, and adopted a basset hound puppy, Willow, who had just been born on a farm near our house. We treasured our sweet babies, cooking for them every day - hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and meat and veggies for dinner. And they lived long, happy lives. Brandi, Misty, and Willow all made it to about 15 years old! I just moved from Colorado to start my PhD in Public Health at WashU, and I can't wait to pick back up with dog sitting again! In Colorado, I was the honorary dog sitter at my church. One couple even flew me out to California a few times to continue caring for their sweet pup after they moved! Between my own dogs and others' dogs, I've taken care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors who need lots of support. I am a PhD student at WashU Bursky School of Public Health. This semester, I have a class on the Danforth campus on Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm, Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm, and Thursdays from 1pm-4pm. My research is remote. So, I have lots of flexibility to make sure your pups get their potty breaks and play time and walk time, even on days that I have class. And house sitting would work super well :) I am offering house sitting, check-ins, and walks. If I am house sitting, I will always stay the night to make sure your pets are safe and well taken care of. I will keep the outer doors locked and make sure I am able to hear your pets if they need me. I am also happy to sleep in the same room with them if that is your preference. We have been in business for a year, but been doing this for friends family for many years prior. Whether you are busy pet parent or just needing a bit of help here and there, I take care of most animals: dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, etc… I’ve had a pet care service for almost a year but I have years of experience taking care of animals for 8. I’m currently working full time, but I am working on being able to do this full time. I will keep my calendar updated to match my schedule at work until I can do this full time. I house sit at the clients home. If you do not have a fence, I will walk the pet long enough so they can get some enjoyment. I will clean as I go and it will either look as good as it did or better when you come back.
