About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. While your pet is with us, we’ll follow their routine and treat them like family. My husband is retired, and I work from home, so we can give pets attention throughout the day. We plan care around each pet’s needs, whether that means visits in your home or a stay in ours. We start with a meet and greet to learn your pet’s routine and decide together whether they’d be most comfortable in your home or ours. Cats are our specialty, and we also enjoy caring for dogs who are comfortable with everyday walks and visits. We don’t offer dog training or behavior modification. A stay in our home depends on your pet being comfortable around our six cats and large dog. We have a fully fenced side yard and a fenced backyard, and visiting pets are always supervised outdoors.

Mabel took to Chris right away and was clearly comfortable and very well looked after based on all the pictures and videos that Chris sent our way during our 10 day vacation. Mabel was sad to leave her house and will pull on the leash when we walk past! About: I have had a dog or two most of my life. Growing up we had Maltese & Golden Retrievers. I even had my Golden, Beau, in college at UCSB. My husband & I miss our two St Bernards, Donner(220 lbs) & Sierra (185 lbs). Our Eskipoo, Marley lived to be 20 1/2! I enjoy helping train your pup & have had many years of experience with senior doggies.
