About: Always joking that dogs are superior but in truthfulness love all animals. Experienced with dogs but open to providing care for other pets. Will strictly adhere to owner requests, so long as they are humane. (Furniture ok vs not allowed, food/walking schedule, treats, etc.). There will be no shortage of affection and attention, assuming the pet is receptive. Open to assisting with reactive or challenging pets. Attempting to build a trusting bond is an inherent desire. Work from home so (brief) walks, potty breaks, playtime, etc can be provided through entirety of day. Longer walks before 8am or after 5pm. Available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Live alone so no concerns about other pets or children. Have decent sized yard but do require a leash since there is no fence. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. My dogs eat at the same time every day and get lots of attention when inside.

About: I've had many dogs my whole life. I love playing with them and watching their personalities come out. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dog when she was on vacation. I am working in a reptile building at a zoo, and I also attend college for animal studies, where I work with many different animals. When I'm at the client's house, I will have the dogs on a leash when going outside unless they have a fenced-in yard and they say I can have them off of it. I can also crate the dogs if need be.

About: I am a teacher just looking for some fun pooch time while earning a few extra bucks. I live an active lifestyle of my own, and put that into the work I do. I have worked with dogs at doggie day cares for about 8 years now, and have plenty of amazing experiences with dogs of all shapes and sizes. From playing to snuggling to training, I’ve done so much with dogs. I also have 3 dogs of my own. Two are beagles and one is an Australian cattle dog mix. They all are rescues! I am looking forward to doing business with you. I am a teacher so my summer time is wide open for dog walking! I love the outdoors so will make sure to take as much time as possible outside as your dog wants. I am always diligent to care for your pet as you would care for them. I know that’s how I would want someone to care for my pets.

About: I have had a dog since I was 12. I also have taken care of neighbors and family members dogs for them. Puppies are always fun, but the older ones are always looking for love. So I work 8am till 5pm. If anyone would need me to look after their pets from 6am till 7:30am I could do that. And any time after 5pm I could care for your pets on the days I am available. So I do not have a fenced in yard. But my Boxer and Frenchton have learned to walk on a leash. My Boxer loves going for walks and chasing any toy that we throw! The Frenchton likes to stay cool and play indoors, with the cats we have.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 14; I’ve trained and cared for my golden as well as the four cats in my household. I’ve also started taking on strays! I work full time over the week and I am more than capable making any stops from work or even filling up my weekends taking care of your pet. I am very flexible with instructions if need be. I’ll take care of your dogs or cats with care and diligence. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a wonderful neighborhood that I can walk your pet in.

About: I am 23 years old and currently am a stay home mom (9 month old son) and have a part time job (1-2 days a week) at a dog kennel as a receptionist/kennel attendant/groomer. I also have 3 pets. My pets include Bentley (12 year old Yorkshire Terrier), Hadley (2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and Jaxon (goldfish). I enjoy spending time with not only my pets but also the ones I pet sit. I love meeting new animals and learning about their personalities. Pet sitting jobs by me can include; going for walks, playing games such as fetch or tug of war, relaxing and getting belly rubs, and updates and or pictures to the owner (if wanted). To me animals are not just pets they are part of the family as well. I’m currently a stay at home mom to the sweetest 9 month old boy (Charlie). So my schedule is very flexible for taking care of your furry family members :) My 9 month old son would be with me for visits/walks. He has been around dogs of many sizes since birth. I have my own 2 small dogs and my mom has a large lab and an elder small dog as well. So, he is very gentle with all pets he meets.

About: Hi there! I currently work as a chef but I was previously a receptionist at Rossmoyne Animal Emergency Trauma Center for 6 years. However, I miss being around the animals everyday so I thought this was a great way to see fur babies everyday around my schedule and yours. I also have all of my clearances! I have had lots of animals growing up of different breeds, I have had 12+ years of caring for all types of animals. I had an English Mastiff for 12 years and a Great Dane for 7 who have now crossed the rainbow bridge. My family and I now have a Newfoundland, one cat, two chickens and bearded dragon. I Would love to spend my day with animals and help provide care.. I love all animals of all kinds! I do plan on taking an animal CPR/first aid class. Can't wait to meet you and your fur family! I am currently work full-time but I could be available in the mornings, evenings and weekends as needed for you and your fur babies schedule. When I come to your home to have a visit with your pet I will adhere to the instructions given to me. This means being leashed if you don't have a fenced yard, or being crated when I leave the home to ensure your dogs safety. Also, Being mindful of high temperatures outside to avoid heat stroke or burnt paws.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. I have always had a love for dogs. I currently have two dogs, one is a Shih Tzu I’ve had for almost 12 years and the other is a rescue I’ve had for two months and it makes my heart happy to have rescued her from the situation she was in. I treat all dogs as though they are my own and I want the best for all of them. I work full-time and get home at 5:30 in the evening. I’m available anytime after 6:30 on weekdays to walk your dog and play with them. I’m available all day on weekends and holidays. I am currently not pet-sitting in my home or clients’ homes. But if I do decide to do this in the future, I have a fenced in yard with two lovable dogs.

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog under my care is HAPPY and SAFE. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm a huge dog lover, so making pups as happy as I can, just comes second nature for me! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having! I’m hoping to make Rover a full-time career! That’s how much I love animals! I’m very flexible with all your pet caring needs so if there’s anything I can help with, please let me know! Although I'm unable to watch your pups at my home, I'll make sure they're safe at yours! I make sure I understand the pups needs, routine, and any specific care instructions provided by you, the owner. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, ensuring their environment is safe and clean, exercising them, and administering medications or treatments if required.

About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. I have my degree in Veterinary Technician. I have a little bit of dog training experience. I have trained hunting dogs along side of my husband. I promise to care and love your little one as if they were my own. I will always be there with them. I will make sure they are safe. I am free Friday nights, Saturday and Sundays. I do work Monday - Friday. I have a very flexible work schedule. I do work for family. I can do drop offs Monday mornings on my way to work. I can do pick up Fridays when I’m off. I work from home and I live on 10 acres of lovely mountain property. I do not have a fenced yard. I do have 2 outdoor 12X10 kennels set up. I would never let a dog go out potty without me on a leash. I spend about 30 minutes outside with my own dogs every 1.5 hours. I am outside most of the day unless it’s extremely hot or cold. I am with the animals 24/7. If your dogs likes to be outside I can put them in the kennels for extra outside time. If they like to be inside I can leave them inside while I take other dogs pee. I have a Furbo camera installed so I can view them at all times. Must be good with cats.
