About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years. When I was in college I became the go to pet sitter to watch my friends and family pets for years. Because I am a bit of a stronger person, my friends know that I can handle some of their bigger dogs tugging on the leash. Also, with my beard, dogs think I am one of them. About: I have a very happy Goldendoodle who is 5 years old. She’s very friendly and I take her on lots of adventures! I’ve done house sitting and pet care for the past 4 years. I’m happy to take your pups on walks, to play at the dog park or visit them at your home, whichever you prefer! I was in a house with a yard, but I recently moved to an apartment. There are very nice parks within 2 miles of my apartment and there’s a small dog park on site. I can take your dogs for walks 2-3 times per day from 7 a.m. through 8 p.m., weather permitting My apartment complex has a small dog park and there are bigger parks nearby for on-leash walks. Also, if you’re okay with it, I can take them to a big dog park in Garland.

“I read so many reviews before I chose Christy to take care of my 10 week old puppy. I was so nervous to leave him with just anyone especially given that he’s a work in progress being potty trained. I wanted to be sure I found someone with the experience to care and love on my pup while I was away. Christy did not disappoint! I got so many updates and pictures while she was caring for him. I highly recommend her and would definitely choose her to keep my fur baby again!”
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’ll make sure they’re happy, well cared for, and keep you updated with plenty of pictures to give you peace of mind! I’m currently staying home with my babies so I will have plenty of time to love yours! Don’t be afraid to ask about my schedule! I have a full fenced in yard. Two of my dogs are inside. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over a year, and I love it! I promise to care for your animal(s) as if they are my own pups. I work an extremely flexible, part-time serving job. Very able to work with you on a schedule that fits perfectly for you and your pet! I have a fenced in back yard. I have 2 dogs, both very friendly! They are crate trained for bedtime and potty trained for outside!
