“Heather was communicative, kind, and took great care of my kitty! I felt comfortable and secure knowing she was there for Minerva, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter!”

About: I grew up caring for pets of all kinds, and for the past six years have cared for a behaviorally complex (but wonderful!) rescue pup. Our journey has taught me a ton about training, and about patience. As a result, I am very understanding of dogs and other animals that deal with reactivity — we are a shame-free household! I work full time, but my schedule is flexible on my work-from-home days and on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to care for and love on your pets. As a detail-oriented, attentive person, I will be sure to follow any instructions you have for your pet’s care. Otherwise, I will use my best judgment and careful attention to the safety and health of your pet to make all other decisions while they’re in my care.

“I can’t recommend my Alissa enough—truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the very beginning, she handled everything with so much ease, patience, and professionalism. She was incredibly reliable, communicative, and just genuinely kind throughout the entire time. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in her care, which says a lot. She went above and beyond in small ways too. Overall, she made the entire experience stress-free and seamless. I would recommend her 100 times over without hesitation!”

“Amy was great! I could tell see really cared about the cats. She did an amazing job catering for my more shy cat, making sure she got food even though she was hiding.”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, bunnies, and more! I’ve administered medications and eye drops, cared for elderly pets, and provided therapy support when needed. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I’m comfortable with animals big and small. I have two cats of my own and treat every pet like family. Available for dog walking, drop-ins, overnight stays, and all-around loving care. I’m pretty much free Thursday after 4pm through Sunday! During the week (Monday through Wednesday) is a little harder for me schedule, but I’m definitely still open, just let me know at least a week in advance so I can plan ahead😊 I provide gentle, loving care in your home, following each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and medication. I’ve cared for pets of all sizes and ages, including elderly pets and those with special needs. I’m also happy to house sit if desired, keeping both your pets and home well cared for while you’re away. Every pet gets attention, affection, and a calm environment, so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
“Jennifer was truly exceptional. Our two cats are both particular and needy, with lots of detailed instructions, medications, and routines — and she handled everything with patience, care, and professionalism. She followed every instruction to the letter, checked in regularly with thoughtful updates, and took the time to problem-solve when things didn’t go perfectly (which happens with our cats!). Her Rover updates were thorough, with plenty of photos, videos and notes that made it easy to relax while we were away. She was proactive — adjusting to our cats’ moods, getting meds and supplements done even when one of them was hiding, and finding ways to keep both cats happy. Jennifer’s calm, communicative approach and attention to detail made all the difference. We came home to two well-cared-for, content kitties — and a spotless setup. We’ve used Rover for years, and she’s easily one of the best sitters we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!”

“Kylee is awesome. She takes great care of my cat every visit and is timely in sending photos. It’s great to know my cat is in good hands when I can’t be around, and Kylee is my go-to! Highly recommended!! Thanks as always, Kylee!”

“Alexandria was very attentive and nice when we did our meet and greet. Our cats are high maintenance (multiple food additives, a very picky eater, etc.), but Alexandria took care of it all. They even were able to give my one cat his pill and administered his inhaler, which they said they have never done before. It can be a little daunting, so I really appreciated they were willing to give it a shot and did so successfully. They sent lots of photos and even did the dishes before they left, which was definitely not an expectation. They noticed one of the microchip feeders stopped working right, and immediately messaged me and did all the steps to try and get it fixed. I made an oopsie and didnt add that I needed Alexandria to check in on the weekend. They were able to catch that and checked in with me to make sure someone was coming. I didnt have anyone, but they were able to make 2 hour long check ins for the whole weekend. I appreciate Alexandria's thouroughness, attentiveness, and the small extra things they did to make my cats as comfortable as possible for the entire week we were gone. We greatly appreciate you, Alexandria!”

“Stacey is the best cat sitter I've ever used! I had to leave the country for a month, and she took excellent care of my cat. I received several pictures daily and detailed updates, which reassured me he was in good hands. Even during a building fire alarm, she visited him to ensure his safety.”

“My cat is very skittish, and Sierra did a great job meeting him where he's at!! She took care of him and sent pictures while respecting his space :) I'll definitely book with her again!”

“Christina was amazing!!! Offered for us to come take a look at her place before the boarding!! Was very flexible with drop off/pickup!! Made sure to ask questions about sky and her needs to make her as comfortable as possible!! Sent lots of pictures and updates and did was great about making sure sky was eating!”

“Abby and Ian are wonderful!!! They were timely and very communicative. From the pictures they sent, you can tell our kittens loved them. We will definitely hire them again!! Thank you so much!!!”

“Jolie has been super helpful. She loves animals and cares about them. She also respects and meets pet owners' needs. I couldn’t be happier with booking her. She is taking care of my babies, and I will definitely work with her again in the future.”

“Echo gets along great with my skittish cats and keeps them entertained, so they do not destroy the house. I highly recommend Echo to anyone who wants a caring individual looking after their pets!”

“Julie let me know a new dog would be present at the same time as my dog, and she made sure to attempt to make introduce successful with a 3rd dog. About: I took care of my family's dog until I moved to college, and I really miss having a dog! Rover is perfect because it will allow me to satisfy my love for dogs while fitting with my schedule and helping you. I am also hoping to get a dog in the near future. I enjoy running and walking so having a dog with energy is not a problem as long as they are leash trained. I’m currently working from home full time. I can be flexible on when walks occur but am fairly busy between 8-5 and need some heads up to plan around meetings. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take your dog on frequent walks or as needed if you’re booking that service. I’m careful to follow instructions on how to get into your house for walks and lock up on the way out.
About: Hello there! While growing up with dogs it was very clear to me from an early age that dogs are the most warm amazing creatures. While we don't have any pets of our own right now our most recent best friend was a rescue Maltipoo who required special care and I truly adored taking care of her. Which is why you can trust me to love your family member as of it were my own! My typical day is really flexible. l workout in the morning however, I stay at home so I'm lucky my entire day has plenty of time freedom so I can love and cuddle your fur baby 24/7 which is important to me. I grew up in this area and have been here my whole life. My husband and I bought a house in Fitchburg 5 years ago and absolutely love our safe quiet little neighborhood. We have sidewalks and I love walking dogs- most likely wouldn't even see anyone else on our walks because of how quaint it is here. I can easily crate your dog if you prefer but in my home your pet is created like a human and is welcome to sleep in bed with me and to follow me around and be my shadow during the day!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I used to be around six dogs at a time, from small to large breeds. I’ve worked to train 2 different dogs in the last 6 months and currently have my own 2 puppies. I’m currently working part time 2 days a week. I don’t schedule dogs those days; I only accept pets on my days off, ensuring that I will have plenty of time to spend with your loved one. I can easily crate, leash up, and walk dogs as needed. I will work on some skills if wanted, ensuring some trust and respectful relationship. I’ll love your pups like they are my own!
About: I have taken care of dogs from all age groups. Whether a senior dog who needs frequent bathroom breaks or a puppy who wants lots of attention and reinforcement, I love all of them. Besides, being a tennis player means I gotta put my unlimited supply of balls to use:) I work from home three days a week. If our furry guest prefers lots of attention or frequent bathroom breaks, it would be a perfect match. I only take in one dog a time. There won’t be other pets at home. There’s a dog run in my apartment complex. I also live within walking distance of a dog park.
About: I've had dogs ever since I was a little kid and would do anything for them. I've also worked with dogs for the past 2 years. I have a Rat Terrier of my own and will make sure to treat your dog like they're my own. I’m used to all kinds of dogs whether it be age, energy level, or condition as I’ve had a mix of all at my job and growing up! I'm a student with lots of breaks between my classes meaning I’m usually only gone for less than two hours and I have lots of free time on the weekends. Max I’ll be gone is four hours, but that rarely happens. My dog is very friendly and energetic, but also knows when a dog doesn’t want to play. She’s very silly and loves to sleep! I live near the lake and can take your dog out often as there’s a nice trail along the lake and campus is pedestrian friendly. I live in an apartment, so I’m looking to host dogs who are comfortable in a quieter environment. Since I share walls with neighbors, I’m best suited for dogs who aren’t big barkers. That being said, I love dogs with a personality! A little energy and playfulness is totally welcome, I just ask that barking is kept to a minimum. Dogs are allowed to free roam around the apartment whether I’m with them or gone. If your puppy has energy to burn but knows when to settle down, we’ll get along great! In your own home I will take on any type of dog with any energy level! I will make sure to care for your dog while you are away just as you care for them while you’re in your house. A dogs safety and their comfort are a top priority for me! I also have a fenced in patio with dog grass if your pup needs a quick potty break!
“Yecid was very attentive to my dog's care. He followed Max's feeding instructions and kept me informed and sent me photos throughout the day. I truly recommend this sitter. Thank you for your services, which I will use in the future.”

About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I am heartbroken to say Pam passed away May 17, 2026. My family believes that senior dogs are often overlooked and forgotten, but I love dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of your furry friend! I will be taking asynchronous summer classes starting in mid-June. I’m hoping to start working as a PCW twice a week. I’m also waiting to hear back from research/phlebotomy positions. However, as of now, I am completely free all day every day! Studio apartment! Can take outside for walks etc. I want to ensure I’m home the whole time since it will be a new environment! Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter! I look forward to the opportunity to care for your furry friend.
About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, so I understand the different needs of every animal. From energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a bit more care and attention, I know how to adapt. Whether it's providing daily walks, offering training, or simply offering companionship, I ensure every pet feels comfortable and loved. I believe in treating each pet as an individual, providing the right care for their unique personality, and making sure they feel safe and happy in your absence. As a student, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I don’t have classes on Mondays or Fridays, and during the week I have breaks between classes—perfect for walks, playtime, or drop-in visits. I also spend most evenings and nights at home, which makes boarding a great fit for me. I love having animals around and giving them the time, attention, and care they deserve. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure the space is safe, calm, and comfortable. For dogs, I can easily crate them if needed and always keep a leash on hand for safety during walks and potty breaks. I follow their routine closely to help them feel at home. For cats, I have plenty of toys and love spending time playing, feeding, and giving them the quiet companionship they enjoy during visits.

“I needed some last minute help with my senior dog, and Alissa responded back quickly and was able to help me out!! She came to meet our pets and get the layout, and helped us out almost right away! She is very kind and gentle with our Murphy and even gives our two cats some loving even though we booked her for a dog walk! As someone with OCD and anxiety, my brain and body feel comfortable and safe with Alissa taking care of our senior puppy when we aren’t at home. Looking forward to hopefully booking with her again!!”
