“Alexandria was very attentive and nice when we did our meet and greet. Our cats are high maintenance (multiple food additives, a very picky eater, etc.), but Alexandria took care of it all. They even were able to give my one cat his pill and administered his inhaler, which they said they have never done before. It can be a little daunting, so I really appreciated they were willing to give it a shot and did so successfully. They sent lots of photos and even did the dishes before they left, which was definitely not an expectation. They noticed one of the microchip feeders stopped working right, and immediately messaged me and did all the steps to try and get it fixed. I made an oopsie and didnt add that I needed Alexandria to check in on the weekend. They were able to catch that and checked in with me to make sure someone was coming. I didnt have anyone, but they were able to make 2 hour long check ins for the whole weekend. I appreciate Alexandria's thouroughness, attentiveness, and the small extra things they did to make my cats as comfortable as possible for the entire week we were gone. About: I took care of my family's dog until I moved to college, and I really miss having a dog! Rover is perfect because it will allow me to satisfy my love for dogs while fitting with my schedule and helping you. I am also hoping to get a dog in the near future. I enjoy running and walking so having a dog with energy is not a problem as long as they are leash trained. I’m currently working from home full time. I can be flexible on when walks occur but am fairly busy between 8-5 and need some heads up to plan around meetings. About: Hello there! While growing up with dogs it was very clear to me from an early age that dogs are the most warm amazing creatures. While we don't have any pets of our own right now our most recent best friend was a rescue Maltipoo who required special care and I truly adored taking care of her. My typical day is really flexible. l workout in the morning however, I stay at home so I'm lucky my entire day has plenty of time freedom so I can love and cuddle your fur baby 24/7 which is important to me. We have sidewalks and I love walking dogs- most likely wouldn't even see anyone else on our walks because of how quaint it is here. I can easily crate your dog if you prefer but in my home your pet is created like a human and is welcome to sleep in bed with me and to follow me around and be my shadow during the day!

That being said, I love dogs with a personality! A little energy and playfulness is totally welcome, I just ask that barking is kept to a minimum. Dogs are allowed to free roam around the apartment whether I’m with them or gone. If your puppy has energy to burn but knows when to settle down, we’ll get along great! In your own home I will take on any type of dog with any energy level! I will make sure to care for your dog while you are away just as you care for them while you’re in your house. About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I am heartbroken to say Pam passed away May 17, 2026. My family believes that senior dogs are often overlooked and forgotten, but I love dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. “Jessica was wonderful and super friendly. My dog Bell stayed for a few days and we got the cutest picture updates. Her dogs are so well behaved and Bell was so happy she had friends to vacation with. She came home and slept the rest of the night! Would book again and will recommend her to others!”
