“We searched high and low for the right place and people to care for our dog Stella, and we could not be more grateful to have found Carol and Steve. Carol and Steve were ideal people with whom we could safely leave Stella. They have an incredibly well-maintained (and absolutely gorgeous) property of which the backyard is completely fenced in, which gave Stella plenty of time and space to run around and sniff to her heart's content. My husband and I were certain while we were gone that Stella was getting as much exercise and outdoor time as she wanted. This was a wonderful reassurance as we had never boarded her anywhere else before and were nervous that she'd have to be stuck in a kennel or a room for most of our absence. Not so once we found this wonderful couple! Carol and Steve followed our instructions for Stella to the letter and it was clear they were both very comfortable and at ease taking care of our dog. No issues whatsoever and we have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience with them. Possibly the BEST part about having booked with Carol and Steve is their impeccable communication. We never - at any point - had to wait long for a response, whether we were asking a question or just communicating logistics regarding Stella's stay. They also made sure to send along regular update messages with pictures while we were gone, typically twice a day. This factor alone made this the most relaxing trip we've taken as a family to date. It gave us complete peace of mind to read and see that Stella was not only doing okay, but was being well taken care of, snuggled, loved, played with, and included as a part of their home. What a treat to find people who will care of your pet the way that you would yourself. We can't recommend Carol and Steve highly enough. Do yourself a favor and hire them. They're exceptional!”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. Potty breaks can be provided every two hours. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to run, play fetch, or explore in our fenced backyard. We try to follow the same routine as you would for your pet at home. About: I have had dogs my entire life. Recently, my husband and I, lost our beautiful friend, Freckles. She was 14.5 years old. Your animals have free roam of the home and constant outdoor time with me My schedule is light and ever changing during the summer. If I accept to watch a pet, they will not be alone for more than a couple hours at a time. Multiple daily walks and time spent with them. I currently have no pets in the home. Feeding and activity schedules are completely based on your requirements and pets needs. They have access to the whole home and all the attention they need.

“This was my first time using Rover and I could not be happier! Dawn and her husband were wonderful sitters. My dog, Jax, was obviously comfortable within minutes of walking in the house.
