Deanne treated Bazooka like one of her own family. She sent us updates, with pictures and kept us in the loop with how Bazooka was doing. Having Deanne take care of Bazooka made it so we could enjoy our vacation without having to worry about her. When we picked Bazooka up she was happy to see us, but it was obvious she had such a good time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it was a good and safe environment, Deanne communicated well, and we will definitely be having Bazooka stay with Deanne again!”

About: Nestled on 6 acres of wooded land, my country home is the perfect place for a pup of any age to play, relax and explore while you're away! With a large fenced in yard, toys, activies, and walks, there is so much to do! Having 14 years of experience working with pets, I feel confident in providing a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for your fur family that will leave you feeling confident and comfortable with your pet's care. After starting my career as a pet groomer, I started working at a boarding facility where I fell in love with pet care! Watching dogs interact and play, running around outside and the carefree and happy faces of all the pups ignited my passion. After four years at the boarding facility, my family and I moved to Colorado for a new job opportunity, where my love of dogs drove me to work at an animal shelter. I gained much insight and knowledge from my time there, including vet care and training, but ultimately knew that wasn't where I was meant to be. After covid hit, my family moved back to Wiscosnin, and in 2022 bought our dream home! I am so excited to welcome your furbabies into my home and give them all the love and care they could possibly need while they are with me. Whether it's exploring the land, cuddling on the couch, or catching up on some grooming, I am happy to provide anything and everything I can to make your pup love staying with me as much as their own home! Important note: Summer is my busy season, so during the months of June-August I will not be requiring a meet and greet as long as your dog has been boarded before and gets along well with other dogs. If you would still like a meet and greet, I would be happy to schedule one with you, but please be patient in scheduling as it is a busy time. Thank you! Boarding is my fulltime job so I am home every day to care for the animals. Pickup and drop off hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a new adventure! From walks to pool time in the yard, snuggles on the couch or bed and fun holiday activies, your pup will be on their own little vacation while you're away. Safety is always my top concern. While your dogs are with me they will never be left unsupervised; in the case of having to leave for a doctor's appointment etc. they will be crated. I have a fenced in yard with locks on it, so there is no chance of a dog slipping through or opening the gate. I am also trained on signals and body language to prevent dog fights or injuries.

I usually take him on walks mornings, midday, and evening time and in the summer I only give him a walk in the evening because he’s a Husky and it gets too hot for him during the day. Evenings are best time for him. I try to take him to the dog park at least a couple times a week, so you can count on your pup having some one on one time with another pup and having LOTS of fun. I have had puppies since the day they came home at eight weeks old, and I have been there to hold their hand when they had left this earth; not only have I seen all stages of life, I have helped take care of them until they are very last breath. About: I've owned numerous cats and dogs throughout my entire life, and have been raised with animals since I was an infant. I am looking to help anyone who may need the extra hand. Whether life is a little hectic or just seeking a get away, everyone can always use a little extra help. I am currently working on becoming a Certified Flight Instructor, so when I am not spending time at the airport studying/ training, I am at home studying. I am looking to help out whenever I have the free time to be able to get out, meet people, and take care of any animal needs they might have. I am big on attention for animals, not just having them to "fill space" in a home. I believe in treating them like family, through time spent running around, running errands, sitting on the couch to watch a movie, or even giving them a snack while eating (given something that is acceptable for their digestion, of course)! I try to take my own animals out as much as I can so they can get their energy spent so they aren't stuck inside all day.

About: I've taken care of pets from as earliest as birth and into their elderly years, since I was 8. My family would occasionally breed our American Akitas. I've trained them, bathed them, cleaned up after them, and administered medications. They are a ton of work, but always worth the effort when we saw them finally meet their forever homes. I am available for whatever service you need, except for boarding, most days of the week except Thursdays after 2 pm, Fridays, and Saturdays before 2 pm. I am unable to care for your pet at my residence. We have 5 dogs here currently and I wouldn't want to overwhelm your pet with so many new faces. I am more than willing to be as accommodating as needed to care for them in your home, walking them, or simply letting out for a potty break.
About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. About: I have been working in the pet industy for 10 years and I am pet CPR certified. I have taken care care of pups of all ages, all different kinds of animals, and have had many pets of my own. I currently work at a restaurant so may be gone here and there. My pups are home for you friend to have some company while I'm gone! I do not have a fenced in yard, but can leash walk anywhere. Pets can free roam inside my house, otherwise I can care for pets in their own space.
About: I am the definition of an animal lover, which I attribute to having had animals around my entire life. I grew up with Australian shepherds, German shepherds, cats, hamsters, and even tarantulas! In addition, I am a massive cat lover. I was given a kitten when I was 8 years old and had her for 19 years until she just recently passed. In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work twice a week so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate. In my client's home I would offer the same care in addition to respecting the environment. I'm naturally a very clean person and always pick up after myself.

About: I’ve had pets especially dogs all my life. I’ve taken care of other dog for two weeks. I’m currently having two cats living with us. Pets are best thing to have! I’m currently working on call as substitute teacher. So I’d thought I could work on days I’m available to look after pets, dogs or cats. Take dogs for walk and feeding if need to. I have a backyard but not fenced. But take walk if need. Play with ball or toys. Giving lots of cuddles. Important making them feel comfortable and safe.

We were initially concerned about leaving our fur baby for 3 weeks with someone we didn't know, but we had a "meet and greet" ahead of time and Deanne and her family put all of our worries at ease. Deanne treated Bazooka like one of her own family. She sent us updates, with pictures and kept us in the loop with how Bazooka was doing. Having Deanne take care of Bazooka made it so we could enjoy our vacation without having to worry about her. When we picked Bazooka up she was happy to see us, but it was obvious she had such a good time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it was a good and safe environment, Deanne communicated well, and we will definitely be having Bazooka stay with Deanne again!”
