Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

Hope to talk to you soon. ? ❤️ We are a working household but have staggered start and end times so very little time is left alone. During that time dogs can remain out if possible or can be crated. Our dogs are crate trained for this time as well, though not always done. We have two friendly, though large dogs to keep yours company. We also have 2 cats, but can be placed in a different area of the house as needed. Have 2 meal times per day and can adjust to fit needs. Always have water available and frequent outside time.

About: Growing up there was always a cat in my home ane the homes of many friends and relatives, so I picked up my litterbox-cleaning skills at a very young age. I didn't want those skills to go to "waste" so I gave three kittens a home when I moved out. They lived very long and very awesome lives under my care. It wasn't too long after they all passed away before I found three new feline roommates. My sister has me beat with four. (The last pic shows my grandpa with the cat he befriended in Sicily during WWII, so it runs in the family.) With cats, it's all about the varying boundaries they maintain and respecting them.

About: I’ve taken care of a handful of dogs in the past 5 years. Adopting a dog 5 years ago, to adopting another little black lab this past year! I trained him up to be a good duck and pheasant hunter within the past year, he turns 1 in April 2025. I’m able to point out different things dogs could work on and fix issues! I love taking dogs on walks, car rides, even stopping in just to give someone company. I’m currently working full time, usually home around 3pm everyday. I am located in Beaver Dam Wisconsin. I take care of my dog when I’m home, he’s trained well enough to sit alone at times without destroying anything. Usually take him out after work on a nice walk or a nice open field to play fetch on. I’m Monday-Friday for my work, home around 3pm everyday. I cannot bring any dogs to my apartment per landlord rules for too many pets, but would totally take visits to houses who needs their dogs looked after. I am comfortable around all breeds, and sizes. I am very familiar with the “life of a dog” when it comes to feeding, walking, going outside to the bathroom, and knowing when something is too much for a dog!

I currently rent a duplex that has a fenced backyard, and also have a spare bedroom and wire kennel if needed. Typically my dogs free roam during the day, and are good to be alone overnight or up to 10hrs which can allow me to spend time with your furry friend.

About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. I have 2 young kids that are 2 and 3 years old and my other 2 are 9 and 12. I always make sure that my pets and anyone else's pets are fed at a certain time, made sure they get their walks and exercise, but also make sure they get their cuddle time as well. About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

About: I genuine care and give attention to every dog as if they were my own. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. I’m comfortable working with puppies who are still learning routines, including basic training and potty schedules, and I’m also gentle and mindful with senior dogs who may need slower walks, medication reminders, or extra comfort. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved while their owner is away. I currently work only 2 days out of the week, but my schedule is very flexible, and can switch days if need be! Will accommodate I care for pets by making sure they stay comfortable and follow the routine they’re used to. In a client’s home, I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention so pets feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home tidy and make sure pets stay on their normal schedule. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean environment with supervised play, regular potty breaks, exercise, and lots of affection. I am shy until you get to know me but not with animals. I am dependable. I love playing frisbee with dogs. I love playing with cats. I don't mind cleaning up after pets. I will feed them. I will cuddle with them. I will be their for them. I used to have a dog named champion.

About: Had cats all my life and dogs for last 12 years. Animals have a sixth sense about people and I'm one of those they seek out for rubs, cuddles, playtime, snacks and love... I'm working FT so im only available evenings after 5 and all times on the weekends. I'm also available for overnights at your location and can leave for work from anywhere. I will only be able to care for pets at your home as we currently have 2 cats (one who is very persnickedy) and a senior dog rescue who is going blind and is afraid of everyone.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.

“Brandi was great with my 3 dogs. She was on time. Was able to meet the dogs and I before the first day. There was an issue with the neighbors dog jumping my fence when she was out with my 3 dogs. She handled the situation very well! She sent me a lot of pictures also! I would have Brandi come back and take care of my dogs again!.”

About: I have helped my family take care of our pets almost my whole life! Since moving out I’ve had my own pets (cats and dogs). I understand the importance of giving your pet attention while you’re gone, since they could be stressed with the change in routine! I’m a farm girl at heart! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, sheep, ducks, chickens, cows, pigs, rats, hamsters….you name it! I work from home so I’m available to spend time with your pets throughout the day! As long as I have access to Wi-Fi I can work from anywhere! I am comfortable with crate training if your pet needs it. I follow direction very well so just leave me with a detailed note on how things run and I’ll keep it as consistent as possible for your pet!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and even a tarantula, animals have always been such an important part of my life. Even though they can’t talk, they quickly become your best friend and constant companion. I believe every animal deserves to be treated with love, kindness, and the best care possible, no matter their age, size, or breed. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with everything from training playful puppies to helping care for senior dogs, including giving medications and basic health care. I also adopted my two kittens when they were just four months old, and they’re now happy, healthy three-and-a-half-year-olds. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly enjoy. Hi there! I’m new to Mayville and have open availability to walk, play with, and care for your furry loved ones. I always make sure fresh food and clean water are provided, with bowls cleaned regularly to keep everything sanitary. Whether it’s brushing, playing fetch, going on nice long walks, or just giving them lots of attention and love—your pet’s happiness and care are my top priority! I make sure that my cats home environment is safe for them to roam and not get into too much mischief. Water bowls are cleaned. Food is rotated. Pee pads are changed out and litter is changed once a month while cleaning litter box out daily. I am sure that my cats live in a safe environment and are happy and healthy.

About: I have always had dogs in the household ever since I was born. More specifically my family had my sister and I grow up around Black Labs the entirety of my life. Neighbors as well as my immediate family have relied on me to take care of their animals. Whether it be a short walk or staying with them for an extended period of time, I was their guy! I have an extremely open/flexible schedule. I am self employed so I pretty much choose when I want to work my other job. Taking care of animals via Rover will take top priority unless my job situation changes. If that occurs I will make sure to update my profile accordingly! I have no other animals/roommates in my apartment. So your dog/cat will get all the undivided love and attention they deserve while you're away. Same rules apply if I am asked to dog/cat sit at a clients home!

She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! But also I have a dog and my mom has a dog they are both loving and will keep your animal company!

Hope to talk to you soon. ? ❤️ We are a working household but have staggered start and end times so very little time is left alone. During that time dogs can remain out if possible or can be crated. Our dogs are crate trained for this time as well, though not always done. We have two friendly, though large dogs to keep yours company. We also have 2 cats, but can be placed in a different area of the house as needed. Have 2 meal times per day and can adjust to fit needs. Always have water available and frequent outside time.
