Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals, dogs being the main one. Love carin for dogs and always making them feel loved, even when owners may have to be away. What better way to spoil your pet then to make sure they have a great day too! I am the kind of person that would go to a party and hang out with the dog. I have excoerience in caring for both people and animals and hope that I may be able to help care for more. I will always be focused on what you are looking for for your dog and making sure that they get the time and love they deserve each day. Hope to talk to you soon. ? ❤️ We are a working household but have staggered start and end times so very little time is left alone. During that time dogs can remain out if possible or can be crated. Our dogs are crate trained for this time as well, though not always done. We have two friendly, though large dogs to keep yours company. We also have 2 cats, but can be placed in a different area of the house as needed. Have 2 meal times per day and can adjust to fit needs. Always have water available and frequent outside time.

Additionally, I have a degree in animal and dairy science and spent half a year as a veterinary assistant at a clinic. About: I’ve taken care of a handful of dogs in the past 5 years. Adopting a dog 5 years ago, to adopting another little black lab this past year! I trained him up to be a good duck and pheasant hunter within the past year, he turns 1 in April 2025. I’m able to point out different things dogs could work on and fix issues! I love taking dogs on walks, car rides, even stopping in just to give someone company. I’m currently working full time, usually home around 3pm everyday. I am located in Beaver Dam Wisconsin. I take care of my dog when I’m home, he’s trained well enough to sit alone at times without destroying anything. Usually take him out after work on a nice walk or a nice open field to play fetch on. Have experience in giving vaccines(IM or SQ), oral meds, and basic care. I have since moved onto a new adventure in lawncare. I have been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with a German Shepherd, a purebred Samoyed, and a tabby cat. Currently, I have 2 beagle-shepherd mixes, Hunter and Holmes, who are 2 of the sweetest boys you will meet. About: Growing up there was always a cat in my home ane the homes of many friends and relatives, so I picked up my litterbox-cleaning skills at a very young age. I didn't want those skills to go to "waste" so I gave three kittens a home when I moved out. They lived very long and very awesome lives under my care. It wasn't too long after they all passed away before I found three new feline roommates. My sister has me beat with four. (The last pic shows my grandpa with the cat he befriended in Sicily during WWII, so it runs in the family.) With cats, it's all about the varying boundaries they maintain and respecting them.

About: I have been around pets my whole life. Whether it was my family pet or a friend's I've grown up around dogs my whole life. Being allergic to cats, dogs were my only option. I currently have trained my own pup from the age of 7 1/2 weeks till now as well as helped friends in the past with their own dogs. So I am fairly proficient at training pups. I unfortunately don't have much experience with senior dogs but I would love to expand my skills. I am currently a stay at home mom to a wonderful 1 year old little girl. So short of errands I am always at home. Perfect for pets who cant be left alone for long periods of time. Our home has a very nice unfenced in yard. We do have long leads that will be utilized for bathroom breaks and outdoor play time. We also live about a mile from a very nice open dog park that with permission will be the perfect place for high energy running. All dogs will be supervised while outside and will also have my two pups to play with as well. Toys will also be available for all to play with. Kennels will be utilized when needed (kennels will need to be provided by the pet parents)

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! The pups were comfortable to walk away from us with her which says a lot. She cleared the hike in advance and kept in touch with us. About: Im passionate about animals and their care. Ive been a pet owner most of my life and have experience with all size and types of animals. I will care for your pet the same way id care my own. While their with me ill show them the cuddles and love they deserve, a comfy spot on the couch or bed and a large fenced yard. I can offer daily walks and long sessions of ball throwing also. I work but iam home often and can work around your pets schedule. While im not home your pet is free to roam or stay in a crate you provide them. I have a comfortable, quiet home where your pet is welcome on the furniture. I have a large fenced yard that allows plenty of exploring and games of fetch.

About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! But also I have a dog and my mom has a dog they are both loving and will keep your animal company!
About: I have helped my family take care of our pets almost my whole life! Since moving out I’ve had my own pets (cats and dogs). I understand the importance of giving your pet attention while you’re gone, since they could be stressed with the change in routine! I’m a farm girl at heart! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, sheep, ducks, chickens, cows, pigs, rats, hamsters….you name it! I work from home so I’m available to spend time with your pets throughout the day! As long as I have access to Wi-Fi I can work from anywhere! I am comfortable with crate training if your pet needs it. I follow direction very well so just leave me with a detailed note on how things run and I’ll keep it as consistent as possible for your pet!

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was young. I’ve walked, fed, bathed, helped train, and overall cared for animals. I have had experience with kittens/puppies and senior animals! I have watched family and friends dogs! I work part-time and my schedule is often different, but I am always free after 7 pm weekdays and 6 pm weekends. I am open to other times as well as long as I don’t work! I do not offer animals in my home due to having my own cats. Only dog and cat sitting at the clients house! Thank you

“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals, dogs being the main one. Love carin for dogs and always making them feel loved, even when owners may have to be away. What better way to spoil your pet then to make sure they have a great day too! I am the kind of person that would go to a party and hang out with the dog. I have excoerience in caring for both people and animals and hope that I may be able to help care for more. I will always be focused on what you are looking for for your dog and making sure that they get the time and love they deserve each day. Hope to talk to you soon. ? ❤️ We are a working household but have staggered start and end times so very little time is left alone. During that time dogs can remain out if possible or can be crated. Our dogs are crate trained for this time as well, though not always done. We have two friendly, though large dogs to keep yours company. We also have 2 cats, but can be placed in a different area of the house as needed. Have 2 meal times per day and can adjust to fit needs. Always have water available and frequent outside time.

“Paige is quick to respond to messages. She has a nicely sized fenced yard for the pups to run around as well as a dog park within walking distance. During our meet & greet my dog had an accident on her carpet which was mortifying because my dog has been housebroken for years. Paige was so patient & understanding which was a relief and testified her ability to handle visiting dogs. My dog stayed 8 nights. I received photo & video updates the first 2 days then another one 2 days before pick-up when I followed up. I usually look out for daily picture updates although I don't always have time to respond due to my work. Paige accommodated an early pick-up since I had an early arrival into town, which was much appreciated. Flexibility is important to me since my work travel schedule is always subject to change. I recommend Paige's boarding service and would love for her to care for my dog when I'm out of town again.”
