About: I have 5 years of experience owning and caring for my own cat, and recently I lived with two playful kittens. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, playtime, and giving lots of love and attention.

About: I have cared for both indoor and outdoor cats, making sure they are safe and healthy. I have experience with both friendly and less-friendly cats, and I know how to handle cats that might be more skittish or don't like to be touched.

“Thank you so much for the care for our senior cats, our chickens, rabbits, and home. Our home was so well cared for and clean, and thanks again for the delicious treat you left us! I would definitely recommend Felicia to anyone looking for a pet/house sitter.”

About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. As a shy kid, cats were my favorite animals, and whenever we visited a home with a cat, I’d happily spend hours patiently earning their trust until they felt comfortable coming out for pets and attention. Although we didn’t have a cat of our own growing up, I started caring for our neighbors’ cats when I was around 10 years old because everyone knew how much I loved them. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of cats, from feral and shy cats to playful kittens and senior cats with special needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to cats when needed. I’ve also helped friends trim their cats’ nails and assist with medications. While I can handle most routine care, I always prioritize your cat’s comfort and safety. After college, I finally got my own cat, and he’s become my constant companion. He is very picky about his litter box and other spaces being kept clean so I have no problem with daily litter scooping. Being a cat owner has only deepened my understanding of cat personalities, behaviors, and needs. Whether your cat is social, shy, energetic, or prefers to keep their distance, I’ll meet them where they are and provide patient, loving care while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for—and to give you peace of mind through updates and photos during every visit.

“Incredible pet sitter! Brooke went above and beyond giving two of our cats medication every morning and taking plenty of action shots while playing with them! Will definitely use Brooke’s services again.”

“Julia was fantastic with our kids. She gave them extra love and attention and even helped us out by getting our trash cans out for the week. She was attentive and responsive and we’ll definitely be using her services again!”
“Claire is an amazing sitter! She took such good care of our sassy teenage cat. It is my first time using Rover and Claire made me feel immediately at ease and was incredibly communicative while watching our cat. We highly recommend her for any pet sitting you may need!”

“She’s awesome! Took great care of the cats. Very good communication and received lots of updating pictures. Jocelyn also adapted to my last minute schedule and changes. I’ll definitely call her again.”

“Alura is reliable, trustworthy, and attentive. Alura has taken care of Poot over the past year (although this is my first time using Rover), and I really appreciate all the love and care she gives Poot. Thanks for looking after Poot!”

About: Hello! I am 27 years old, and I used to own and adore 2 rat terriers and 4 cats, and took care of 3 others who all lived in the same house! While I no longer get to see them since I moved, I still love and adore animals. I've had the pleasure of petsitting for friends, 2 larger dogs, and 2 cats l. All of whom are adorable... I currently work part time, so I have plenty of free time! While I'm not available constantly, I do my best to orient my schedule based on the animal's needs. Keeping your home just as clean as you left it, and your pet happier! I'm generally a tidy, quiet person so no worries about disturbing the neighbors, and if your dog has special treats or toys I'd love to hear about them!
“Emma did a great job with our pets. Our two dogs have some special needs and Emma did a great job accommodating us! Rocket needs to be carried and Quill needs a little patience as he’s slow with his commands (He’s a nervous guy). She demonstrated care, attentiveness, and was prompt. As a bonus she gave out cats some love while I was out. I’ll gladly trust my pets to her again. Thanks Emma!”

“Jeannie communicated her schedule/timing for anticipated arrival time and was open to feedback for day 2, noting that I needed to give more specific directions. She did great taking care of Nala.”

About: Aside from my professional experience as a wildlife biologist and Oregon zoo employee I'm a life long lover of cats. Growing up with them has taught me the patience sometimes needed to truly understand and bond with them. I am familiar with administering medications, dietary issues, cleaning litter boxes, and my wife and I are even the type of people to take our cats on supervised outdoor time with leashes.
“Molly did a great job checking in on my cat Meeko for a few days. Always gave me updates and pictures and even went above and beyond in picking up a package I had delivered. Highly recommend Molly!”

“Can I give 6 stars??? Dominique takes such great care of my Beagle while I'm in the office. He loves her so much he starts whining to be let out when we pull in the driveway. 😂 She sends photos and updates throughout the day, is very flexible on his care needs. I think the most important thing is that I can focus on priorities during the day and not worry over Watson's happiness and safety. I know he's having fun playing with Poppy and friends!”

“Tricia is such an amazing human! She was so patient and great with my quirky, anxious senior Shiba and even sang to him to calm him down. He was so relaxed in her home which helped us all greatly as we were nervous to introduce a new environment. Tricia is part of the pack now and we can't wait to re-book with her!”
“Haleigh has sat Rocky on a few occasions now when I've been in town for work and can't take him into the office. Appreciate her responsiveness and I know my pup is in trusted hands!”

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

“I used Araceli's day care for my boy! She had a few other pups in her care for him to play with (which was exactly what I was hoping for). He returned to me tail wagging and went right to sleep when we got home 😁”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jared is exceptional. Jared took wonderful care of my two dogs, Sebastian and Francesca, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we connected, his communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. He was attentive to their needs, patient, and genuinely kind, exactly the kind of person you hope to find when trusting someone with your fur babies. Sebastian and Francesca were happy, calm, and clearly well cared for when I picked them up, which speaks volumes. It’s obvious Jared takes his role seriously and treats animals with real respect and care, not just as a job but as a responsibility. I would absolutely trust him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, top-tier pet care. Thank you, Jared🌹you truly went above and beyond.”

“Moira took excellent care of my dog! She made sure he had time to adjust, and gave him plenty of attention. Her communication was exceptional as well, and she sent plenty of updates. She's definitely passionate about animals, and will do everything she can to ensure your pet is well cared for!”

“Maryorie was friendly and great with communication. It was my first rover experience and it was nice to get a picture update after drop off and report about how he did at the end of the day. I appreciate how she did a meet and greet before hand to ensure my dog and her dogs would get along and so that we could get to know her. Looking forward to booking with her again!”

“Brittany was amazing with our pups. She was incredibly responsive and kept us updated throughout the day. This will be our go to spot for dog care in the future.”

About: I love animals! I believe pets aren't just animals—they’re family. My approach is simple: I provide the same love, respect, and deep compassion for your furry friends that I give my own. Whether it’s the high-energy needs of a growing puppy or the gentle, patient care required for a senior dog, your pet will be treated like a guest of honor in my home. 💖 Pet/house sitting is my main line of work and I have 3 small children and small dog to also care for, so I have an open schedule where I can be attentive to your pets needs. I have a small dog of my own that can be a buddy to our furry guests. I’m very accommodating to each dog’s schedule and needs.
About: I am a nurse, but I have always wanted to work with dogs, and I see this Pet Care opportunity as a chance to fulfill my childhood dream. I'm thrilled with this pet care opportunity because of my deep love for animals. I believe my nursing experience will be valuable, as caring for patients has taught me compassion and attention to detail, which I hope to bring to the pets in your care. I would love to contribute to your team and learn from your experiences in pet care. Thank you for considering me, and I look forward to connecting and sharing our mutual enthusiasm for animals. I am happy to adjust my schedule if needed to help out, so please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific times. Looking forward to your response. I live 10 minutes from Portland Airport. I understand how important your pet is to you, and I am committed to providing attentive, loving care that ensures their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times. Your pet's well-being is my top priority, and I strive to engage with animals in ways that help them feel secure and appreciated, including maintaining familiar routines. My home features a spacious, fenced yard where we enjoy daily walks and playing fetch. I have experience caring for my own pet, Macy and in my childhood other animals such as parrots, fishes, and even a monkey. One of my favorite moments with dogs is play fetch—seeing their excitement always reminds me just how rewarding caring for animals can be. I take my responsibilities seriously and am always eager to learn more about each pet’s unique personality and age. To help maintain a safe environment, I kindly ask that your dog be protected with Simparica or a similar product recommended by your preferred veterinarian, such as Frontier, which guards against ticks and fleas Please let me know if you have any specific concerns, preferences, or special requests. I am open to feedback and happy to adapt to your pet's unique needs and routines. I am available for a meeting any day this week to discuss your loved one’s requirements, and after our meeting I will tailor my care to your pet’s needs. Thank you again for entrusting me with this important responsibility. I look forward to meeting you and your pet, and to providing compassionate care that brings you peace of mind.

“Amy was timely in her responses. She followed instructions for getting into my home and getting my pup ready for their walk. Through my doorbell camera, Amy talked kindly to my pup and remembered to put on his rain jacket. After the walk, she spent time wiping off his paws and also locked up the house how I asked. Would definitely recommend Amy to others!”

“Jessica did a great job with Toby! We really appreciated her taking the time to come meet him first and make sure he was comfortable. The walk went great and we appreciate the cute pictures!”

About: I love animals and have grown up with them. I have over 15 years of experience working with, and being around all kinds of animals, breeds, and temperaments. My experience with dogs includes my own, pet sitting (long term & short term), working as a veterinary assistant and interning at the zoo. I have a very calm, and patient personality, this often works well for dogs - especially those that are more nervous. I have worked with senior pets, puppies, experience administering medications, etc. I get to know your furry family member and observe behaviors and what they like and don’t like. Also paying attention to change in behavior. I took a break from offering pet care services due to life changes, which is why there’s a gap between previous and most current pet care, but I am excited to get back to doing what I enjoy most! 😊 I currently work a full time job in the hospital and work variable shifts. “Steele is great at communicating! My dog warmed up to him so quickly. I have a hectic work schedule and he has been so kind about being flexible to make it over for a walk/potty break.”

About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds. I have cared for many dogs and helped train my own, including ones who have behavioral/food guarding issues. I have cared both puppies and senior dogs, including a household that required pet separation due to behavioral issues. I am well-versed in things like potty training, giving medication, basic grooming , and keeping animals away from possessions/getting into food/etc. I am totally fine with cleaning up indoor bathroom/vomit accidents, as well as cleaning litterboxes and the like. I take care of any animals I pet-sit for like my own, and I am committed to making sure they are safe and happy. I currently have a very open schedule, but will update if needed. If 24/7 supervision or overnight care is not requested, I may run errands or go back home between checking on your animals. Frequency of check-ins depends on location, and while I will attend to your pet to the maximum of my ability, each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Upfront communication about what you and your pet need is highly appreciated. I am committed to making sure any special instructions are followed, and I will see that your animals get their needs met both adequately and on time. This includes making sure medications are given on time, water is filled, walks are long enough and not during hot parts of the day, and animals are let out of crates when needed. I am totally fine with cleaning up after indoor bathroom accidents/vomit, although if this is a frequent issue with your pet please let me know beforehand. My main goal is to make sure your home is the same as it was when you left it.
About: I've grown up constantly around dogs and taking care of them. My family and I would often get dogs from shelters, so behavioral issues are no problem for me! I'm used to the crazy-fun nature of these furry creatures. I have trained all my dogs, and when I was 14 got my own chihuahua that I raised from a puppy. I enjoy spending time with dogs and animals and would love to help out with your furry friends. I'm currently in school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your pets. I have two cats of my own that I take care of everyday by playing with them, giving them fresh water and food, brushing them, and of course lots of cuddles. Coming into your home I will be very cleanly. I'll give your pets and home my upmost respect. With me your animals will be in amazing care.
About: I grew up in a family that owned dogs all of my life. I also pet sat (both cats and dogs) for many family friends over the years, even helping look over a dog team once when I lived in Alaska. Furthermore, I am capable of going on long walks or short ones, playing fetch or tug of war for extended periods, or just chillin' at home providing all the belly rubs and scratches as possible. I recently just moved to the Vancouver area, and I am seeking full-time employment. Thus, as of right now, my schedule is wide open, which makes me available anytime and any day (even weekends) to take care your pet. I am flexible for how will care for your pet in your home. If your pet requires a lot of attention and play time, then I am more than willing to take them to the backyard or nearest park to let them play to their hearts content. Or, if your pet is shy or getting older, I can certainly give them their space.

“Moira is absolutely amazing—my dog Teddy compeltely ADORED her! She has a natural gift with dogs and made my anxious pup feel totally at ease (which is no small feat). She’s also a CHAMPION communicator, sending quick replies and the cutest updates that kept me smiling. Bonus: she’s not only affordable, but super flexible too, which made everything so easy. I swear my dog didn’t want to come back home… and honestly, I don’t blame him! Highly recommend 🐾✨”

“Christie was so great with our dog and older kitty. She was very communicative and sent lots of picture updates! She was gentle and patient with our bully/pitbull mix who can be a bit nervous at first, and her sweet doggie Ruffalo made for a great companion. I had total peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Would definitely book again!:)”
