“We are repeat clients and each time , they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to taking care of our pup. We get daily updates/ photos and if there is any issues they communicate very well. They are also extremely flexible and understanding. Our pup loves it there, he gets so excited when we get there and doesn’t want to leave. I highly recommend and will always use them in the future!”

“Overall, had a really great experience leaving my pup with Araceli! I happened to be gone two weekends in a row and I was really grateful to be able to have my dog in the same place. He really enjoyed playing with their dog and in their big yard! The only bummer is that both weekends I asked Araceli to give my puppy a specific supplement after dinner and that didn’t happen, even after I reminded her for the second weekend. She is very sweet and would work with her again!”

“I’m always amazed at how relaxed Elaine is with dogs and kids and family, each with their separate needs. She went above and beyond to get the right medication for my dogs itchies.”

“Carolyn was the first sitter I booked using this app and I am thankful. You can tell she is an animal lover. Her dog is sweet and they have a backyard where the dogs can play. She was fantastic at communicating with me. I am also appreciative for her understanding when I was running late to pick up. My dog looked really happy while staying there. I will rebook when I am in need. Thank you, Carolyn.”

“Moira was awesome! She took such great care of Rufus, sent a lot of pictures every day and filled me in on how he was while I was away! She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”

“Jennifer and her family were wonderful, trustworthy sitters. We received daily updates, photos and Piccola came home sparkling clean. We definitely recommend her!”

“Such an amazing person! Our fur baby was in amazing hands! She updated us and wasn’t annoyed when I texted her all day! We will definitely be using her again! Thank you Hannah!”

“My dog is so shy around strangers, but Kathy really knew how to treat her. I didn't worry and was able to enjoy our get-away. I've already booked another stay with Kathy.”

“To start, Danielle had my dog for a daycare, and, everything went great. I received photos showing him walking with others and I know him well enough to know he was enjoying his time. I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”

“I had an excellent experience with Jared boarding my dog for a week. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire stay, providing regular updates and making sure my dog felt at home. It was clear that Jared genuinely cares about pets, and I felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. Highly recommend Jared for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Leah and Chris were amazing! It was so obvious our boys were having a blast with them and that they loved them as their own. We got daily updates with amazing photos of the dogs and saw they were being regularly walked and paid attention to. 100% will book with them again.”

“Haleigh is always great with our Shihtzu Aika! She sends plenty of updates and we can see from the pictures that Aika is always having a great time with her family! Thank you for adapting to our last minute change, when our flight got canceled and we were only able to arrive later in the evening to pick-up Aika!”

“Marta took wonderful care of our beloved pet! She sent updates and pictures which were great assurance while away. She was responsive and punctual. We feel great about leaving our pet with her again next time !”

“Grandpa’s Doggy Den is the best! Steve took great care of our dog Chester during a one week stay. He kept us updated and sent photos and videos which we were happy to receive. Steve’s love of dogs is obvious by the way he cares for each dog individually making sure their needs are met and they enjoy their stay and have fun! I highly recommend Grandpa’s Doggy Den!”

“I had to have surgery and needed someone to watch my boy for a month. Maryorie was FANTASTIC! It was such a relief to know he was taken care of and gave me the grace to be able to focus on healing instead of worrying. I HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely use her again.”

“Linda is such a kind and caring sitter! She sent me pictures and updates without me asking. She also took my dog on daily walks and to the park. She is very thoughtful and took great care of my puppy.”

“Dominique was amazing with our two dogs. She sent pictures throughout the weekend, which was very reassuring and helped us enjoy our time away that much more. We will certainly be reaching out again, the dogs had an amazing time!!”

“Daisy's pet pad is a lovely setting for little dogggos. She's easy to work with and had a clean calm home. My little pet has a little separation anxiety, but it worked out fine as I was traveling and moving and that's hard on both of us! Her stay was uneventful, which is what all pet parents hope for! Thank you again, Daisy.”

My cats are usually very shy and take a long time to warm up to new people, but they were comfortable with her almost immediately, which says a lot. About: Hello! I am 27 years old, and I used to own and adore 2 rat terriers and 4 cats, and took care of 3 others who all lived in the same house! While I no longer get to see them since I moved, I still love and adore animals. I've had the pleasure of petsitting for friends and aquaintances, with a good variety of animals! I have a soft spot for big personalities, and senior animals. Due to seasonal work, I'm not currently as available as I'd like to be, and will be working a sporadic schedule for the next few months. But other than that, I do my best to be available for whatever the pet needs, whether it be feeding, cleaning litter, taking them on walks, or sitting overnight. Keeping your home just as clean as you left it, and your pet happier! I'm generally a tidy, quiet person so no worries about disturbing the neighbors, and if your dog has special treats or toys I'd love to hear about them!

About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. As a shy kid, cats were my favorite animals, and whenever we visited a home with a cat, I’d happily spend hours patiently earning their trust until they felt comfortable coming out for pets and attention. Although we didn’t have a cat of our own growing up, I started caring for our neighbors’ cats when I was around 10 years old because everyone knew how much I loved them. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of cats, from feral and shy cats to playful kittens and senior cats with special needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to cats when needed. I’ve also helped friends trim their cats’ nails and assist with medications. While I can handle most routine care, I always prioritize your cat’s comfort and safety. After college, I finally got my own cat, and he’s become my constant companion. He is very picky about his litter box and other spaces being kept clean so I have no problem with daily litter scooping. Being a cat owner has only deepened my understanding of cat personalities, behaviors, and needs. Whether your cat is social, shy, energetic, or prefers to keep their distance, I’ll meet them where they are and provide patient, loving care while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for—and to give you peace of mind through updates and photos during every visit.

“Can I give 6 stars??? Dominique takes such great care of my Beagle while I'm in the office. He loves her so much he starts whining to be let out when we pull in the driveway. 😂 She sends photos and updates throughout the day, is very flexible on his care needs. I think the most important thing is that I can focus on priorities during the day and not worry over Watson's happiness and safety. I know he's having fun playing with Poppy and friends!”

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

About: I am a nurse, but I have always wanted to work with dogs, and I see this Pet Care opportunity as a chance to fulfill my childhood dream. I'm thrilled with this pet care opportunity because of my deep love for animals. I believe my nursing experience will be valuable, as caring for patients has taught me compassion and attention to detail, which I hope to bring to the pets in your care. I would love to contribute to your team and learn from your experiences in pet care. Thank you for considering me, and I look forward to connecting and sharing our mutual enthusiasm for animals. I am happy to adjust my schedule if needed to help out, so please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific times. Looking forward to your response. I understand how important your pet is to you, and I am committed to providing attentive, loving care that ensures their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times. Your pet's well-being is my top priority, and I strive to engage with animals in ways that help them feel secure and appreciated, including maintaining familiar routines. My home features a spacious, fenced yard where we enjoy daily walks and playing fetch. I have experience caring for my own pet, Macy and in my childhood other animals such as parrots, fishes, and even a monkey. One of my favorite moments with dogs is play fetch—seeing their excitement always reminds me just how rewarding caring for animals can be. I take my responsibilities seriously and am always eager to learn more about each pet’s unique personality and age. To help maintain a safe environment, I kindly ask that your dog be protected with Simparica or a similar product recommended by your preferred veterinarian, such as Frontier, which guards against ticks and fleas Please let me know if you have any specific concerns, preferences, or special requests. I am open to feedback and happy to adapt to your pet's unique needs and routines. I am available for a meeting any day this week to discuss your loved one’s requirements, and after our meeting I will tailor my care to your pet’s needs. Thank you again for entrusting me with this important responsibility. I look forward to meeting you and your pet, and to providing compassionate care that brings you peace of mind.

About: Hi! I'm Frankie! My wife, Stacy, and I have been dog-sitting at our house for the last 4 years. Our miniature dachshund, Maverick, is the head of our house and is looking to make new friends. Maverick is well-trained, friendly and is currently learning to hunt truffles! He loves meeting new friends and would be thrilled to have a new playdate. Our home is single-story with a fully fenced backyard, plenty of grass to run around, and enough squirrels to keep Maverick busy throughout the day. We're around throughout the week, so your dog will be supervised and receive plenty of attention. Expect regular backyard time, walks around the neighborhood and cuddles. There is a ramp for couch access (Maverick mostly uses it). Small/medium dogs are welcome on the couch. We also have plenty of dog beds, blankets, toys and a gate to provide separation during mealtimes, if needed. We treat all dogs as family and aim to provide a chill, safe environment for them to play and relax while you're away. We have experience with dogs large and small, blind dogs and dogs with special care needs. We look forward to meeting and hosting your pup! - Frankie, Stacy & Mav 🐾 We're home almost all the time. I'm available throughout the week and my wife works remotely, so your dog will always have someone around. If we ever do need to step out for errands, we're never gone for more than an hour or two. We use a gate (if needed) to keep your dog safe while we're out. We have a fenced yard and a mini dachshund, Maverick, to keep your dog company. Plenty of grass outside, dog ramp for the couch, gates to separate (if needed) and multiple dog beds.
“Tricia is kind and sweet and very patient. My little boy dog doesn’t take to most people because he’s an abused rescue so he has trust issues. He immediately liked Tricia! He allowed her to hold him and even gave her a kiss at our meet and greet. We knew she was the one for him. Tricia watched him for the day and the pictures she sent showed us how content he was in her home. We have already booked a 13 day stay while we go on a cruise. We feel confident that Tricia will take excellent care of our dog. That will enable us to enjoy our cruise all the more since we won’t have to worry about Izzy.”
“Haleigh has sat Rocky on a few occasions now when I've been in town for work and can't take him into the office. Appreciate her responsiveness and I know my pup is in trusted hands!”

“I used Araceli's day care for my boy! She had a few other pups in her care for him to play with (which was exactly what I was hoping for). He returned to me tail wagging and went right to sleep when we got home 😁”

“Debbie has watched Milo many times for me and I feel comfortable and confident every time I drop him off. She takes great care of him and every photo I get it looks like Milo is having a great time! Any and every time I'm in the Vancouver area I send Milo to her ❤️❤️”

About: I love animals! I believe pets aren't just animals—they’re family. My approach is simple: I provide the same love, respect, and deep compassion for your furry friends that I give my own. Whether it’s the high-energy needs of a growing puppy or the gentle, patient care required for a senior dog, your pet will be treated like a guest of honor in my home. 💖 Pet/house sitting is my main line of work and I have 3 small children and small dog to also care for, so I have an open schedule where I can be attentive to your pets needs. I have a small dog of my own that can be a buddy to our furry guests. I’m very accommodating to each dog’s schedule and needs.
“Absolutely amazing was the first time I've ever left my pup with someone besides family and boy did he love his new friend Alexa! She is super sweet and amazing with my pups! She will definitely be the one I reach out to for further pup day care without a doubt! Thanks again”

“April was great to work with. She had excellent communication throughout the day and was able to watch Daisy on short notice. Daisy seemed comfortable and well cared for. I would definitely recommend April to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.”

“Danielle took my pup Dinah in for a last minute day care and was very friendly and the environment was very tidy and dog friendly. She did great with Dinah and my pup seemed so happy after pick up. I highly recommend! Thank you!”

About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader and showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and kayaking with my pups. I am very attentive with behaviors and show grace with gentle corrections. There will be lots of cuddle and playtime at my home. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I understand some breeds only need short walks while others enjoy more. I am able to adjust based on their responses or owners desires. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if desired by owner. . I also put up a dog x-pen so nobody gets near the front door for safety. My house is minimal due to having the house on the market. Not a lot of stuff dogs can get into. I never book multiple clients at one time, four max is enough at a time for me. If I do step out for something I will have a house monitor that will be in two places so I can check in and feel confident all is well while I am gone. I am never gone more than a couple hours at a time unless previously conveyed to owner.

“Dominique was amazing with our two dogs. She sent pictures throughout the weekend, which was very reassuring and helped us enjoy our time away that much more. We will certainly be reaching out again, the dogs had an amazing time!!”

About: I have always loved dogs. I grew up with a black lab (age 5-18), and when I was in high school I frequently watched dogs and cats in a pet sitting capacity. Pet sitting for neighbors and friends was my first job, and as soon as I got my drivers license, I expanded my pet sitting clientele. As an adult, my husband and I had a rescue dog (Pitt/lab mix) who was our fur baby. When we adopted her, she had separation anxiety and resource guarding issues. We worked with a trainer to help her overcome those issues, and were grateful for the wonderful years we enjoyed with her. Unfortunately, she died in early 2025. While we are not in a position to have our own dog right now, we would love to continue to snuggle and support local dogs through pet sitting. We do have a toddler at home. She loves dogs and we would never leave her unattended with any animal. While we will be careful to ensure any dogs in our care are set up for success by being separated from our toddler with baby gates, etc., we are only able to host dogs who are comfortable around small children. I am a middle school teacher, so I have full-time availability during school breaks and the summer. I am also available to drop in before and/or after my work, depending on the location. My husband, Cristopher, works from home and loves having a dog as his co-worker to be let out on demand. As dog owners, we never left our own dog home alone for more than 4-5 hours, and we will only accept a boarding booking if our schedule allows the same time commitment to your dog. We treat all dogs like they are our own. As a former pet parent, I know that I can never replace you, but I will do everything I can to make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe in my care. We have a fenced yard with no animals in our home (except for the occasional wild bunny). Our yard has plenty of space for dogs to run around and play.
“Jared was fantastic! He sent daily updates with photos and videos, and our pup was so comfortable with him. You can definitely trust your fur-babies to be well taken care of”

“I’m glad we chose Shane to watch our dog on 4th of July. He is a nervous boy around fireworks and gets scared. He seemed comfortable right on drop off and excited to play with another dog. He was tired when he got back home from all the play- and that’s a good thing. Would definitely book again.”

“Jennifer took great care of Jack while I was out of town for a week, he absolutely loved all the attention he got at her house! I appreciated the quick responses to messages and the pictures Jennifer sent, my mind was at ease all week. I'd definitely use Jennifer for dog sitting again!!”
“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”
