About: I grew up always having pets in our home- dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, lizards- and have a love for all animals. I have years of experience pet sitting for all of my family and friend’s cats and dogs. I genuinely love animals and am excited for the opportunity to help other looking for reliable, trustworthy pet care! I’m currently a stay at home mom to my 3 kids, and my husband also works from home full-time. Between the two of us, there is always someone home to give pets the care and attention they need, including dauily walks and playtime. We have a fully fenced backyard and a great neighborhood for taking the dogs on walks. We have one dog of our own. He’s a 6 year old mini goldendoodle named Harley. We lived in NC for a few years and I worked in a pet store/shelter there. My duties included grooming, training, walking, rescues and adoptions. I also have professional and voluntary experience in taking care of both cats and dog, and have worked at multiple different dog boarding and daycare facilities for years before becoming a stylist, along with previous bookings on Rover! I have 2 dogs of my own and 3 cats so as you can tell I just love being around animals. I will treat your baby/babies as if they’re my own. I have also fostered 5 kittens. About: I am just getting back into to Rover after welcoming two beautiful kids into the world. I’ve always loved dogs and animals. They are like built in friends always there and just wanting unconditional love. We have had pets for as long as I can remember. We had small dogs growing up and now we have two fur babies of our own, a German Shepard and a terrier mix, who has no sense of personal space. Over all I’ve had experience with all sizes of dogs between owning them watching them in high school and college. Being that now I’m a mom to a toddler and baby I will bring them with me. So if that’s not something you’d be okay with I totally get it but I’m not the best fit for watching your fur babies. The baby will stay in his carrier for the most part and the toddler will want to play fetch with your dogs lol. I think she likes dogs more then me most days 😂 Our life’s revolve around our kids and dogs lol. I make sure our pup don’t stay shut in for to long for a long period of time. When we get home we either go on a walk or play for a while to burn off all of their built up energy and excitement. Our pups go everywhere with us from hiking, to camping, to going for a ride to get a pup cup. While I take care of your fur babies my toddler and I will just play with them and give them all of the attention while watching/ walking them, taking them outside, and feeding them.

“We’ve never boarded our two little dogs before and we were terribly worried about trusting them with someone or that they would be okay. Oh man, we had nothing to worry about. I think they want to go back! Darby made us feel assured with pictures and reports of our babies not missing us one bit. They had an adventure and were more entertained at her place than at home. They lounged on her couch and slept with her (just like at home). They watched chickens and horses (more interesting than our house). I felt 110% assured they were safe and well cared for. It was wonderful to have no worries. Plus…she picked them up and delivered them back to us. Perfect experience. ❤️”

About: I’ve had a dog my whole life and currently care for my own dog - beautiful pit bull. I understand dog’s behavior, energy, and needs. I’m very responsible, attentive, and will treat your dog with patience and kindness - whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company. I’ve just moved to USA and I have a lot of free time so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available for walks all day pretty much. I love walking with my dog and combining that with short runs and playtime, so your best friend will be having fun. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my priority. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special needs. I always make sure dogs are supervised, safe on walks, and comfortable.
