She sent me pictures of Nilo playing in the backyard per request and he’s a very picky eater so I didn’t expect him to eat his food at her house, but he did! She told me she sat down with him until he ate and that’s what I do at home for him sometimes, but never told her about that as I don’t expect the sitter to do that just for my dog. That showed that Sara’s very caring as she paid attention to my dog’s needs. I have already booked with her again. Will be going to her regularly!”
About: I’ve been caring for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies for over 12 years. It started when I was young, helping family and friends with their pets, and naturally grew into fostering both puppies and adult dogs. Today, I live with a ragdoll cat, two mini schnauzer doggies, and regularly foster dogs. My 2 senior cats that I grew up with currently live with my mom. Every dog or puppy I foster and have in my home learns routines and tricks based on their needs. I introduce pets slowly with positive association and ensure each pet is comfortable. I also have a fence to separate pets indoors if needed. When caring for friends/family's pets, I always ensure pets do not bolt out the door both when coming inside and leaving. When walking a pup, I always ensure their harness/collar is on correctly and have high reward treats/toys to ensure focus stays on me if there are distractions. I never overwhelm an animal and understand they take time to warm up, especially when it is my first time meeting them.

About: We don’t currently have pets of our own, but my experience with animals spans their entire lifetime. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always care for them as if they were part of my own family. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home in the evenings, the timing is perfect for winding down, they can relax in my office while I work or in our living room or room. In my home: Safety is my top priority. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, that connect directly to our lower living area allowing for secure and easy access for potty breaks. For variety i can take them around our neighborhood for walks and can utilize a large park at a nearby school for additional play time. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.

I have a 6 foot fully fenced yard, plus a separate dog run area where I have cameras inside and out. Safety is my number one priority. Your dog will have eyes on them 24/7. Since safety is something I take very seriously these are some of the things I do to ensure your dog feels comfortable at all times. All dogs are fed separately, this includes chews and treats. Dogs are on leash if not in the fully fenced backyard. All dogs have their own drinking water to prevent any spread of illness. Food and water bowls are washed daily. The yard is chemical free, I do not use weed killer or insect sprays on the property. Pictures and updates daily to insure peace of mind while you’re away. Is your dog shy, submissive or reactive with other dogs. No problem, I have lots of areas in the house and yard where they don’t have to be apart of the group of other dogs. I have one cat who is an indoor outdoor kitty. She has grown up with multiple dogs in the house. She has been around many dogs who don’t like cats, you’ll normally see her up in the trees or on the roof. I do have two kids in the house who have grown up with dogs. Along with safety respect is also something I value. My children respect the dog’s space. If your dog doesn’t like children or is nervous around them that is no problem. I strive to make sure my children are coexisting and having little interaction with our dogs who are not child friendly. All interactions with your dog are supervised, there will not be any interactions out of sight with the children. We take dogs with all kinds of personality. While your dog is here their comfort and happiness is my priority. It’s very easy to keep your dog and the kids separated.

About: Hello, I provide flexible and reliable care for your fur baby! I have 2 very amazing kids ages 17 and 12. I was employed at Doozy Dog Club taking care of multiple (sometimes over 60) dogs at night by myself!!!) I am very detail oriented as I know every fur baby has a different schedule a different diet and some even need medication/vitamins with their meals. I love trying to teach dogs new tricks and work on their behavior. I will always provide a detailed summary of each day with pictures!!!
