In addition to raising family pets, I've cherished my Australian shepherd, Olly, for 7 years, and when I met my now husband he brought a wonderful border Collie mix, 3 years ago, but has owned him for 8 years. Olly I trained from a puppy and Hank was adopted at 3 and at 11 now he is still learning new tricks! Throughout caring for Olly and Hank, I've also opened our home to friends' pets, treating them with the same affection and care. About: Hello! I love dogs - of all kinds! I am currently working from home, so I have complete flexibility to give the best care for your dog - with breaks or walks whenever needed. We have a large amount of waterfront beach with 2.8 acres of space to run and explore. We do also have a fenced in area on the property. I have always had dogs (and many other animals), currently we have a Coonhound mix and chocolate Lab. We also have 3 cats and 10 chickens. I work from home. During nice days, the dogs, cats and I spend much of the day outside. We have 2 Airbnbs on the property, meeting our animals is a big part of the experience for our guests, so I need to be sure all animals are friendly. I also have a small art studio I work in, that is animal friendly. We have 2.8 acres on the water. Most of our property is not fenced, but we do also have a large fenced area. If your dog is good off leash, (with my supervision) there is a lot of space to run and play, with large grassy areas and a huge beach. The fenced in area has 2 sections. There is a dog door in the house that leads to the first fenced yard. That dog door is kept open all day and closed at night. The second larger fenced yard is connected to the first by a dog door. There are chickens in that yard, so I need to know if your dog is ok around chickens. We do have an enclosure the chickens can be kept in, if necessary, but we prefer to let them roam the yard. We also have 3 cats, so we will not allow any dogs that are aggressive towards cats.

About: I've been pet-sitting since I was in high school. I have been a sitter in homes with multiple pets and given each of the furry family members the attention they deserve. I have taken care of pets ranging from cats, small breed dogs, and large breed dogs. I have an Australian Shepherd that I have trained from the time she was seven weeks old. I also have experience with fearful/nervous dogs. I am a teacher on summer break with lots of time to help other families with their dogs and cats! I have an Australian Shepherd so I know how important routine and exercise is to our furry family members. I spend my summers running, disc golfing, hiking, and keeping my dog busy. With no set schedule over the summer months, I am very available to check in on your pets. Safety is the biggest priority for me walking dogs. I always check for routes that are safe and dogs are always kept on leash. I walk dogs in areas where other dogs are secured and where there are sidewalks/wide shoulders.

About: I have lived and cared for dogs my whole life. I also worked at Camp Union Pet Lodge and have a reference. I am also certified in dog and cat first aid. I am currently a part time college student. I am very flexible and ready to work in sun, rain, or snow. I do not do dog walks at night. I have a fully fenced in yard at my home. I take them for walks always prepared with extra leashes and poop bags and a phone tracker.

About: I've always had a pet of some sort from age 8 and up. Once my husband and I moved to Washington we decided to get dogs. We have raised our two dogs with our two dogs and many chickens and ducks. Since moving here we help our neighbors by watching their dogs and animals anytime they go out of town. My husband and children all help love on, feed, walk, play and enjoy the animals we help with. I am currently a stay at home mom of two. I homeschool my kiddos so we are home on a daily basis. Our current commitments only include jui-jitsu twice a week for about 90 minutes out of the house. Your pets will join our family as if they were our own and be loved on. They will be taken for walks several times a day, be let outside into a fenced yard and kept on a schedule that closest matches yours at home. At my home I have a fully fenced backyard that is where our dogs spend a lot of their time. If your dog(s) like other dogs they can join them out back. We also have a fully fenced front yard that has chickens and ducks. If your dog(s) get along with chickens and ducks then they can spend time running around there as well. Our dogs sleep with us in our room uncrated. We do have a large crate (in the wall) that is big enough for two dogs that we can crate your dogs in if that is best for them, otherwise they can sleep with us uncrated. The crate we have is in our bedroom so they wouldn't be alone. If they don't enjoy sharing spaces with our dogs we have a large portable dog crate we can set up upstairs for your dogs or we can have our dogs sleep with our kiddos. We will make room for your dogs in our home where they feel the most comfortable.
About: I grew up with showing and breeding Golden Retrievers, giving me hands-on experience since age 12. I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life- walking, bathing, and grooming. I promise to provide attentive care to each pet’s comfort and routine. I currently work full-time as a supervisor at Starbucks. I either work 3:30-11:30am or 6:00-2:00pm. I have two days of a week, usually one weekend day :) Pets in my own home have their own barn with inside/outside access during the day, but are crated at night. We have five acres and love having playtime outside. I am able to meet most needs for pets.

My bigger dog even made friends with his dog, Karma, and they are buds now. “Roxana and Nathan were wonderful with our girl, Maggie. They didn't hesitate one bit when I needed them on such short notice. With this being Maggie's first stay with them, they walked us around their large and very dog friendly piece of property and introduced Maggie to the other pups. By the time I left, Maggie was happily in Roxana's arms ready for her stay. The communication was excellent and I even received pictures and video of Maggie throughout her stay. At pickup, Maggie had been bathed and was clearly exhausted from running, playing and exploring the area. I will definitely use Roxana and Nathan again! Added bonus -- their two sweet daughters enjoyed playing with Maggie as well.”
