Our French Bulldog, Bobo, is our child, and this was the first time we had left him since he suffered an IVDD flare earlier this year. Needless to say, we were incredibly nervous. Because of his recent health issues, he has a number of restrictions and special considerations to help prevent another IVDD flare, and Kevin and Kandice were so attentive and conscientious about following all of his care instructions. They immediately put us at ease and kept us updated throughout our trip with messages and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, it was obvious that Bobo wasn’t just being watched—he was genuinely cared for and loved. When we picked him up, he was happy, comfortable, and clearly had been very well cared for. As pet parents, that’s all you can hope for when leaving your dog with someone else. Kevin and Kandice are trustworthy, compassionate, and truly exceptional. About: Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom of two human babies and two fur babies. I previously worked in upstate NY for a dog training company, My Dog Hikes, as a dog hiker where we took dogs from NYC into the woods for full day dog-care fun. Because of this I am comfortable giving medication and training commands. I also have a Cattle Dog (Clayton) and Black Lab (Tarzan) of my own. I would love to take your little ones on the trails, play fetch in the yard, or just snuggle on the couch with lots of pets. I have a very open schedule so can work around any timeframe you need! As childcare is very expensive, please note before booking me that my son, Eli (3), will be joining me on jobs during the week (daytime only). We can always meet beforehand to see if it's a good fit! **Temporarily pausing in home stays until my husband returns home from deployment** As I am a stay-at-home mom your typical work week is when I am available. I can be flexible around your schedule! I can also stop by to spend some time with your pets on the weekend, so you can go enjoy a trip away. (: I do not care for dogs in my own home as my Lab does not like other dogs. In your home, however, I take care to follow all instructions closely! I take many pictures so prepare for cuteness overload. I also have experience working with a dog training/walking company in NYC and am comfortable with a wide array of needs.

About: I have three cats and have a fairly flexible schedule. I’m a positive person and who enjoys gardening, going on walks, and being outside. I’m enjoying my retirement and have a flexible schedule! I typically wake up around 7 in the morning, get ready for the day, and work in my yard as needed/wanted. I feed my cats daily and give fresh water twice daily. I brush my cats weekly or as needed. The cats have toys they play with on their own and I use the laser toy when the cats want to play. They have a scratch post well.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for the past decade and have plenty of experience dog/cat sitting for different friends and family. I love animals and enjoy caring for and playing with them while becoming their best bud I’m currently working a job Mon-Thurs with fluctuating hours, but I am typically free after 12pm to take care of any furry friends. I live in a two story house with plenty of clean space in the first floor for a dog to relax and trot around. “We had our Maltese, Beau, stay with Miranda for just over a week. She kept us up to date about how he was doing. Actually, he made friends with two cats, which was a surprise to me. Beau was comfortable at Miranda's place. He was happy to see me when I picked him up, but I think he had fun staying at Miranda's.”
