“Lorelei is the best -- she takes such good care of Daisy when we go on a trip. I can see how relaxed and happy she is in the pictures and videos Lorelei sends ❤️”

“Peter was great with our dog. He sent pictures each day and told us how everything was going. Our dog got along with his dogs. We will use him again when we need him to care for our dog.”

“Izzy goes above and beyond to care for dogs. She is an innate ‘dog whisperer’ and a brilliant multi-tasker. We are so grateful to have her for her care of our dog. Our dog is happy when she is there and Izzy sends great pics and videos of her playing. Highly recommended.”

“Matthew provided excellent care for our dog Basil and frequent updates while we were out of town. When Basil got sick unexpectedly, he took him to the vet twice, made homemade chicken and rice, and helped administer medicine. This was a huge relief to us and his care was above and beyond! We would definitely use Matthew again to board and care for Basil”

“This was our second time having Casie care for our pups. She remembered details from their first visit to keep them comfortable while in her care. She's a great communicator and, most importantly, our pups are excited to see her.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away. I choose thoughtful exercise and enrichment to keep them happy and give them plenty of opportunities to burn energy and excitement.

About: So my name is Aydin and I’d consider myself a pet care & housesitting professional at this point. I’ve used TrustedHouseSitters and Rover for over a year not to live all around the Puget Sound basically for free. I’ve completed over 20 housesits and a handful of dog-walking gigs so far and managed to keep a 4.9 star overall rating😋 I care deeply about the animals I take care of and often grow a close bond to them☺️ I promise your pets and home are in good hands with me if you choose to hire me. I always send lots of pictures if requested and try to be on top of communication at all times. After doing this full time and truly falling in love with Seattle over the last year I’ve decided to get myself a small studio apartment there so I can have a space of my own and a real address😂 but I hope to continue doing rover with anyone who needs any help at all🫶 Currently I'm in Seattle petsitting a sweet cat from December 29th through February 5th. I'll be taking care of three dogs in Vancouver, WA in February. I provide as much enrichment for your pet as you'll allow! I love going on walks and runs with dogs, love taking dogs to the dog park and just letting them run around or chase their ball. I can provide bathroom breaks as frequently as you'd like, and I love giving treats to them often. I love cuddling and petting almost any animal, love playing tug, and just doing whatever makes them happy:)
About: I have grown up with animals my entire life, and I have endless love for them. I enjoy taking them for walks, playing with them, or snuggling on the couch. I can be strict and set rules, while still forming a bond of trust. My schedule is flexible allowing me to easily take care of animals since I am at home the majority of the time. I am active so walking and playing with the animals is not a problem at all. I have a large yard for them to play in, and my home is clean with lots of comfortable places for the dogs or cats.

“Dawn came to our rescue for a second time recently, when we needed a last-minute walk and feeding. Our boy was happy and in great spirits when we came home, and Dawn updated us with many photos so we knew he was well taken care of :)”

About: What is a home without a dog? I have always had a dog- or a few dogs. They make life good. I live with my husband and our two teenage daughters. We are a fun loving family of four, living on a small (wanna be) farm with our dog Larry and a flock of hens. Larry was a rescue from the humane society- and despite her rough start, she is ridiculous sweet. She can be both playful and lazy- a great combination for a playdate. The house yard is dog friendly- very large and fully fenced. My home is equally dog friendly- relaxed with plenty of room to get comfortable. I have a work from home situation, so your furry friend/family member will get plenty of love and good attention. I (and my family) are very animal - and people- focused. While I will be the primary contact and person in charge of your dog, know that my family will also be available and more than willing to help- we love dogs! Happy to have yours with us :). Your dog(s) will be warmly welcomed into our home- made to feel comfortable and kept safe. Our dog Larry is a part of our family. I similarly care for dogs that I host, as if they were a part of our family, and in a way that you would want - love and attention, exercise and play. All the loves.
“Kimberly is wonderful! She has an awesome property for dogs to run around and play. She would provide constant updates with great pictures of Lila. She even cleaned Lila up after rolling around in the mud. I will be using Kimberly again!”

“Barbara H. has a great fenced yard with lots of smells for my dog. She went above and beyond with a walk and tender loving care. I could feel it when I picked Zayda up. My dog was calm and content. Thank you!”

“Karl was a great host for our 6 month old puppy who needed lots of interaction with people. He worked with our schedule and made sure Albie felt at home from the moment he was dropped off to pick up. The whole family interacted with Albie, giving a balanced amount of play vs rest so I picked up a happy calm puppy.”

“I’m so grateful that I found Cathleen! I was in a pinch and she saved the day! I can’t speak more highly of how much she helped and made puppy at home! Would definitely recommend and use again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“Emily has the setup when it comes to caring for dogs. Our pup, Bowie, was picked up both days happy as can be. Emily updated us throughout the day with pictures and engaged with Bowie with some of his favorite games, tug and Frisbee. He even made other dog friends! What more can you ask for. I'm handsdown booking with Emily/ Pacific Paws again ☺️”

“Thanks to Cara we had a wonderful first-time experience on Rover. Yoshi did his first Rover doggy day care and he had a blast. Cara took great care of him and her little girls took to Yoshi. He came home and promptly passed out. Expecting a lot more play dates in the near future. It's awesome to find another Corgi Mom. Thank you, Cara, for welcoming Yoshi into your home. We loved the photos you sent to us throughout the day and hope to add more memories.”

About: I've had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, fish, etc. I absolutely love animals of all shapes and sizes. I volunteer at the SPCA in my spare time because I just can't get enough. I have a fairly flexible schedule and a reliable vehicle. About: Hello Pet Owners- I am a guy living in Shoreline. I am trying to come away from a 30 year career and work my way into a quiet, peace-filled retirement. Hopefully one filled with wonderful dogs. I have owned dogs virtually all of my life. They are my children, and are treated as such. I care deeply about them, their welfare, and their happiness. Over the years I have dealt with medications, blind dogs, cancer, three legged dogs, and wheelchair dogs like Gracie. My current dog, MoMo is sweet as pie, but quite lonely, and wants a few new companions. I live in Shoreline, and access two different dog parks for exercise and social activity. I drive a new pick-up truck so your dog will ride in comfort. I have both Venmo and PayPal, to make payments electronic and easy for everyone. I also have a fully fenced yard, if you and your dog are searching for warm, comfortable overnight accommodations. Please reply and we’ll discuss arrangements, rates, and build a system of comfort and exercise for your dog. I am trying to retire, which for me, involves lots of time with dogs. So I am readily available to care for your pets in a daily, weekly, or whatever basis works with your schedule. My dog, and so yours as well, will be well attended to. I don’t allow dogs on the furniture, and I prefer to not use cages, but am happy to if your dog is used to or prefers that type of structure to be comfy. I have plenty of dog beds for comfort, I use all naturally made and healthy dog treats. I have a fully fenced yard which is occasionally visited by brave squirrels, so activity and amusement is plentiful. There are a number of toys, ropes, balls, bones and other chew toys for those dogs who simply need some time to chew and think about life in general. Dogs are put out when they need it, and let in when it’s time to nap. Just as it should be.

About: I have been taking care of dogs from a very young age, and I have been a professional sitter and boarder for a little over 3 years now. I recently moved to the area and am looking to rebuild my clientele. I am an animal advocate who has spent a lot of time volunteering with different agencies to help find forever homes for abandoned fur babies, and working for programs that went out and helped the homeless get the right care for their pets. I have experience with hyper pets, shy pets, large and small. I love them all the same. Let me spoil your babies while you’re away, and take comfort in knowing that they are safe and loved with me. I am currently an online student and doing a part time work from home job, so I will be home and available for them all day besides appointments or errands I have a large fenced yard that I make sure to walk the perimeter of to make sure there are no escape points. About: At the age of 10 I developed a passion to care for animals. I have been around animals my entire life. I am also in the process of continuing my Education and I am working on getting my Associates degree and becoming a licensed Veterinary Technician. I have knowledge on how to train your pet, I can also care for all ages from a puppy to a senior adult. I currently have open availability. While im going to online school. And I will make sure that when I have an appointment scheduled. I will make sure that it's properly fitted in. I have a fenced yard. 2 kids over the age of 12 who also have a passion for animals. Your pet will be in great hands 🐾
“Margaret is extremely conscientious and dedicated. She did say thorough call to understand my dog's behaviors and needs. Since Carly is a dog-reactive rescue with a traumatic history, and we have been working with a trainer, I am always reluctant to have someone new walking her. It's hard to be sure they will reinforce her training and ensure a calm walk, even if they encounter other dogs. Margaret made sure to understand and use the same equipment and commands and techniques we are using to give Carly the exercise she needed while my partner and I were sick. I would have no qualms having her house-sit and stay with Carly. I know she is trustworthy and genuinely cares about the animals she spends time with. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially those who are nervous about their dogs with others. Carly is friendly and loves all people, and she has a little separation anxiety and more than a little territoriality around other dogs. And yet Margaret handled her expertly and lovingly, gaining both her trust and mine. She even suggested ways to help training progress with fewer treats and more praise as Carly improves her threshold around other dogs. Margaret not only came through on short notice, but she instantly built a relationship with both us and our dog which means she will be my go-to walker and sitter from now on.”

About: —~> Ask about Farm Animal Care <~— Spending time with animals is a gift. It is a joy to meet new furry friends and give them extra love while their caretakers are out adventuring or working. I love to go for walks on the beach or in the woods. I like to chase sunsets and sunrises. All of which are more enjoyable with sweet creatures. I adore giving affection and opportunities to play for both cats and dogs. I have tended to a variety of different types of animals over the years. Some need ample one on one attention. Which I accommodate by giving them solo walks and separate meal times when requested. Others who loved to be social or had other animal roommates that needed plenty of outdoor time. Elder cats and dogs who needed extra special care, medication, fluids, and special diets. Dog and cat drop ins can make a world of difference for an animal navigating extended time away from their people/person. I give them all focused attention, consideration, bonding interactions and love. Dog walks are a vital key to their health and well being. It takes a village to tend to our critters too! Human and animal. I have many special spots for them to enjoy throughout the Olympic Peninsula. Including safe off leash areas when requested. I have a 7 year old dog, Hoodi. She does not come with me for cat or dog drop ins. Dog walks can include her company or not, always at your discretion. She does join me for overnight pet sitting and loves other dogs. She tends towards submissive and loves to chase and play. She is very mellow indoors and enjoys watching the activity of others. Throughout her life she has helped with pet sits. For her first four years of life she lived with two other dogs. She is a great addition to any pack. I have experience farm sitting which includes plant watering of green house, gardens, field and pasture. As well as goat milking, poultry care, and feeding of cows, horses, goats and pigs. Feel free to message me in booking about pricing for full time/part time farm care. Please note my pet sitting is limited to the Olympic Peninsula and Kitsap County. I pet sit most frequently in Port Townsend, Discovery Bay, Sequim, Blyn, Port Ludlow, Brinnon, Port Gamble, Quilcene, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, Irondale, and Marrowstone Island. Occasionally I will work in Port Angeles, Joyce, Forks, Queets, Poulsbo, Kingston, Bremerton, Bainbridge and Silverdale. I prefer extended house sits and like to build solid bonds with animals. I prioritize repeat clients. I have additional references outside of Rover. As many of my clients book me via word of mouth. This profile gives ease of access to my calendar. I currently work seasonally teaching art based school break kids camps and afterschool programing on the Olympic Peninsula. I spend the rest of my time making art from home and adventuring outdoors. This means I can have extended quality time with your pet(s) for walks and/or outdoor play and indoor care. Summer is my busiest season as a teacher. I have less availability during it. I believe maintaining routines and exercise is important for the physical and emotional well being of all animals. I will strive to uphold this and adapt my schedule as best as I can for your pet(s). I enjoy taking the time to communicate with you about your desires, concerns, texting check ins and sending sweet photos for your peace of mind. As every pet is an important family member. I know them to be kin.

“Will definitely book again!! Kyah was very responsive and my 2 dogs loved the weekend they spent at her house. Followed my older dogs feeding instructions due to her diet and our puppy was well entertained! Definitely Recommend!?”

“David and his family were so great taking care of Mr.Weenie! It was a huge sense of relief knowing he was in good hands during his stay. David sent updates with pictures and videos. Mr weenie was given a lot of love and attention along with baths and play time. I will definitely be using David again in the future!”

“Alexa was a fantastic care taker to my two border collies. I got frequent pictures and videos and it was clear my dogs settled in early! They were right at home. Alexa was incredibly communicative throughout their stay and I would absolutely use her again in the future. Your pets would be lucky to stay with her!”

“Kristina and her family were absolutely amazing! We were able to do a meet and greet at their house. They have an awesome backyard and inside set up for the dogs. They helped us feel comfortable leaving our family members in their knowledgeable care! They sent us pictures and videos while we were away that put smiles on our faces! Strongly recommend!!”

“James is great with our dog Maui! He sends us regular updates on how she is doing with pictures and videos. Maui is always happy to see James and play with his dog so this tells us he is very good to her. We would 100% recommend him!”

“Carl is an amazing sitter! Very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and I could tell our boy was very comfortable and having a great time while we were gone. Carl’s space is fantastic for any pets, our dog loved being there. I will absolutely reach out to Carl first in the future for any sitting needs.”

“Our doberman Ruby had a great stay with Conor and his family. I appreciated that Conor suggested a meet-up prior to our trip to make sure everyone got along. It was particularly nice knowing Ruby was around kids since she loves being with kids when at home. Conor was also kind enough to send several pictures and updates on Ruby. We will definitely re-book with Conor next time we need help with Ruby.”

“Sheena did so well with my two kiddos! Sterling can be a bit of a handful--he has anxiety and special needs (and is a bit of a grumpy old man). I can tell that she followed the most important directions I gave her based on his condition when I picked them up, I am very grateful. 🙂”

“I was so grateful to Charis for her accepting my last minute booking request when I realized my hotel wouldn’t accept pets. She was clearly very experienced with dogs, and sat on the floor with Georgia until she got more comfortable. Thank you so much for taking care of my pup!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Our dog was so well cared for, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved receiving daily photo updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!”
