“This is my second go around with Leslie she’s kind and prompt and you can tell she really loved what’s she’s doing. The care she has shown my animal has been a contributing factor on me writing this review as well as trusting her deeply with my baby. My lala loves going over there and her space is clean and open and wants you to feel the most comfortable always. I’m a forever customer ♥️”

“Daisha and Tam took such wonderful care of my senior pup. They were patient and attentive, making sure my pup with limited vision was safe around their home. They sent multiple photos and updates each day, keeping my mind at ease. Thank you both!”

“We loved Kizzie’s daily photo and story updates. It made us feel like our cat was well taken care off. I also appreciated her willingness for a meet and greet prior to boarding to see how the cats would like each other (moco and ours). She has a great set up to help cats integrate with each other especially if it is a first time!”

Wanqing was arrived on time, actually early, was friendly and communicative during my time away. I definitely recommend Wanqing and will request her to dog sit Goldie again!”

“Very professional. Great communication along the way with pictures and videos of Evo playing with his new friends. I had just recued my dog a week earlier and I had an unplanned 2-day trip I needed to take. While I knew Evo was already familiar with being indoors, I knew him to be very shy and nervous - particularly around other dogs. Quang was attentive and worked with Evo to make him comfortable in his new environment.”

“Elise and James were wonderful! We started with a lovely meet and greet so my anxious dog could get to know them and sniff their house before staying there for a few days. And while my dog was there they gave me plenty of photos and updates as to how she was doing. Will absolutely let my pup have another vacation with Elise and James!”

“Great stay with Cheryl, Rico, and Ken. Our dog was well cared for and the family provided multiple pictures a day. Very happy with their communication and appeared to make our dog feel at home.”

About: I have a strong understanding of cat personalities, especially from caring for my own 3-year-old cat and spending time learning their unique behaviors. I know every cat is different, some are shy and prefer space, while others are playful and curious, and I’m happy to meet them where they’re most comfortable. My goal is to create a calm, safe environment while you’re away. I also have experience caring for cats with special needs, including a senior rescue I cared for during his final days. Every kitty I meet holds a special place in my heart.

“We had a really great experience with Kseniia taking care of our cats. She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter boxes clean, refreshed food and water, and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is usually very selective about people, but he came out to her and even enjoyed being petted and played with, which says a lot. She even offered to clean up the mess the cats had made, even though we hadn’t asked. We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind, knowing our cats were in caring and reliable hands. Highly recommend!”

“Lynn is amazing with our two cats! She gives them lots of love and playtime. Unlike most of Rovers I have done, she stays more than 30 minutes for every visit and plays with them and always on time! Highly recommended.”

“Alex took incredible care of my three cats while I was away! She was attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. Exactly what you want when leaving your fur babies with someone new. She kept me updated and I could tell she treated them like her own. Highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving pet sitter!”

“Mashayla was highly responsive and really accommodating! I had committed an error in booking and missed booking for one of the days but she was able to accommodate my last minute request and made sure my two cats were cared for!”

“McKenzie was so great with our cat Sage! She sent a bunch of pictures, gave her lots of attention and took such great care of her. McKenzie was also so communicative which made all the coordinating super easy, thanks so much McKenzie!!”

About: I've taken care of family pets since I was young, and I recognize that every dog might need a unique outlook. I was trained by my sister who is an animal behavior specialist to look out for tells and try different approaches when one isn't working. I've cared for dogs big and small, from 80lb labs with crazy energy to timid teacups, and every house I've lived in for the last 15 years has had at least one feline friend. I work from home and have ample transportation, so I'm pretty flexible with my schedule, especially in the afternoon. I'm open to anywhere in the Seattle area, but I can get to anywhere in Tukwila/Renton/Rainier Valley the quickest. Every pet parent has their own methods, and I would love to hear what works best for you - if you have a particular feeding, crating, or walking ritual, I will adapt to this and make it routine. I'm also open to experimenting- if something isn't working for your pet and you want to try a different approach, I'd love to learn with you what works best.

“Second time booking with Fei to visit Hobo Kitty. Fei is great to work with and Hobo thinks she is pretty awesome as well. I hope to book with Fei again on my next trip!”

“My standoffish cat warmed up to Shalindra. Shalindra maintained daily communication with pictures too! She left my home in good order. I will definitely use Shalindra again.”

I love early morning especially when it’s warm out. During the school year I can walk or run your pup before and or after school. I don’t offer the service of pet sitting or taking pets into my own home for care. But I am perfectly happy coming by to pick up your dog for a nice long walk or run and run after the run or walk I’ll make sure your dog is safely back in his home or yard and has water and everything it needs for the day.
About: I have been taking care of and living with dogs and cats of every kind since I was 11 years old. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets for many years. I believe every animal has a right to a caring and healthy environment where they can thrive and live their best life no matter what age, size or special needs they may have. I have taken puppy training course and will be happy to help teach your puppy manners. Also, I have experience giving senior pets medications and special care in their older years. I can administer first aid in every minor or major situation as needed. I work full time as an accountant but Thursday and Fridays work from home and I am available to care for your fur-baby those days through the weekend. I am very hands on and will show your pet a great deal of physical and emotional love. I have a fully fenced and large back yard for running around, with two friendly pups of my own to play with your baby. I have experience crating dogs and cats as well as letting house broken pets discover and roam around my pet safe home.

“I couldn't ask for a more thoughtful sitter to care for my two cats! Nazli maintained great communication during their visits and made sure both feline friends were happy in my absence. I would definitely book again.”

“Hillary did great with our pup, she was incredibly responsive and very accommodating with our early morning drop-off times for daycare, and she kept us updated on how he was doing throughout the day.”

About: I am a lifetime dog adorer with a playful husky mix who wishes to open our home to new friends! From years of caring for my own dogs as well as those of friends, family members, and boarders, I have experience with a variety of breeds and temperments. I look forward to hearing how I can best meet the needs of your four-legged family members! I am currently at home full time and can provide steady care with very minimal time away. Activity and playtime is highly encouraged with games and/or walks built in every 2-4 hours. I also have the ability to separate different dog-safe areas as needed to encourage rest and safe feeding. I have a large 4+ft. fenced yard with plenty of room and supplies for tuggers, chasers, and chewers. Indoors includes several safe spaces for dogs to relax out in the open and/or in provided crates.
“Thank you Cheryl for taking such good care of Molly and also crating her, as requested. She had the best day playing with your pup and also being loved on. Epic levels of photos and updates throughout the day which was above and beyond!”

About: I have had dogs of varying sizes and temperaments. from a docile Pitbull who loved to make a friend on the street to a tiny Chihuahua who is a true dog’s dog. I’m currently working an hybrid schedule and I have plenty of time to be your pet’s new pal! With a flexible schedule, I am able to meet the needs of many pets. Whether that’s more frequent potty breaks or going to their weekly park date. For those staying in my home, either my wife or I are usually home during the day. Our dog just vibes out wherever while we work from home. Dogs are allowed on furniture. I am all about keeping pets on their schedule as best as possible. I like continuity of what’s the norm for them. If they have strict meal and potty times I will follow them. If they love an enrichment adventure or puzzle I’ll get that all set up! I’ll take plenty of fun pictures with silly captions to keep you up to date!

“I think my puppy just had the best day ever! She is absolutely wiped and positively happy. Marina and Richard were very communicative as well! Really looking forward to having my puppy stay with them again.”

“Alex was super patient with George as he was a rescue so he has high anxiety with anyone anywhere new. George had fun with all the pups and seemed to enjoy lots of snuggle as well. Alex also shared pictures and updates through the stay.”

“Beacon had a great time with Hannah. He especially loved playing with her puppy Alki and came home so sleepy. A sleepy puppy is a happy puppy. Hannah was super communicative and let us do a meet and greet beforehand which made it more comfortable for us to leave Beacon there for the evening. We would highly recommend Hannah and will definitely use her again.”

About: Growing up in Alaska, I was surrounded by a pack of 12+ dogs, which gave me hands-on experience caring for animals from an early age. I helped feed, clean, supervise, and create safe, enriching environments for each of them. As an adult, I’ve expanded that same level of care and attention to cats as well, including experience supporting senior pets and providing gentle hospice and end-of-life care for both dogs and cats. I deeply value the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of every animal I care for. It would be an honor to help care for your beloved four-legged family member with patience, compassion, and attentiveness. With a flexible weekly schedule supported by my household situation, I’m able to devote consistent time and attention to pet care, ensuring reliable visits and attentive, compassionate care for your pets. I offer loving, reliable care in both my home and my clients’ homes, always working to keep pets comfortable, safe, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I adapt to each animal’s personality and needs to ensure they feel secure and well cared for in any environment.
About: I'm the person everyone in my life calls when they go out of town — not because I'm just a "dog lover," but because the people closest to me know their dog is in the best possible hands with me. That trust has been earned, and I don't take it lightly. What sets me apart is that I'm educated in dog behavior. I understand body language, breed-specific needs, and I take the time to actually learn your dog — how they communicate, and what they need to thrive. Every dog is different and I treat them that way. I have a dog of my own, so I know firsthand what it feels like to leave your dog with someone else. I understand that your dog is an extension of you, and I bring that same level of care and intention to every dog I look after. While dogs are not my full-time job, I worked for a friend’s successful dog-hiking and boarding company, and through that I gained much of my dog boarding experience. I now have a small but steady roster of my own personal clients. When you leave your dog with me, you're not just hiring a sitter — you're leaving them with someone who genuinely puts their needs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine because I work remotely from home and I'm not tied to a desk. Your dog won't be waiting around for attention- they'll be folded right into the full, active day I already keep with my own dog, Charlie. I walk 5 miles a day, rain or shine. The only exception is extreme heat, but rain never stops us. Here's what a typical day looks like: Morning: Before I start work, the dogs get fed and then we head out for a 3-mile morning walk around the neighborhood. After the walk, they're free to burn off any remaining energy in my fully fenced backyard. Afternoon: Around 2-3pm we head out for a second walk. Evening: After dinner, we take one last short neighborhood walk before settling in for the night. In between it's all rest and play, however your dog prefers to spend it. In my experience, dogs slot right into this routine and love it - but I'm always happy to adjust based on your dog's individual needs. When your dog is in my home, they're treated like they're my own- because that's genuinely how I approach it. My backyard is fully fenced and dog-safe, free of harmful plants or obstacles, with both sunny and shaded spots so they can settle wherever they're most comfortable. Inside, there's plenty of space for your dog to spread out and make themselves at home. There's a cozy dog bed in the living room, OR room for your dog's own bed if they're more comfortable with something familiar. Beyond that, dogs are welcome on the living room couch, the loveseat in my office, the couch downstairs in the basement, and the guest bedroom. The only place that's off limits is my personal bed, but outside of that, they're free to nap and rest wherever they feel most at ease. If you prefer your dog to be crated, I'm happy to accommodate that too- whatever makes your dog feel most secure and at home. I believe dogs settle best when they feel like they belong in the space. That's the environment I try to create.
“Phoebe has been an excellent find when it comes to our search for a safe home for our little dachshund to spend the day! Phoebe is very responsive and open to the drop off and pick up times that met our needs! We get lots of updates of how our little pup is doing throughout the day, which helps ease our mind and know that she is doing well! Phoebe is a great fit if you are looking for a spot for your dog to spend the day! We highly recommend her!”

“I am extremely thankful and happy I found Patrick and Maria Delfina! They were a very awesome couple and I know my Gigi enjoyed her doggy day care day with them! She was too tired to even acknowledge my presence and fell asleep as soon as we got in the car! I will definitely be booking more services with Patrick ! Thank you for all the pictures and taking care of Gigi!”

“Her calm and sweet personality was an instant win for Mel. Daniele came through for me in a pinch. I hurt my back and was unable to walk. She was professional, prompt to communicate and followed through. She will be walking Mel again tomorrow and I look forward to seeing Mel come back with a wagging tail.”

“Alex was great at communicating and went above and beyond to help watch my house while I was out of town. Great with my animals and keeping the house in good shape!”

About: Life has always meant enjoying dog relationships. Dogs visiting here at Twin Spruce Cottage are treated as if they are my own, enjoying a home setting & an attentive human. My initial posting with Rover.com was years ago. At that time circumstances changed so it wasn't until this last summer of 2025, that I happily began to board dogs again. I was raised to understand dog behavior and to be comfortable around all types of dogs. Our last dog was 110 lbs of gorgeous (& alpha) Flatcoated English Retreiver. He passed at 14. Now retired full time, I volunteer with dogs when I have the opportunity. I understand how to identify dog behaviors & work with them. I was a volunteer at a canine rescue program from 2001 through 2016, working both in the facility and fostering dogs who were waiting placement. I am capable of handling all sizes of dogs & willing to adjust to the individual needs of your dog. I have a dog friendly yard and do walks each day to keep them busy. There are comfy, upholstered large dog beds to lounge on and toys for play. I also am available for dog walking near me in Skyway WA. Unfortunately, dogs with special needs, unspayed females or dogs who require medication be given are not accepted. I am retiree who walks daily ~ without my own dog these days. Dog walks are provided in daylight hours and are available by appointment. Schedule availability varies. I have a fenced yard which is dog friendly with room to run, lots of shade trees & some artificial turf developed especially for dogs. When in the house no dogs on furniture or beds but comfy dog beds are waiting. Dog guests who are boarding are walked 45-60 minutes per day which is included in daily rates. Your dog will be the only dog in my care while boarding > unless your family has 2 dogs you wish to board. There is a maximum of 2 dogs in care. Daycare is available. For further information on daycare, please contact me. Dog walking is also available, in my local area. Inquiries are welcome.
“Carly is the best walker! My dog is really nervous when I’m out of town and had an accident. Carly went above and beyond and cleaned up after her, which I so appreciate!! Thank you Carly!!”

“Patrick is prompt and will check- in and notify me of schedule changes. My dog is weary of strangers and Patrick had no hesitation to meet Boba first with a trial run. Patrick sends me check-in photos and videos and has become part of my dogs "pack". She can tell he is of good nature which makes me put my utmost trust in Patrick and I am so grateful to have him as a consistent dog walker when I'm away for long days at work.”

“Natalie is one of the best dog walkers I found on the app. She is experienced in walking large and sometimes reactive dogs and is very patient, assertive and kind with Cila. She is lovely to work with--always extremely communicative and flexible. I cannot recommend her enough! She is a rockstar and Cilantro and I are so lucky to have her as our dog walker!”

About: My love for dogs started when I got my childhood dog Daisy, the sweetest lhasa apso in the world! Since then, I’ve taken care of many dogs, from my friends 3 year old golden doodle to my cousins dogs ( a mix of small chihuahuas and big german shepard’s). I love walking and playing with dogs and making sure they’re fed, clean, and comfy! I also have experience taking care of elderly dogs with more regimented and programmed care routines, including administering medicine in the form of pills or injections. During the year, I’m a para-professional sub, so I have summers off! I’m very flexible, weekdays and weekends and would love to spend as much time as I can helping folks take care of their pets while they work or go on summer vacation :) I offer attentive hands on care and make sure pets are taken care of while also making sure the home is taken care of! With a dog and a cat at my house, I know what it takes to make sure they’re taken care of while maintaining a clean and comfortable space!

“Wanqing was wonderful! She took care of my dog, Goldie, in my home for the afternoon. Goldie rarely lets anyone pick her up, but she was sitting in Wanqing's lap when I got home. Wanqing was arrived on time, actually early, was friendly and communicative during my time away. I definitely recommend Wanqing and will request her to dog sit Goldie again!”

“Thank you for taking excellent care of Plum!! It was a big help knowing she was in great hands with people who care about her. She’s looking forward to returning! Thank you!”

“Maria and Kalyan went above and beyond taking care of our dog. They provided so many updates, belly scratches and walks we couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a boarder. Thanks again!!”

“Sara is everything you would want for care of your fur babies. She is kind, caring and communicative. Sara took the best care of my pup Frida at short notice. Thank you Sara 💗💗💗”
“Great communication, friendly, flexible, and very clearly loves dogs! I trust Kaylie with my two pups and wouldn’t hesitate to bring them back for other stays. They love the backyard and spending time with the resident dogs there!”

“Patricia and her family were amazing with Mason. Patricia updated me how Mason was doing with photos and videos throughout his stay. Patricia took care of even the last minute requests we thought of in the middle of the stay. I’m so grateful!!!”

“My Golden pup had a wonderful time, lots of play and interaction which are her favorite things! Reine provided updates and cute photos that kept my heart peaceful while apart from my dog. So thankful!”

“Vivian was very flexible and accommodating with my personal needs/requests as well as my pup's likes and wants. She took great care of Jackson and would love to use Vivian again.”

“Pepper did an overnight after a meet and greet in preparation for a longer future stay with Kirsten. This was Pepper's first time away from us. Was happy to have Pepper surrounded by a nice family and fun pups to play with! Kirsten is thoughtful and responsive in communicating. She said Pepper did adapted well and sent pics. So nice to have found a dog sitter champion close to us. Will definitely return. ??”

“We booked Tu last minute to watch our 3 month old puppy while we were away for a few days. She was super responsive and accommodating. When our flight got delayed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up our puppy on time, Tu dropped him off in our home so he’d be there waiting for us when we got there. Tu sent daily updates and our puppy had a great time playing with the other dogs Tu babysat.”

“Joshua & Mario took excellent care of our two Goldens while we were gone for a long weekend! Our pups required a bit of extra care - one is still a puppy and one was recovering from an injury - and they both did a great job caring for them and helping us feel at ease with lots of photo updates. They also have a beautiful space with fenced in front and back yard right near the airport - a doggy sleepaway camp paradise! Highly recommend. Thank you both very much 🐕🐾”

“Our dogs had a wonderful stay with Callista! It was their first multi-day boarding and they came home happy and tired. Callista is an excellent communicator and kept us updated with stories and pictures the entire time. Would absolutely recommend Callista to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”
