About: I've taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 14. My family relied on me to feed, walk, play, and bathe the animals. I enjoy my time taking care of the pets/animals around me. I am available 24/7 to care for the pets. I have open availability every day of the week and am indoors for majority of those days. About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours SUNDAY thru WEDNESDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. “Alexandra is the best!! She is extremely accommodating when it comes to last minute hiccups that happens in life. We love sending our puppy to her home. She is truly someone we can trust to take care of our puppy. She will send pictures to you giving you status updates and how much fun your pup is having. About: I've taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 14. My family relied on me to feed, walk, play, and bathe the animals. I enjoy my time taking care of the pets/animals around me. I am available 24/7 to care for the pets. I have open availability every day of the week and am indoors for majority of those days. I have an animal park at my apartment that they can run around in and a spacious living room if they want to play. I stay close to them to make sure they well taken care of.
