About: I have been pet-sitting since I was a military-brat in Wiesbaden, Germany. I’ve continued to pet-sit and walk dogs off and on since moving to Nova in 2011. I’ve grown up mostly around dogs, but am just as fond of cats. I’ve also been in the childcare field for many years, from being a private nanny, to working as a Lead Teacher at a daycare. I’m good at staying calm in stressful situations, and always try my best to make others feel comfortable. My favorite thing about pet sitting is getting to see the big personalities people’s pets have. Throughout my years of pet sitting I’ve cared for everything from multiple Great Danes at once, houses full of cats, dogs , saltwater fish (and even shrimp). I’ve also got experience caring for senior dogs & puppies. I am currently transitioning out of childcare, and am looking forward to filling my weeks with more walks, drop-ins, and sits! I’m usually available for walks mornings-afternoons. I always make sure to treat my clients spaces with respect and leave their homes as clean, or even tidier, than I came to them. There's almost always someone at home at Gil's house, and Henry just adores the older kids, too. We get photos during Henry's stay and never feel worried about how he's doing. We'll always book Gil and fam whenever possible!”
