About: My love for cats came a little later in life, since many of my family members were allergic and I didn’t grow up with cats of my own. That changed when I began volunteering at the SPCA at age 11, where much of my work focused on cat care. There, I discovered the unique personalities of each kitten and cat while helping care for them as they waited for loving homes. When I started college at VCU, my roommate adopted a kitten, and I quickly fell in love with her. Throughout college, I spent plenty of time cat-sitting for her, and four years later, that once-tiny kitten now has a little sister I adore just as much.

About: This house is only happy when pups are running around having fun. We have 3 friendly Australian Shepards that love playmates. Bear is 11 years old and Sundae and Irie are almost 5 years old. Our friends call this home, pup camp because they bring over their pups for the day for play dates when they are away from their homes for an extended amount of time. Prior to caring for your pup, we do request that there is a meet and greet to ensure that all get along. There's a large outdoor space for lots of playtime, a large fenced in yard with a pool that the pups are welcome to swim in. We go on frequent walks and have lots of play time outside so we get our exercise. We are experienced with caring for young pups, special needs and seniors along with administering medications and injections. If you hire us for drop ins or walks, you can ensure that your fur baby will get lots of loving attention, playtime, walked and feed or medicated if needed. Update: no longer accepting new clients for boarding or day care as our Sunday's anxiety and uncomfortable levels are increasing with the new fur baby faces coming and going. We think she has reached her limit. However, open to previous clients.We provide doggy boarding to 1 family at a time up to 2 pups. Your fur babies are treated and loved as our own so we insist on meet & greets..to make sure everyone/pup feels at home. The same is true for doggy daycare....but ask about daycare discounts! Currently a stay at home dog mom! I also spend time caring for friends pups throughout the week...just call me dogma! Schedule is flexible and open. About: I have taken care of my own pets and those of friends/family since middle school. I shadowed at a veterinary clinic senior year of high school and was pre-veterinary before switching to pre-PA. I am currently in PA school at the University of Charleston and am participating in clinical rotations. I am in Logan this semester for emergency medicine. About: I've grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, and that hands-on experience is what truly sets me apart. I was raised with three cats (2 indoor, 1 outdoor), caring for them from kittenhood all the way through end-of-life care, including demanding daily routines and administering medication. I also have two dogs of my own: a Mini Australian Shepherd I raised from a puppy and personally trained. The other is a large pitty mix we adopted at age two who came to us with leash pulling, reactivity, excessive barking, and rough play habits, all of which I've worked through and successfully managed. I know how to confidently handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Beyond cats and dogs, I've owned two guinea pigs, a hamster, and fish, so I understand the specific and often overlooked needs of small pets too. I've also assisted my sister in fostering cats, many of whom were shy, post-surgical, or required medication and special feeding instructions, so I'm completely comfortable with pets that need a little extra patience and TLC. Most recently, I pet sat a kitten over spring break 2026, and I'm always happy to sit for other pet owners' animals as well. As a sophomore in Alpha Chi Omega, I bring the same reliability, respect, and communication to pet sitting that I bring to everything I do. I treat every pet as if they were my own, follow your routines to the letter, and love keeping owners in the loop with regular updates, photos, and videos, as often as you'd like. If you're looking for someone experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about animals, I'm your person! I currently only have one exam left, so my schedule is essentially wide open! I'm in Blacksburg and available May 9–12 and May 16–22, with virtually nothing on my plate during those windows. Whether you need someone for a full house sit, multiple check-ins throughout the day, early morning visits, or late night drop-ins, I can make it work. For in-home sitting and visits at your place, I'm completely comfortable following whatever routine, rules, and setup you have in place, your home, your way. Just note that I live in an apartment, so I don't have a fenced-in yard, but my complex has a dog park and is surrounded by beautiful neighborhood nature trails that are perfect for walks and exploring. I'd also ask that you send everything your pet needs along with them (crate, food/water bowls, bed, toys, leash, etc.) so they have the comfort of their own familiar belongings, which is honestly better for them anyway!

I can feed your dogs, give them necessary medication orally, bathe them if necessary and of course give them yummy treats!
